I have a knack for wording my questions in really complicated ways, especially when I barely know what I’m doing in the first place, ie overhauling an old sprinkler system- but no matter who is working, they are always quick to greet me, patiently answer all of my questions and help me find what I need.Seriously, five stars isn’t enough! 👌

Great place. They were helpful in guiding me to what I needed and had stock of stuff other places were out of. I recommend them for your sprinkler needs.

Very happy with my experience. I ran by after work at the end of the day and got there with only 10 minutes left till close. The guy working answered all my questions, helped me gather everything I needed, walked me all over the store to find supplies, and even built the whole valve system for me right there. He made the experience so easy and I feel a lot more confident in my project now.

The nice thing about Sprinkler world whether its this location or any location theyve always got people that are more than willing to help you and answer your questions. As far as Im concerned theyve got the best service of any business in the Utah area.

Helpful staff, great inventory, fair prices. -2 stars for closing at 2 pm on a Saturday when the Lowes sprinkler aisle is packed like the Rockefeller Plaza on Christmas Eve. You could stay open an extra 4 hours on Saturdays, then burn a barrel of cash and still come out ahead of where you would have been closing at 2 pm. Dummmmmmmmmmb.

These guys have everything you need to design, build or fix your sprinkler system.The store could use a little more organization.

Great place to go. They carry a lot more than just lawn sprinkler supplies and tools. Austin was very helpful. Even loaded the pipe on the truck for me. I would definitely recommend these place over a big box store.

Okay, to preface this whole thing, I do not know much about sprinklers and am hoping to do my back yard since the front has already been done by a landscaping company. We came during the week between 5-6 PM and asked for some help. The two guys working couldn’t help me since I needed a “sprinkler designer”. Thanks for nothing but whatever. That doesn’t warrant a bad review but I just won’t come back.Fast forward to the Saturday of that same week. I’ve wanted to go to this other sprinkler company that’s close to me but they close at 5 PM every weekday so I figured I’d stop by on Saturday morning. They’re closed for who knows why, but that’s a different story. So I call sprinkler world (since they’re the next closest and open on Saturday) to see if the “designer” is working today. He is! Great! I come in and wait my turn to work with him. He finishes helping the person before me and now it’s my turn.I explain that I don’t have any experience and would love some help. I show him the layout of my backyard and what I’m thinking the layout might look like. He tells me that he can’t guarantee his work if he works on the fly like this instead of spending time to design it. That’s fine, whatever. I don’t need a guarantee. I just want some direction as to what I should buy.The “designer” then asks if I’m planning on using 3/4” or 1”. I tell him that I have no idea and don’t know which would be better (hence why I’m here for his help). He then explains what does what. I remember that on our old house, we used 3/4” for our system so I said that, and that we could just do 3/4” for this house. He’s frustrated at this point and doesn’t want me to decide on that, so before making that decision he asks me what my water PSI is. Um... if that’s something that I knew off of the top of my head, I probably would know more about what’s going on and wouldn’t be asking you for help. So I told him that I had no idea, in which he got even more frustrated. I asked how I’d find out and he told me to call my water company. He then told me he couldn’t help me out without all of that information.I try to be an understanding individual. So I get that there are other customers and a lot to consider with sprinklers, but that’s why I came in for help. To work with someone who supposedly is the “only one that can help (me)” [two guys from the first visit] was a miserable experience. Great job making me feel like an idiot when I came in hoping to be guided. No need to outwardly express how annoying it is working with me because I don’t know anything. Maybe, be a decent human being, and walk me through what options I have and the risks that exist if I don’t find out what my PSI is. No need to be frustrated about my lack of knowledge.

Austin’s customer service was excellent. I came in to find a replacement lid for an Amiad sprinkler filter. But apparently you can only buy the whole filter, not just the lid, which was going to be way more $$$ than I wanted to spend. So I started looking at other options to just fix my old broken lid, when Austin thought for a moment, rummaged through a box of old parts left behind by others, and found the exact part I needed! That’s awesome service. I’ll be back for when my next sprinkler breaks.

They didnt have everything I was looking for, but it was the busy season for sprinklers. If I have a complaint its that its hard to find things at times. I spend 90%of my time there looking for 10%of what I need. That seems to be par for the course with a lot of these stores, but I do think it could be addressed.

At first the manager was helpful when I was looking for what I needed.I was installing a water softener and the parts I got from this store did not work, they were bad/damaged, they kept leaking. ( ended up getting the parts I needed at a lower price at Lowes and they worked right away, no problem) Not a big deal, things like this happen.But when I came back with my receipt in hand for a refund and explained my situation to the manager, he refused to refund my money and said I do not feel bad about itAlso the manager, a guy who had no mask, but rather was chewing on a toothpick while talking to me, was very rude and had zero tact and manners towards me, a customer.Lacking basic customer service skills. I am sure he became a manager because there wasnt any other options other than him.I will never come back to this store. They lost a continuous client, plus references, due to this person.

The staff initially seemed knowledgeable and helpful but the more time I spent there the more I felt like I was being swindled. if you are planning on doing your own yard and want help, I wouldnt recommend wasting $100 to have them do a design. The plan I received was nearly double the amount of actual valves needed to do my yard and would have cost at least $1200 more just in parts. The several contractors that reviewed the plan were very surprised at how many extra valves and heads the designer recommended. The design also didnt include any kind of actual recommended pipe placement so youre still on your own with how you would connect everything together. The contractors also pointed out that the designer completely forgot to include the drip lines. When I mentioned the extra valves and the missing drip line to the designer he shrugged it off and said, yeah, thats not surprising since I havent actually seen the yard. My opinion is that he did a very quick, very expensive design hoping to get me to spend the money on the extra parts that I didnt need and he didnt seem to care too much about the end result. And when they tell you the $100 for the design can go toward buying your system, that is ONLY if you buy ALL of the parts in THEIR design, not if you end up needing far less.

