Just moved to Utah and the house I purchased needed a double garage door replaced. Called Rich (owner) and he came out the next day to give a very fair bid and returned two days later to install not only a new door, but new tracks and a garage door opener. Excellent work, courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Rich highly enough. He did such an fantastic job with our door. In particular, he went to bat for us to get a door from his supplier that it was going to take other services FOUR MONTHS to get. The supplier installed the wrong glass at first as well, and Rich went right back and had them put in the correct glass. He was fast, personable, and kept us in communication as the deal with his supplier was worked out. His prices are also out of this world. WAY better than other services. I would shout this from the rooftops, if I thought it would get the word out better. Rich Wagner is amazing!!!

Where do I start? My 16 by 18 foot door came off the track. I went to get parts and ask the place if they knew anyone that can help me fix my garage. The place I was at was out till the end of Feb. one of the employees said use Wagner the owner is here picking up parts. I talked with Richard and he said he could do it on his was home. This is a huge RV garage. He beat me home, started fixing the issues. He had parts and the knowledge to get this huge job done. Then I said how much? When he told me I paid him or tipped him an extra 20 due to his price was way lower than I was thinking I was going to have to pay. Use Wagner’s or your getting the 2nd best. I glad you put your phone number sticker on the door. I will always use you and tell my friends.

The cold weather did a number on my garage door springs. I called Richard. He came out the same day, had the parts and completed the job before the competitors could even come take a look. His quote was also considerably cheaper than the other highly rated company in Lehi. He did a great job and provided a 3 year warranty.*****Another 5 Star ExperienceMy garage door opener died this past month. I live in Lehi and called around for pricing. For my 8’ double door garage the highest rated company out of Orem quoted me $525 to install the top of line belt driven LED model by Lift Master. It connects to WiFi, can be used an app, came with 2 remotes, a photo “eye” safety sensor and a keypad for the exterior of the garage. They also had a year warranty on the installation. Their timeline was a minimum of 1 week before they could come out and they required 1/2 payment up front prior to the installation.I called Wagner Garage Doors. They offered the same model, warranty and accessories for $450 and installed it the same day. $75 savings, no wait time and no need for prepayment because it was done that day. Our family loves it.

Rich came over to service our old, squeaky and sticking (wouldnt open all the way in one go) garage door. He immediately identified the sensor and receiver as going bad - replaced them, lubed up the areas that needed it, and it was working without a hitch. He then checked the keypad (needed a new battery), checked the motor (old, but working well) and then gave me some pointers on what to keep a look out for going forward.Very professional and helpful. I highly recommend him and his service.

When my door springs broke and left my garage door stuck open, Rich came within an hour of calling and helped me get my garage secured. He came out first thing the next day and had everything working super quick. He does great work at a great price and quick!

This company was amazing! Customer service was beyond excellent. They were quick to answer phone calls, text messages and any questions I had. I have had several companies come out to my house to give me bids to repair my garage door and all of them were between $700-$1950. They were able to repair my existing garage door well below those price quotes. I was so impressed with the quality of service. It is so nice to see a family owned and operating company. My kids were running around crazy and talking with them and they were so patient and kind. They are definitely a company I will be calling again for future needs and will refer any family and friends to them with out hesitation.

Richard Wagner put in a new garage door opener for me yesterday and the service and honesty about what I could expect was very helpful. My opener was 16 years old and he offered to try and fix it and gave the price and then stated that most garage door openers only lasted about 16 or so years; and I would probably have to keep on fixing it ongoing. I appreciated his honesty and his willingness to offer all alternatives and was respectful of my budget and did not push to make the most money for him like some repair workers do. He came when he said he would and quickly installed it and I was happy with his work. Hope it lasts 16 more years!

