Did a walk in on a Sunday, the the young man at counter greeted me right away and a woman as well, I asked for a piercing in my nose, they serviced me right way, Sami the piercer was awesome, friendly and gentle. I am going back for a consult on a tat that I had several years ago. Super, super helpful and great people skills all around. Thank you Sami and staff today for a great experience.

Did a walk in with a friend, we both got nose piercings and we love them! The lady at the front desk was super nice! Louie attended us and did an awesome job! Place was sterile and clean! We were given an explanation on how to clean our new wound and were given a pamphlet that also explains a simple cleaning procedure. Overall experience was thrilling. I’d definitely recommend anyone to go there! Again thank you Louie!

Loved my nose piercing.... but unfortunately the itty bitty pink stud was too small and it kept coming out, as soon as the day after I got it pierced 😔 Within two weeks, instead of coming “out” it went “in”...INTO my freaking nostril! Luckily I didn’t inhale the thing, but I lost it trying to remove it from my the inside of my nose when it fell. It was so thin I couldn’t find it for the life of me 😔😩Also got a cover-up tattoo on my back. The letters of the new tattoo had to be thick so initially it looked super smudgy for a week or so. But it looks straight now.The tattoo/body piercing artist I def give a 15/10!! He was cool as hell! Had me cracking up rather than freaking out when my nose bleed like crazy...”Gonna need some more gauze in here!! We got a bleeder!!” 😂😂😂When he did my cover-up tattoo, he was hella quick! Took less than a 1/2 hour and barely felt a thing.

Louie did my very first tattoo. Im extremely happy with the work that was done. I was greeted at the door and spoken to in a very polite and professional way. I highly recommend this shop. I would have given 10 stars but there is only an option for 5. If you are looking for extraordinary work followed by professionalism go here you will not regret it!!!!!!

Everything was great I got my tongue piercing! It was done very quickly I love it! Lady at front desk was super sweet and piercer was very fast! I love this place and I recommend going here for tongue piercingsUpdate: Their aftercare for tongue piercing is way to rough I do recommend using a different aftercare and not buying listerine! But after switching up my aftercare my piercing started to heal very nicely🤗

Just got a conch piercing done, took it out as soon as I got home. I asked for a small hoop, and the piercer clarified multiple times, so naturally I thought that was what I would be getting. Got a horseshoe that was much larger (gauge and the size of the jewelry itself) than I wanted or expected. If it has to be pierced with a certain type of jewelry, certain gauge, or certain size, that’s all well and good, but I would’ve thought that the fact that I wasn’t going to get what I was asking for would’ve come up when he repeated back to me that we were doing a conch with a hoop at least 3 times. This was my 5th piercing (the first one I got here) and the only time I haven’t had any say in my jewelry. When I get asked why afterwards, it seemed like the only surgical steel jewelry they have is the one they chose to pierce me with, and other shops I’ve been to only carry surgical steel jewelry, so you can get pierced with something you’ll be happy with.

DO NOT go here for cover ups. Personally for anything. I got the worse tattoo and when I went back within the time frame they said it looks fine to them, no touch up required. I just walked out and decided to go somewhere else. You can get some much more and better quality for your money elsewhere. If youre looking for mediocre, amateur work at a high cost then heres the place to go. If youre looking for the best, this aint it. The lady who was there with her child said (apparently in charge at the moment) she doesnt care about reviews because people always have something to say. I wonder why? Walk ins at your own risk. FYI: Artist was a white male, mid to late 30s. Youll come out looking like you got an old 80s or 90s tattoo. As youll notice by the owners defensive response, this is the attitude that youll get in there when an issue arises.

Extremely happy with Goodfellas. I took my daughter in to get her ears pierced and I got my nose pierced. Jay was so friendly and patient with us. My 8 year old was a little nervous at first. He made a very comfortable environment. Great job on the piercings too. Ill definitely be back!

I definitely recommend Goodfellas Tatto and Removal. I have had a wonderful experience with them. If your looking for a tatto shop definitely go to them but ask for Louie he is the best tatto artist I have ever meet!! He has done lots of amazing work on me and has covered up old tattoos for me that look like they where never their. He is also very nice and kind man and very hard working and gets the job done to a perfection and to your satisfaction!!!

I had such a great experience at this shop! The owner did my consult and he was so friendly and full of great information... he answered all my questions about the tattoo and my nose piercing that I was having issues with... I also spoke to the artist lou and we discussed what I was looking for... when I went back for my appointment to get my tattoo and he nailed what I wanted... he was very light handed throughout the whole tattoo and very pleasant to conversate with while the tattoo was being executed!!! I am so happy with the final tattoo!!! Lou vision was exactly what I wanted in my tattoo... will most definitely recommend this shop to anyone that is interested or will listen!!!

I got this outline of a rose on my hand about two years ago and the lines still look just as dark and just as clean as when i got and all i can say is how thankful and pleased i am to have gotten it here, great staff, funny to converse with and just some great people! This place is hands down the best tattoo shop I’ve ever been to. Had my first tattoo done by Melissa & she did an awesome job. The prices are really good & you can afford it without hesitation. This place have a very nice environment & really nice staff members who made me feel comfortable as i was very nervous. Called yesterday and talked to a lady and she said that I had an appointment for today at noon but when I arrived the artist I was supposed to have the appointment with did not even know anything about me coming in but he did set me up with an appointment for next Saturday.

