I HAD A GREAT EPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE I CAME IN BECAUSE MY FRIDGE BROKE AND I CAME OVER TO E&L APLLIANCES... AS SOON AS I GOT THERE THEY GREETED ME WITH KINDNESS AND RESPECT, THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL ANSEWRING ANY QUESTIONS I HAD ABOUT THE EQUIPMENT I WAS GOING TO PURCHASE WHICH RESULT IN (VERY GOOD QUALITY AND CONDITION) DELIVERY WAS ON TIME.. I LOVE THE FACT THAT THEY ARE A FAMILY BUISSNESS.... I WILL HIGHLY RECOMEND E&L APPLIANCES TO ANY ONE THAT NEEDS TO PURCHASE ANY APPLIANCES :)

Purchased a washer and dryer from them. Delivery and installation was HOURS late and then issues proceeded from there. I contacted them several times for delivery as we made arrangements to our schedule to accommodate and the communication was minimal. When we purchased, we asked if there was anything else that we need to go purchase or if everything came with them to be installed. We were told everything is included. We had to go purchase the piece for the dryer and would have had it on hand if they would have stated so. The first tome I used the washer, it gave an error code. I contacted the number the next day to provide the code and additional issues as they offer a 30day warranty. The owner stated he would be at my home in the morning. Again issues proceeded. I called and texted only to be ignored. My fiancé called and texted and was treated the same way. Again the owner shows up hours late with excuses and well after 6pm. He explained the possible issue and told my fiancé he would be back the next morning. He never showed or called. Customers are not a priority nor treated like they matter. This is not a business I would ever recommend. Going to call in the morning to see if we can have the issues resolved, but my expectations are extremely low. DO NOT BUY!

Dont be disuaded by the location. If you are looking for good, cheap, used appliances check out this local family owned business. The young saleslady was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The selection was suprisingly good, their prices were excellent, and the appliances were very clean. According to the young lady all their machines are reconditioned and tested before sale. They offered a 30 day warranty and free same day delivery, and repair services should you need them. The fridge I got here was $400; something similar from Lowes scratch-and-dent section ranged from $800 to over $1,200.I highly recommend them.

Nice guy. Fast, good price, delivery and honestly I buy a refrigerator and looks (less than the pic) like new for a really good price. I dont talked for other just my experience and was good.

Laura was amazing with helping me find what I need. I bought an awesome three door refrigerator in stainless steel for just $849.99 and omg a stainless steel samsung stove for $349.99. I’m definitely coming back for a washer and dryer set. They had everything from cheap $180 refrigerators to amazing kitchen sets. Thank you so much guys! You’ve helped me out sooooo much!

I was gonna be lead by the 1 star comments but I decided to give E and L chance since I didn’t have any other way of getting cheaper appliances during the pandemic. I was understanding with delivery since they only had one delivery man and I live in naples😅. They arrived on time and even provided free washer and dryer connections. The customer service was wonderful and they were extremely helpful. Refrigerators go for about $170 and the washer and dryer combos are for $300 and $350. I’m coming back for a refrigerator for sure! 😃

I Love these guys so much!!!!!They negotiated their prices and I was able to buy my kitchen set and a laundry set (Samsung!!!). The prices were so cheap. A modern Samsung set for $3000 that is 2018 went for $850 at E and L. I’ve had it for almost a year now and everything is amazing. I had to come back last week for a kitchen set and Laura is still working customer service. She is so helpful and nice. Even got free water connections!!! Will recommend.

I would never buy another machine here again I bought my first machine it broke I took it back to them and then two months later it broke again not only that but I took my old washer in to get it fixed and then the next few times I used it it didnt work and had the same problem. worst experience

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I was sold a faulty washer, and I cant believe they even sold it. Unfortunately, due to Covid, I relied on pictures which didnt show that it was missing a leg and smelt like mildewed laundry. I would hope at $350 for a used washer, it would at least be in decent order. Barely a month later, it is leaking from underneath and unusable.

Im outraged and not by this pandemic or my husbands lazy tendencies when it comes to Sunday day drinking but rather by E&Ls terrible service and lies. Might as well call this company E&L&CNN. I was told they would come repair a refrigerator that they sold me that was broken when i received it. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE and dont purchase anything from this place. If you want to buy broken machinery shop here.

I think its great that this guy is trying to earn a living in the u.s. but he may want to learn more about appliances before selling them with issues

Not reliable since my machine broke down this past Saturday & only had it less than a week, we got a hold of him & planned for him to come out to exchange on Monday & yes its freakin Wednesday night & he told my wife Ill be there after 3pm & still hasnt come by. Thursday after 7pm got a new exchange but after he left I noticed he brought back my old machine which he actually repaired.

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A COMPANY!! These guys are the worst in the business! I picked up a used refrigerator from them a few weeks ago, and when the fridge stopped working after only a few hours, I asked for somebody to come check it out. They have IGNORED my calls for weeks and ARE REFUSING to refund me for the broken fridge that they sold me. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

SCAM ALERT - sold me a broken washer and dryer. Was told they would come replace them, months later still trying to get a replacement. Absolutely terrible customer service, they ignore calls and lie to keep putting off fixing their mistake. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them you will be scammed. Check other 1 star reviews for confirmation.

Delivery was days late, refrigrator came with a bad smell which took days to clean .then upon hookup we found ice and water maker wasnt working . Said they would fix but weeks later still no word. I would never recommend them as they dont warrentee or stand by there word

This place is Amazing!!! Great Prices and EXCELLANT Customer Service.I bought a Washer & Dryer w/ a 30 day warranty. I responded to an post on OfferUp, they offered to deliver on the same day which was The 4th of July.....I was shocked and impressed!!!After having them for a lil over 3 weeks, the washer wasn’t working properly. I called them at 6:30 in the evening and someone answered the phone. Abt 30 mins later I rec’d a text saying someone would be out the next day to fix it. Sure enough, he was here. Took him around 30 mins and it was up and running!!!I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! Don’t go anywhere else for a used appliance, they stand by their word. 😀
