I love this store....best quality maternity clothes! Best bras for great price...dont waste your time with thyme maternity! Seriously... The ladys in here are lovley! So polite and helpful! Very meh. The staffer was nice enough and even looked up a product for me to get an inseam measurement. The pants are awesome and so happy to have found some with a long leg, but half their shirts and leggings and such don’t even look cut for maternity, they’re just larger sizes. For the specialty store pricing I’d expect specialty products.

Nice costumers service, with great value for your money. That’s good quality clothing for kids.

Customer service was just fine. They didnt bother you, but just let you shop! I found a really nice Pea in the Pod sweater for sale and theyve got other cute stuff in different budget ranges.

I went there recently with a friend who is expecting and we received the worst customer service ever! Nobody spoke to us even though the manager and another person were there and no other customers. When I asked for help to find something the lady just waved in the right direction and was reluctant to actually find the product! It also looked like they said something about us behind our backs as they whispered and looked at us. And I’m not being paranoid! Very bad service if zero stars was an option that would be the proper rate for them.Very surprising and disappointing as I used to be very familiar with their store in kingsland and it was excellent!

Love this store has clothing in every price range they have stylish clothes for casual to business wear staff very helpful

Customer service is good enough, clothing is terrible quality. Nursing tank tops from here are great but any other item Ive purchased (2 pairs of pants, 4 nursing tops, 1 sweater) end up falling apart after a few washes. Pilling, seams coming undone....its cheaply made and therefore grossly overpriced. If you want to invest in some quality maternity pieces, take your money elsewhere.

The worst experiences Ive ever had in a store. I went to the store twice. On both occasions, there were no other cusfomers in the store and two staff members were working. No one even spoke to me or offered any help after I spent 10 minutes in the store. They just gossiped and talked to each other. I will never buy anything from this store because of terrible customer service.

Poor attitude from an old sales lady. Not willing to help and super rude to my wife. Very disappointing.

I was really disappointed by the manager lack of personality. Iv been there a few times and she looks and sound like that she hates life!! so miserable, its sad. I was to spend a few dollars in there for myself and a friend of mine but I changed my mind. They will not see me in that store again. Unfortunate that this store franchise cant see and feel who they hire to manage a place like this, wow.
