Worst gas station in lehigh. And its little things like the soda machine was dirty, dust all over where the cups sit and lids sit. Half the logos for the sodas are gone and they used a Lable maker to write out the names. Some had nothing and you had to guess the soda. Water all over the counter and 2 employees with no one in line just sitting there like they havent cleaned a day in there life. Credit card machine at register is old and works when it wants 2 people infant of me had issues with it reading there card and employee told both of them there cards are just dirty. I tried 3 different cards before it read and she told me the same thing. I told there was more of a chance that the machine is going bad then 3 people in a row having multiple cards that are to dirty to read. Her response idk whatever

I dont know if its the new management they have there or what but this store is terrible now avoid at all costs until they get it together. The staff is no help at all Id rate customer service a 1 out of 5

No difficulty finding a place at the pumps. Staff inside is always pleasant.

The breakfast selections are strange and poor. At 9:30am there were dried out chicken wings, corn dogs and one burrito and one sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit. No cash back at the register which was my purpose for going in to purchase anything at all. Prices were very overpriced even for convenience store prices. I’ll run out of gas before I ever return here.

Do NOT do business here! Owner fraudulently posts lower prices on-line (gas buddy) than actual pump prices. Stay away!

Prices are ridiculous .29 cents difference in gas from 2 miles down road. They have signs hanging up that says that they accept mobile coupons but the guy says I know nothing I have no scanner, so then remove sign cause I just wasted my coupon that can only be used within the allotted time once u choose the store.

Employees are very rude and some cashiers do not speak English. They also went up on all there prices. Will never go back.

Told twice To miguel the guy in the cashier register about the pump handle getting stuck putting more gas than I intended and it spilling all over my pants so now i have to spend all day smelling like gasoline for 12-14 hours while i work and the guy just stared at me like im stupid and said well no one else has complained yet and im telling him im complaining to you right now. Ended up having to call corporate because he was unhelpful. That guy has terrible customer service.

For the second morning In a row now no coffee made but regular and the 5 other lots empty containers. Looks like I will be getting my gas and coffee elsewhere . When there this 10.6.17 at 1:45 on my way to the hospital and couldn’t get in to get a cup of coffee. Kind of messed up a 24 hr gas station won’t let you for coffee

I dont mind this place. Usually quick to swing in for gas and their icees taste better and cheaper than 7-11. Who doesnt love an icee with a slim jim?! I dont understand why they have such a low rating and yet they are always busy.

My daughter went n2 the store with 2 $10 bills. We only pumped $10 of gas. When we went n 2 get the change the cashier 1st told my mom she only received 2 $5 bills (1st lie). When I asked she said she only received 1 $10 bill (2nd lie). Words were exchanged & she called the cops (we waited but they never showed up) Her conscious must have been heavy cuz she eventually handed over the other $10. All of this took place with no cameras, no manager available & none of the employees knew the corporate office #. Ive never had a bad experience n any store but this situation was totally avoidable. I like the store & 1 day I may return but rite now Im just waiting 4 the manager 2 call my mom back.

Friendly staff and clean bathroom

Two days after the hurricane over 100 people waiting for gas since 5:30 as the oil tanker fills the gas tank while waiting i watched the manager, Miguel fill a gas can with gas he callled lee county sheriff department to clear the entire gas station saying there was no gas when i just saw you just come to the pump & fill the gas can . Why would sunoco treat their customers like this at a time where tension was so high this was so hurtful I plan to esclate this to corp. Operations, DO not use the sunoco gas station THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

They gave me a counterfeit ten dollar bill, when I called and told them they got very rude saying we couldnt prove it and I asked if they they check money with a reader like other places and they said they take whatever looks real. This is a store I frequent twice a day everyday! Never again, Im bringing it straight to the cops and telling them where I got it, and how they apparently accept whatever they feel like taking!
