Nice people who work in the pharmacy

I will give them worst for service and attitude. They are never wrong and blame the physicians when they have the prescription fax to them. Their system dont connect apparently being one computer next to another. They just keep moving you to different area. When they dont agree with you they just role their eyes on you. Then the person in charge say Im sorry, like if that can fix it health care and quality care doesnt work that way. Its a team effort for the safety of patients. Then you wonder why people dont trust these places .

I had the worst experance with walmart pharmacy. they had most of my moms percriptions on the $4.00 list on the website but when we went to pick them up $35-$70 they said that her mmeds came off the $4.00 plan as of Jan 1st but at the end of Jan they were still advertised on the website for $4.00. then we had to sign her up for linet. on the directions of the fourm on the GOVERMENT WEBSITE it says to have your pharmacy enroll you the pharmasist argued for 20 mins with my mom saying it was agenst federal law. we went to Walgreens and were signed up in less than 10 mins and it took walmart an aditional 5 days to transfer the percriptions to walgreens. because of this i swore i would never shop at walmart again.

Didnt call when prescription ready.