Good quick service. I went to get my smiley pierced and they were very informative about the piercing pros and cons and how to take care of it while it heals. I did loose a ball from the jewelry when I rinsed at home for the first time (20 mins after it was pierced originally). But I went back and they fixed it with no problem and even secured it tighter along with explaining that securing jewelry when it’s wet is really difficult due to lack of good grip. Overall it was a good new customer experience.

Took both my son and daughter in to get their very first tattoos and was beyond happy with not only how clean it was but how amazing the people are. Eric and Gena were the two we dealt with and they are incredible! I walked in without an appointment to get a snug piercing done. I was greeted right away and asked what I needed, once I told her she immediately got the paperwork completed and I was seated within minutes! The young lady who completed my piercing was very nice, informative, professional and above all clean! She took out all the instruments which were wrapped and sterilized, washed her hands and wore gloves. I love the cleanliness and the staff was extremely personable and professional. I will definitely be coming back for another piercing and maybe my next tattoo!

Amazing crew there. The wife and I walked in with a pair of ideas for each of us, Raggs walked us through his interpretation of what we each wanted. We made our follow up appointments. Over the next couple days we went back and forth with ideas and drawings. What we liked, loved and so on. He really made us feel like part of the family. My wife is super excited about her first tattoo and is ready for more ink, I am also highly satisfied with my cover up job. Id share pictures but they wouldnt do the job justice. Raggs did some amazing custom work that my wife and I are beyond satisfied with.

I got my first tattoo there and I got a total of 5 piercings also (3 being my tongue) and the other two being my nipple piercings and it’s been about 4 months and they don’t hurt at all anymore. Love this place and how clean they are, super friendly and great environment....Eric isn’t there anymore, huge disappointment

Went in a couple days ago for a septum piercing and had an amazing experiance. They were super nice, very clean and my piercing was the smoothest ive ever had. 2 days later i hardly notice it and it looks great!

I used to frequent this shop. However, their recent behavior has completely turned me off. A shop that would slander a former employee is not to be trusted. If your business is what you say it is, you should be able to stand on that alone. Purely unprofessional, take your hard earned money to an artist that truly appreciates and deserves your business.

I first went to this shop in mid-October for a simple tattoo on my arm. I’m still trying to get this piece finished, with little luck. I’ve had a second opinion from other shops on both the ink, and the things I was told during the tatoo by the artist and I’m very disappointed. The ink used in my tattoo is very low-quality, and when I was told that I was “having issues taking ink”, I was informed by other shops that this isn’t possible after sitting for only an hour. My previous tattoo from a different shop was a 5-hour upper arm full color tattoo that had 0 issues and was finished in one sitting. I have nothing good to say about the quality of work, the ink looks terrible and patchy after two different sessions and sadly I’m going to have to go somewhere else to have it finished once it heals. Everyone I’ve met at the shop was nice, but I cannot recommend based on my experience.

They are very friendly and clean! Im very happy! I always go to them for piercings.

I got the worst tattoo artist in Lehigh. Not only was she rude and got annoyed when she gave me an ugly tattoo. I didnt like they way she had colored my elephant. My 3 yr old niece couldve done a better job. She asked if I liked it or seen anything that needed more work when I showed her areas that needed more color or the lines werent straight she literally got up and left leaving me bymelf another artist had to finish her work. Terrible work ethics. Terrible services. Not at all pleased with her tattoo or her attitude.

Had some enhancement work done on an existing tattoo, and couldnt have been happier with the final result. The staff are very welcoming, and the shop is really clean. I would definitely recommend you take the drive out to Lehigh Acres to at least talk to the staff, if you are considering a tattoo.

I went there to get a tattoo, miguel was the artist I had spoken too and we agreed on a price and size. Now I stated I wanted it to look EXACTLY as it did in the picture. Miguel was patient and courteous, however the result that I had received as a Tattoo looks like a cheap jailhouse version of the picture that I had brought in to him.I was extremely dissatisfied at how he cut corners and treated me like a second rate customer. No Pride in his work at all. More concerned about the money than pleasing the customer or providing a quality result. I would and will suggest none of my peers and friends to go to this establishment.

Could of let me know from the get go that gena couldnt do the tat.... 2 hrs spent there for nothing. altho they are good people.

I have been to this establishment before only for piercings and never had a good experience my nose piercing got infected and my snake bites also did Im very clean I do have tattoos I take care of well I went to get another piercing because a friend of mine told me they got a lot better they have been open for years so I said why not I give them two stars cause they were friendly but acting really weird I went to get my tongue pierced the guy was an apprentice but look nervous I kept apologizing cause it made me nervous and shake after I took a breath he started to do it well he messed up idk how so he had to call the other lady she did it but it hurt horrible so yeah they stab me twice actually hit one of my muscles I bled a lot then it got super swollen you couldnt even see the ball I couldnt eat the day I got it the next day I started to get scared cause my tongue got so fat so fast I couldnt put anything in my mouth not even water I had to take it out bybthe fouth day i havent ate or drank anything if they couldnt do it they should have said so I wasted 35 bucks and the money I spent removing it

As soon as I went in I was greeted by the front desk person and I was taken care of in a timely fashion. She explained to me the right way to clean my nose and the duos and donts. I was then introduced to Eddie who was my piercer and he was magnificient. He explained what he was doing step by step and took care of me in a well mannered way. They are very professional and Im glad this is where I went to get my nose piercing.

Got a double cartilage piercing today by Eddie, and had gotten 2nd lobes done by Billy a long time ago. Clean environment, very nice staff. Definitely recommend!
