So I usually don’t leave reviews. However, I was so impressed with extra space and how easy of a process it was to rent a space and drop off my belongings. They sent me a text right after I finished online with my unit number and the gate code. They then followed up with a phone call to make sure I know how to get in the gate and where the unit was located in the lot. They also provided a smart map link that allowed me to enter my unit number and see exactly where it was at. Really nice people.

This is THE best storage unit I have ever used. They were very helpful in helping me find the right one we needed and the location was also very easy to find. The process over all was very smooth! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Lehi!

The areas have been clean and well maintained. We have an in heated area that is in the hallways and it has been comfortable in all kinds of weather. We have never had a problem with either freezing or melting temperatures in the 4 years we have rented the space.

Trent at ExtraSpace has been really easy to work with and communicate with about my concerns and needs regarding storage space. The storage space is large, clean and safe. The location is easy to get to and secure.

They were great and really help get me set up and moved in quickly. As I was on a quick turn they helped ease my mind which allowed me to focus on other items. I will look to them for continued storage needs.

I’m actually torn because I’ve liked renting here and the people are great! I’m beyond upset that my monthly rate jumped $31 without any notice!! I receive emails and text messages ALL the time for them, but this price increases was “mailed on a card” !!🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ The reason for the hefty price hike? “Because rent and housing prices are going up” 😳 but yet they still offer low prices to get people to move in?!? Needless to say I will not be renting a storage unit again any time soon

Facility is very nice and in good working order. Relatively new equipment, clean spaces, and good storage options for both interior and outdoor garage spaces. Security seems great with multiple password gates before even reaching the locked storage area.This is all offset by the fact that the apparent inflation rate for storage facilities is extremely high. Extra space has nearly doubled my monthly payment requirement over the last five years there. Due to this, it is about to the point where it is simply cheaper to replace the seasonal equipment I store there (skis and tires) every year instead of storing them with Extra Space.

The manager has been absolutely the best. Alway clean alway on it… Do not Hesitate to rent a unit there. The best I’ve ever dealt with.

MULTIPLE MICE CAPTURED IN UNIT RUINING PROPERTY!While renting a unit here we had several items ruined by mice chewing on them and leaving excrement EVERYWHERE. The main guy was somewhat helpful but whoever was in the office July 24th 2021 was quite rude and abrasive and basically said it wasnt her problem.We suggested they let the other renters in G area know about the mouse problem as they got in through the gaps between units.Were working with the insurance that is included while renting but overall not impressed at all.

The storage place was really cool and convenient I was helping a friend move in and they were very knowledgeable in getting me access to the unit with her permission it was very fast and easy the manager he was nice.

We have had multiple units over the past 3 years with business and personal storage needs and have always received the best service. The units are clean and accessible, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is so convenient. I absolutely recommend the Thanksgiving Point location.

Dont rent storage space here until you read the lease contract completely. They advertise how to store wine in their temperature controlled units. I wanted to store dehydrated food in sealed metal containers. They advertise that you can store motorcycles in their containers. However, their contract says if you store food or any toxic substances (gasoline in motorcycle tanks) they can confiscate it without notice and dispose of it as they wish. It is a very onerous, one-sided contract, in general. I could not take a chance and rent from them. In my opinion, their advertising is very feel good type promotions but their lease contract reads like inmate prison regulations. This is false advertising in my opinion.

Easy process with good deals. Clean quiet and I feel safe with my belongings being held at this location. 10/10 would recommend! My family members have also gotten storage spaces at this location as well :)

Good place but they raised the rent about 30 percent out of nowhere. I wish they did something to lock in your price long term as it’s not easy to move stuff from one unit to another. I’m kinda just stuck paying more.

Always clean and tidy. I get some packages shipped to them and they just place it in my unit for me. Pretty handy! Pricing seems really good and you can get a larger unit here for less

Extra Space in Lehi has been easy to work with and out belongings have remained safe. We chose this location because the facility was clean and secure, and because the cost was lower than other comparable storage facilities. We have stored our extra belongings there for several years. My big complaint is that the cost has increased every year at an amount that seems quite significant. I am working very hard to clear space at my house so I can get my belongings out since I know the cost will continue to go up.

I was always fairly indifferent to storage units, figuring that one was the same as another, but Trent at the Lehi location went above and beyond to help us. The house we were buying fell through at the last minute. He helped us find enough space to fit everything from our house. When it came time to move out of the units a few months later, he pro-actively canceled the auto-pays on the units, so they would not go through, and when I asked for a broom to clean up some of the remnants after we moved out; he told me not to worry about it, and he took care of it. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone.

Ive had a fine experience. I tried the option to do the full rental online, but it didnt work properly and a reservation was made instead, which required me to wait an extra day to move in. However, customer service was very helpful and I wasnt actually pressed for time, so it wasnt a terrible inconvenience.My unit, though it seems a bit smaller than what the rental stated, is a lot nicer than Ive used with Public Storage in the past and the hours fit more with my needs too.Overall a good experience with move in and with the unit, so far.

We were greeted by Trent today. He is very friendly and provides prompt service. He wore a mask which was great to see. He showed us our storage unit and offered to answer any of our questions. The facility is spotless and secure. We were able to fill out the forms with him on the phone. It was easy and convenient. He was clear and patient with me even though I was having a bad connection. If you need a storage unit, this place and Trent won’t disappoint!

It was really easy to start my rental online. I picked out the size of the unit & paid online. Within a few seconds of making my payment, I received a text with my gate code & unit #. Just the other night I was dropping some things off to my unit. I ended up killing my car battery & had no choice but to leave my car there & come back in the morning. I was almost sure theyd have my car towed. I was very surprised at how sweet & understanding they were. She was so amazing. I would definitely recommend this company, especially the Lehi location. Great storage. Clean, organized, service is generally great. Security is all around all the units.Thier prices slowly increase if you keep your units for a long time. But just work with the staff to see if you can get the price back down. 5 stars if I didnt have to keep checking on my unit price increases.