This place is a joke to have two guys working on a Saturday.

This is a great place to find anything you need related to anything to do with sprinklers and sprinkler parts. They carry different brands and products.

It was helpful that we were able to get the design and some direction with how to do our sprinklers. But there were several supplies that we didnt receive, or received the wrong item. The design called for 50 heads and they only gave us 35. And when we went to buy more, the price went up $4 a head. We receivd the wrong wire and a package of wrong nozzles. We ended up spending upwards of $300 more after the inial design and supply cost. For specializing in sprinklers and supplies they really messed up.

Awesome place and they carry a pretty good selection of quality stuff. Just be careful about the prices. The contractor rates are significantly lower than the full retail prices. And since the prices arent posted, you dont always know whether youll be getting a good deal. Having said that, they dont carry junk like the big box stores. Their stuff doesnt break, rot, or fall apart like the cheap stuff, which means youll only be doing the job once, if you do it right the first time.

I purchased $358.34 worth of sprinkler equipment only to find out it would not work. When I went back to the store less than 24 hours later they would not return it because I could not find my receipt. The person who sold me the equipment remembered me as I was just there the day before and I even offered to show my bank statement as proof of purchase but was told it was not good enough since it was not the receipt. I ended up buying the right equipment but it cost me another $220.25. Both the employee and manager (whose name is Jake) told me it was my problem for losing the receipt and told me I could try and sell the sprinkler equipment I do not need online. Jake - the manager- told me it would take him over two hours to try and find the receipt and if he did it for me he would have to do it for everyone. During COVID-19 I think this is extremely poor customer service

I’ve been to this location several times, and each time I’m impressed by how helpful the employees are. They answer all my questions and help me find what I’m looking for. The prices are also very reasonable. Definitely recommend!

Very knowledgeable staff. Not sure why anyone would give these guys a bad review. They always know what I need for my sprinklers and are willing to explain it to me even when they have a line down the store. I came from being a customer at their competitor down the street and they are more patient and have way better customer service and really care about me. That is why I choose to spend my hard earned money at Sprinkler World in Lehi.

The hours that their stores are open make absolutely no sense. I swear every time I try to go they are closed.

Ive been going here for a while now for my sprinkler and Christmas light needs and have always been impressed with the staff and their product stock. They are willing to take the time to help you find the right part for the job no matter what the size of the order is. They often have fresh popcorn and hot chocolate/coffee as well! Ill always go to these guys as long as Im around.

The inventory is quite disorganized, but they always have what I need. I prefer to go to the store than the larger big box stores or whatever they are called. The employees at Sprinkler World are always attentive and helpful. The pricing is comparable to everywhere else within a dollar or two, depending on how much you spend.

They have excellent seasonal Christmas lighting stock, but I have had the pleasure of working with them on my personal sprinkler projects for my home as well. Expect poor service at best. I will stand at counter waiting for help and employees will pick up the phone first before helping you. Once Standard Plumbing bought out Sprinkler World they have been getting worse and worse. If you notice there are no prices on anything in the store. The reason is they will soak you (no pun intended) if you are a joe blow citizen versus an contractor customer. When they ask if you have an account and you say no, prepare to grab the ankles and pay higher than full price. On my last venture they wanted 8.90 for a K-Rain nozzle that sells at Lowes around the corner for $5.60. Avoid them at all cost even if you have to order online and pay shipping it will be cheaper and better customer service in the end. The employees are grease balls I would not trust my credit card with. I used them for the design of my yard and had to throw the plans out when they recommended one valve for a 1,600 foot garden plot. One guy loves to be sarcastic and say things like have a nice day or thanks for your patience in the most sarcastic terms. Oh and good luck ever returning anything.

This place has he worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been putting in my sprinkler system this last year and I’ll be honest I’ve never done a sprinkler system before. I made plenty of mistakes. One of them was not letting the flow through before putting on the valves. I had all the valves on but they started not working because they were full of rocks. I take full responsibility for that but when I brought them in because they weren’t working the manager and workers were extremely rude. They said I needed to take apart the valves and flush it. I asked them how to do it and they said, “first you need to go home and ask your husband where his screw driver is and have him unscrew all the screws and pull it apart.” First of all my husband has no interest in doing the sprinklers that’s why I’m doing it and your sexist remarks made me feel like I was incapable of doing this because I was a female. Yes, I don’t know what I’m doing but instead of making fun of me maybe be courteous and show or tell me what needs to be done. I will not be spending any more money here and have told my many neighbors who are putting systems in to go to another store down the road (sprinkler supply) because they know how to treat customers.

One of the guys at the counter would not listen to what I needed Assistance with because I didnt have exact part numbers. He didnt even try to help. Just had a sour personality. I wont waste my time here at this location again

Deceptive return policy. I had a dry spot on my yard and was recommended I purchase a $10 nozzle (normal ones are $.75), I was willing to pay 10x more. There was no way of knowing that it would work without using it. I tested it out for less than 30 days, still dry. I go to return it and they say since they cannot resell the product they will not give me a refund. Poor experience, poor service. This was my first experience there and learned my lesson. Returning products at big box stores is much easier.