I backed into my garage door this afternoon while it was still opening and bent the door/tweaked the rollers in their tracks, therefore jamming my door halfway open. It’s great to find an honest contractor who is so knowledgeable and affordable! Our garage door wouldn’t close at the end of the night, we noticed that one of the cables came off a drum, so we released it from the opener and forced it closed. In the process, a wheel fell off one of the sides and the door came off the tracks. We had another repair company come six months ago who told us our door would need to be replaced soon so we were fully expecting to buy a new door today. Richard came and fixed all three problems in under 45 minutes and explained that not only is our door in good condition overall, but so is our opener. We highly recommend Wagner Garage Doors!

I really never write reviews but I felt that I had to in this case! I called another company to come out to my home first thing in the morning and was beyond impressed to see they would have a tech come out the that afternoon, I was thrilled! Tech called when he was on his way, showed up in the time frame he said he would, GREAT! Im feeling real good about this. We started talking about my broken door spring and come to find out that the builder put in a cheap Wayne Dalton garage door which are know to fail, which I wasnt to happy about but all well it is what it is. The tech said it would be best if we replaced these springs with a traditional two heavy duty springs up front in the middle. I said Okay, he then told me he would need to do this and this its going to be $550.00 I thought OUCH! I talked to their receptionist who told me it would cost 149.00 max including parts. When the tech wrote out the estimate for me to have and to call him back I was a little taken back that he did not itemize the parts costs. So I was wondering how could he know it was 550.00? Having come from the appliance repair business I never left a home without giving a full broken out quote. Sorry this seems like Im writing a review for another company! I wanted to paint the picture for my experience before I called Wagners. When I called Richard answered the phone who is the owner operator for Wagners. He said I can take care of that for you and this is what you are looking at. He was UNBELIEVABLY cheaper than that other company(s). So...I thought Richard was going to replace my cheap Wayne Dalton springs, to my surprise when I got home from work he converted my system to the higher quality spring, again, at an UNBELIEVABLY cheaper price than anyone! I had called multiple places after my first experience and Richard was not only cheaper. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, on time! Its clear, with experience in the industry, he has learned how to take care of customers. He is the best at what he does and does a phenomenal job. Not to mention very fast too. Moral of the story... I now have a better spring, he went above and beyond to remount my garage door hanger mounting bracket to assure it wouldnt pull off the door as these doors are known for. All the positive reviews you have read or will read are LEGIT!! I have no relation, friendship, or incentive to Richard, like I said I was referred to him by a friend. How grateful Iam I didnt just pay some company who I thought was awesome by their initial customer service. I had Wagner Garage Doors install a opener in my third car garage in the fall of 2017. On February 27th, he came to my home to reset the machine because the door would not close. It would pop right back up when it hit the floor. It worked fine for a few days and then the same problem happened. I called him back, but he never responded. I continued to call and text him at least once a week for the next 45 days. Not once did he call or text me back. I even had my cousin, who referred him to me, call. He answered for my cousin, who he does business with, but not me. He said he had been very busy and thats why he didnt respond. Really? So busy that it was impossible to pick up the phone or text a customer to tell them you got their message and you would fix their faulty garage door? Since I have not been contacted to this day and it has been almost 2 months, I was left with no choice but to call another garage door company and pay $100 to repair so my car would not be left outside in Utahs unpredictable spring weather, even though I had already paid Wager hundreds of dollars to install a unit that was still under warranty and shouldnt have cost me a dime.**Update - Mr. Wagner came to my home and sincerely apologized for everything. He also reimbursed me what I had to pay for a repair with the other company. I accepted his apology and wished him the best. I really appreciated him coming to my home and apologizing. For that, I increased my rating from 1 star to 3.

The spring on my garage broke on Friday night. These guys came on a Saturday to fix it, and not only did they not charge more for coming on a Saturday, but gave a discount since I found them online. By the way not only fixed the spring, but tuned up some other small issues with the garage door. I was so impressed!

They were able to fit me into their schedule within an hour of calling! Living a few minutes away helps too. Professional and fast service, and they also include a 30 day warranty on service. It was $75 for the repair!
