Customer service is always great at this store. At my visit today, they were dealing with technical difficulties and could only have one register open. The gentleman running the register was really kind and thank everyone for their patience. Always impressed by the employees at this store.

What a great store! Had everything we needed today to have a great yard work experience. The gloves and chainsaw were great quality and got the job done.

Their tools are very inexpensive but for the most part well-made. If something breaks you simply take it back and they give you a replacement. The employees are very friendly and very helpful

Their prices are pretty decent but you need to watch what you are buying as some products are a little inferior. But this is a great place to go for tools at a good price

Nice people, found all the items I was looking for. This store is a masculine craft store. It has so many crafting supplies... Although it smells, really smells, like tires or oil or something that is not great. Please know this did not deter me from going ham in this place. I shopped like I was at the Hobby Lobby. I am excited to find supplies at a lower price and near my home where (and Starbucks). The people were friendly and helped me find great deals with their myriad of coupons. I would recommend this place for men and women alike.

I dont come here to get high quality long-lasting equipment that I expect to last through the years without breaking on though jobs (though sometimes they do).I come here because I want to try something out, I need a one-and-done tool for a project, or theres some tool I need that I expect to rarely use or that will get beat up and replaced later, and I dont want to pay out the nose.That is why I go to Harbor Freight, because by-George they fit that need perfectly.

A new Harbor Freight in Lehi and it still has that newly remodeled edifice smell. Has everything youve come to know and love about the place. Tools and more of good quality. Especially great when I break a tool or need a strange tool immediately for a one-time use.

I called this store from Salt Lake looking for a generator in the aftermath of the big storm. Our power had been out for a day and a half already. Unfortunately they were out. However, about 15 minutes later Jared called back to tell me there was a return, an unopened box. I had not left my name nor phone number. He took the initiative to look at caller ID and call. I was thrilled, that is good customer service!

I am a tool junkie, a skilled amateur in several trades. I have shopped HF many times., and at many locations. The staff at this store is the most friendly and helpful of any I have ever visited.

Harbor Freight is one of my favorite stores!! You literally cannot beat their prices on anything. Because things are so cheap I tend to shy away from their power tools but if all youre looking for is a tarp or some castor wheels or some random tool then you have absolutely come to the right place!!!

I really like this location. The people are nice. They are hit and miss on some items in stocks. But now that the website says if something is in stock I just check the website before I go. And remember to find a 20% off coupon before you go!

Im very sad and frustrated about this store. I bought a welding machine last Friday and I returned today because of low quality. When I bought it a cashier just told me that I had 9 days to return. However, when I returned it today they charged me $58 dollar of restock fee and the manager told me it is because of rent fee. I didnt want to rent, I spent almost $300 in very low quality machine. Their products hasn’t lower prices in comparison to the market and the quality is vey lower than normal. Also, they should clarify for the customer before selling to avoid a embarrassment. In summary, if you like to waste money and get a headache, this is a good place for that. Very low quality China products. Next time Ill go to the home depot or Lowes which sells quality tools and if you need to return they won’t humiliate you and extort money because of dump products. harbor freight NEVER MORE. I dont want to get same experience again.

Pain to use Coupons still and they are still 1920s with their checkout technology but good staff none the less.

Who doesnt want a garage full of tools? Dont forget to grab the harbor freight coupon on app from the marketplace before you make your Saturday run for tools. Ive purchased mostly hand tools and miscellaneous parts. Theyre website is super helpful in deciding if I should even go here for stuff. If they have it on the website I can usually find it in the store. Everytime Ive shown the staff a picture online if what I need they tell me exactly where to find it.

Same standard Harbor Freight store setup as can be found nationwide. There is a little people sized trashcan outside the door for discarding what miniature bits of trash you can manage to shred and slip through the slots. The store is clean and well lighted. The attendants are somewhat attendant, though dont win the medal for speed, but very friendly and helpful. There is paraplegic parking, wheelchair accessable doors, and public restrooms. A plastic shield has been erected at the checkout stands to shield the cashiers from the various feral public who frequent the store. I have visited the store often and will do so again in the near future.

The tools are of course cheap knock offs, but the price for what you get is great. I use Harbor Freight for the tools I need when I will only need a tool for light use it one off jobs. The staff are nice and helpful as where to find stuff in the store.

They gave good products at a good value, however, dont count on anything they tell you... Weve got one coming on the truck Monday, on Monday, its on tomorrows truck, Tuesday, we dont have a truck today and not sure when were getting it. I waited believing what the associates were telling me and now Im empty handed. Continually misinforming customers is not good business.

The store didnt seem to be very organized and was kind of sloppy. They didnt have what I was looking for at the price I saw advertised. I did find some pretty good deals on AAA batteries though.

Close way to early on the weekends. Make sure you get there before 7pm.

Service was great. Tools and parts are cheap for a reason. So if your doing a one off job and dont need the the tool to last this is a great place. However if you need tools that will last for heavy use consider a different place.

I miss the 20% coupons like everyone else. I only went this time because I needed a $6 tool and saw their 30% coupon on Facebook. I miss the days when you didnt have to pay for discounts.

I came in looking for a certain hand truck, which I was told they were out of until a sales associate went back and happened to find one that just came in.I love these guys.

They have more locations now than before, so they are more conveniently located, good pricing on most items, the stores are neat and clean, usually well stocked and have digital app with coupons that they can scan at the register.

Id give a better a rating if there selection of tools wasnt subparb compared to Orem this store feels half empty the moment you walk in. Selection is way better in Orem she it seems like a smaller store.

It is nice and convenient to finally have a HFT in Lehi. The prices are always right when you need a last second tool for a job where damage or loss is a possibility. There is an impressive selection of off brand supplies. Coupons always make the price better. Employees are nice and friendly if not always knowledgeable. The location isnt too bad either. Traffic lights have really helped the egress situation in the area. Parking is limited and the lot is kind of awkward with the slope.

Same stuff you could expect to find at HF but the staff has always been real friendly and helpful.
