Like all COSTCO products and services the hearing center rises above the rest. Better testing than I got from my private audiologist . One third the price. Warranties unnumbered. I worked with Shay, but the staff are all friendly. If you dont go here for your hearing services youll kick yourself later.

Front desk guy not very friendly but Nick and Jennifer are great! Highly recommend their hearing aids because of price and convenience. Use the Costco Visa card and your warranty is pushed out to 5 years!

Nick is a PRO! I recently moved to the area and today had my hearing aids adjusted. At my previous appointments in other locations (Ive had my hearing aids for almost 4 years) I would leave never feeling completely normal and would have to get used to hearing aids that werent completely right for me. Today, Nick spent the time and got them RIGHT! Thank you so much! While hearing through hearing aids is never the same as hearing through your natural ears, it feels so much better to have them adjusted to near-normal.

The Kirkland 6.0 hearing aids and the hearing specialists Nick and Jennifer are fantastic. I have been wearing Costco hearing aids for about 8 years and these new 6.0 have enabled me to hear better and understand more by at least 50%. Plus, the testing and configuring was extensive and included free with the new hearing aids for their life. This has been a life changer!
