Needed just a few pieces of flagstone and loved the process here! It’s a drive up, weigh your vehicle, load your stone and pay situation. Jason walked me through it and loaded my stone for me. Grateful for the service and simple steps.

Their choice of stones and rocks is amazing. We needed rock to match the siding on our home from thirteen years ago. We were able to find what we needed at a very good price. The service was excellent.

The Lehi American stone is the best! Every time I go there they are so helpful and awesome! I’ve gotten a lot of Rock as of late, and it’s just nice having no hassle getting the product loaded in my truck and getting me out of there and started on my project. I’m just a casual homeowner with a truck. If you want gravel and pro quality weed barrier this is the place. Super easy to load up and very friendly people. I was intimidated by the process but they make it so easy and quick. I bought 1 ton of gravel and the equivalent amount of weed barrier for $66 out the door. Best deal around!

Great people to work with. Everyone I met from the front office to out in the yard was friendly and helpful. Dale was particularly helpful. My project as a homeowner was small but he spent a good amount of time understanding my needs and made sure I got the materials I needed. I would definitely call Dale again for any future projects!

Timmy was an awesome help. Gave us the benefit of his heuristic knowledge. This allowed us to finish our designs and plans. A huge help for these home owners looking to reduce our water consumption, and realize our vision for a beautiful yard.

I love these guys. Kristin really went to bat for me on Memorial day weekend and somehow found a vehicle (UHaul) for me to use last minute. Everybody in Utah was completely booked out, but she was able to make something work for me.The customer service of the whole staff is it amazing. These guys rock! (no pun intended)I had a flagstone project for my new yard and they were very helpful in walking me through the assortment of flagstones, pros/cons, costs, etc. They let us take a couple sample flagstones back at no cost to ensure they worked for our project. When I needed to rent a pickup to haul the stones, they brought the truck over and were very friendly during checkout. The truck was a brand new F-150 Uhaul and very very clean.They were really excited about the project and even asked for me to bring pictures back when it was done.We finished the project with not enough time to clean the truck before it was due back. When we got back, I asked if they wanted me to pay for it to be cleaned, and they just laughed and said, we work with stone... were used to a little mess. We showed them the pictures and they thought the project turned out great.What an awesome experience! They didnt need to be that friendly or care that much, but they did, and it made it a lot of fun.I had a similar project a year ago, and a very similar experience. Awesome place! Great people!

My experience at the Lehi store was great. Friendly office staff and helpful to load the crushed stone in my trailer. Large selection of the pavers I needed. Pictured is just one of the walkways Ive been putting in. They were out of the larger ground cloth but had the smaller size.

I rented my U-Haul through this location. I was able to pick it up on a Sunday through the U-Haul app which was very convenient. However, when I picked it up, they didn’t place my dolly in the truck as per my contract stated. I had to go back the next day to pick up the dolly which took some time because Lehi is undergoing a lot of construction. When I asked the lady at the front desk if I could have my return time extended, she was very rude with her response and what needed to happen for the extension. You could tell she was either just having a bad day or just hated her job. Either way, she was unprofessional and I would not recommend dealing with this location.However, when I spoke to U-Haul about the issue, they gave me an extra day for free and that was fantastic.1 star for this indirect location but 5 stars for U-Haul!

Dale went above and beyond to help me out! He even stayed later after closing to do so. He really went out of his way to show options instead of trying to rush me or pressure sell me. Very trustworthy and appreciate his help. I own a landscaping company and plan to come again!

Needed fireplace stone fast to be ready for Thanksgiving. Found one we liked. Roger took the order only to find out the manufacturer was out and wouldnt be making more for a few weeks. We found another onewe liked better for a lower price. The refund bought our hearth stone, and Roger stayed late for me (stuck in traffic) to pick it up the next evening. Thanks guys!

I would absolutely recommend this place to others. Their stone selection was bigger than many places I had been to, and their prices were lower than most the places I had checked out. I ended up getting a nice stacked stone for my fireplace surround. The employees were great. The office workers gave my son a quarter to feed the giant koi in the lobby. The workers outside pointed my husband and I in the direction of slab stones that would be perfect for our hearth. I had a great experience working with American Stone.

I needed to get gravel for my RV parking. When I showed up I was very impressed with the selection they had. The ladies in the front office were very helpful. I pulled in the back of the building and was greeted right away each time with the gentleman in the tractor ready to load up my truck. I went back many times. I was very please with the level of service I received.

Not only do they have a great selection of good products, and great customer service, but their process is super fast and convenient. Would recommend to family & friends in a heartbeat.

Over priced and difficult to work with. They sell the bulk rock by the pound. Who buys bulk rock by the pound? You end up paying for a good deal of dirt from the dirty stone and I am certain they make sure to water down the piles every morning. The salesman/owner has the personal skills of......well, of a pile of rocks.

Truck was clean and ran great. Staff was very friendly and helpful and I was in and out very quickly when I picked up the truck. Will definitely use again when a truck or trailer rental is needed

Ive been to a lot of landscaping stores. This was the most helpful. They answered our questions, even with a full store, and got us quickly on our way. I will be heading there again any time I need stone.

Awesome uhaul rental experience. Fastest and most organized operation Ive dealt with! I was impressed by the customer service.

I ran into an issue trying to order some gravel for my property today that left me a little frustrated. They needed me to come in to approve the gravel before they would deliver it. Unfortunatly, I live in Dallas and am unable to come in to verify the type of gravel I need. Shortly after I hung up, the Manager (Rodger) called me personally to help me work it out. He explained the issue (which made sense after he explained it to me) and came up with a creative way to help me get the gravel i needed ordered and delivery scheduled this week. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Have made a few trips here for patio and walkway stone. Each time I have been happy with the selection of stone and the customer service.

TAKE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!! Tried to give this review zero stars, but unfortunately thats not an option. I had a horrible experience, and would not recommend to anyone. They were 2+ HOURS LATE ON OUR DELIVERY!!! We even informed the office manager (Lehi), prior to arranging delivery, that we needed to know an ACCURATE time range because our landscaper was paid by the hour. Their LATE DELIVERY ended up costing us over $200 out of our pockets (their excuse? that the loader took 3 hours to put rock in the truck. We didnt even have that much rock, and they didnt even bother to call and inform us they were way behind schedule.) When we paid cash up-front, the office manager actually complained about it (grumbled that he now had to make a run to the bank.) The office manager (Lehi) is awful, and ignorant as to what constitutes customer services. He is GROUCHY AND MUMBLES (every other word I had to say, Excuse me, I cant hear you, can you repeat that?). Also, at the rock/stone yard none of the piles of rock/stone throughout the lot are labeled (so you’re driving around and looking around and you have NO IDEA what you are looking at, or what it costs.) When we’d ask the office manager about what specific rocks were which, and how much they cost, he just pointed his hand out the window and said: That pile over there.... Thanks, thats really helpful. It was so frustrating trying to pick out rock with him. Then he was exasperated that we actually asked him to walk out into the lot with us to SHOW US exactly what rock he was talking about. Their office is dirty and dusty and disgusting, and the clerk was a complete ditz (who the office manager openly complained about to us. Awkward.) Horrible experience. Trust me.

They have nice rock, but the people behind the desk have rock for brains. Couldn’t get an answer from them for basic questions like “what type of rock do you have” to “what are your prices.”

If what they have are considered salespeople, they should be fired. I went in twice, ready to spend serious money and after no-one came out to help, we went inside and were basically ignored.

This is an awful business, this owner was calling about an issue and actually was swearing at me and I will boycott this business and take him to the better business bureau, do not come to this business. He is an awful person and not a christian.
