Much better to go through Mixeva than going through a large, online company. It was better priced than anything I was able to find online after 2 weeks or searching - and they were able to do it much quicker. We placed the order on Monday of last week and got them just in time on Wednesday of this week.As for the jackets, the embroidery was done very well and we are very pleased with how they look. I have hired Mixeva a couple times now to supply my company, MDC Vacuum Products, with custom embroidered polo shirts with our company logo. Each order turned out great! The custom embroidery is very high quality making our logo look fantastic! We were on a bit of a tight deadline for both orders, but Mixeva was able to get them to us right on schedule both times. My experience was regarding a small rush order. I ordered the t-shirts on Wednesday morning and needed them by Friday night. I found Utah Custom Apparel by searching in Google for Overnight custom t-shirts and their ad said some order can be fulfilled in as little as 24 hours.There were multiple issues with the order, but the reason I feel I should share my experience is the poor customer service I received. When the order issues arose, I communicated them to Taylor and received a surprising (though timely) response. He downplayed my concerns, implied I was unreasonable and snidely pushed all blame to me.Initially, I had not even asked for a solution. I just informed him several of the shirts were unusable and explained why I felt the service was lacking. I have never, as a customer, been attacked by a company the way I was when I attempted to provide valuable feedback.I personally will not place an order with Utah Custom Apparel again. Though its possible another order would go through smoothly, I have seen how customers are treated when there are bumps in the road.I wish Taylor had been honest up front and told me he could not provide quality service or products in the turnaround time I needed. I would have rather placed the order with one of the several overnight services online and paid more. At this point, I am doing just that to replace the shirts I cannot use.
