There arent many beauty supply stores in the area that have what my family needs in stock but this one always has what I need at a reasonable price. I need to go out into Fort Myers to find what I need and the staff are some of the nicest people I have met; associates can be kind of standoffish at other supply stores, but Ive only ever been met with kindness at this on. Five stars for us!

I visited Diamonds Beauty Supply when I came to visit and when I say the best experience. They knew about products and gave unsolicited advice. They also had affordable prices! I love the wig selection as well!!!! Definitely will be back soon!

I found the single prong clips (80)count packs at this location. I have been searching for them for about a year now with all the stores being sold out. The pack is only 5.99 for 80 clips. I was buying them at Walmart for 3.97 for the 30packs. I use them for sewing. I will never use stick pins again, these are an incredible tool for my sewing room. The service is excellent and the store is fully stocked with everything. I am glad I found this place online by looking up beauty supply stores in my area. Diamonds are a girls best friend has more meanings to me now that I have found this place of business. Thanks again

Its a hair supply store conveniently located in Lehigh so you dont have to go to Ft. Myers nothing special about it.

Walked in the door, was greeted & assisted. The young lady helped me find my items in less than 5 minutes. I was directly to the line where I had to wait for 20 minutes. There was ONLY ONE Cashier & the line was 6 deep including myself. When I asked the young lady that had originally helped me if there was anyone else to ring, she said no. The ONLY Cashier was assisting a gentleman purchase clippers & answer the phone. He was doing his best to multi task however everyone that had come into the store was now in line. My suggestion for 2021 would be to train additional cashiers. To say that they dont know how to use a register is not an excuse. It makes no sense to have floor workers to hurry & assist the customer & then have then wait for 20 minutes. That defeats the customer service experience.

This was my first time going into this store. The two lady employees on the floor were NOT wearing masks!!!! Then this one came up to me 3x in MY FACE with her no mask wearing self asking me if I need help? On top of that they played explicit music the ENTIRE TIME very loudly . This one song had the F word dropping every other sentence. I will not go back there. I will drive further to go to another hair store that 1. Follows CDC Guidelines and wear masks and 6 feet distancing 2.Doesnt promote explicit values and music. I was actually shopping for my two girls and I am SO GLAD they were not with me. Do better.....

I WILL NEVER GIVE COME HERE AGAIN... the girls working here are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They act like they don’t want to help you. When I called to ask how much the drawstring ponytails start out as he said I’d have to come in to see, when I arrived, one of the girls was on a ladder increasing the prices smh...I will stick to beauty depot

Beauty supply heaven and theres a whole other store for their wings.. highly reccomend this spot. Im from NY and have had a terrible time finding a good beauty supply store but this is the one !

Second time visiting this store. Customer service isn’t bad, but I don’t like the fact that some items have clear price markers on them while others do not. I feel like I’m paying more for the unmarked item than if it were marked accordingly. Even if an item is priced expensively, I’d rather have an idea of what I’m paying than to get sticker shocked when I get to the counter or feel as though the price changes depending on the day. I ended up paying twice as much than what I would have elsewhere. Sorry, but for that reason alone I won’t be going here again.

The hair has lice!! My 7 year old daughter caught lice because of the place I bought hair on 3 different occasions and same thing. Don’t waste your money. Wish I could leave no star.

Im new to the area and this was my third time going in that beauty supply store. Each time I received horrible service ever from the lady that supposed to be the store manager. All the other girls that works there are wonderful. She needs to go learn customer service skills. I live in Lehigh Acres but I prefer going to Fort Myers beauty supply stores than this one.

The staff has no customer service skills, no knowledge of products or professional etiquette. Prices are not competitive. You will get the item online or the beauty plus in fort MYERS for less.

This place literally has everything you need from eyelashes to hair dye said he Civ glue to wigs two trucks to make up two Nails literally everything you can think of for beauty this place has and for cheap prices they are amazing Im yeah they sell shoes everything everything everything thats freaking awesome I love love love diamonds my friend Tracy that works at the hair station she is a hair stylist she told me about them not too long ago and I went in and I had a blast and there I got some really great products I will be visiting their several several several more times I mean that!!!
