Would Not recommend...if you are in a situation where you have to pawn something, go somewhere else. When you pawn they offer to give you text or emails to remind you of your due date, but they Dont! When I went to get my stuff, they charged me extra because it was due yesterday... When I said I never got a text or email, they said Well thats corporate. Then Why offer something youre Not going to do! Just a way to charge you More money when you are already having a tough time.

I typically don’t think to leave reviews but I had to because Marcus’ level of friendliness is a rare thing. They also have some great stuff and the shop is very clean and organized. Would highly recommend!

So many great things to say about the Lehigh Capital Pawn that I don’t even know where to start! My husband is a firearms collector and we usually frequent the Golden Gate City location since it is closer to our house. We have bought 2 shotguns from them since Christmas but their inventory is currently minimal so we decided to drive 45 minutes from our house to see what Lehigh had to offer. Best decision ever!!! They have tons of beautiful firearms to choose from! The staff is hands down the most friendly and helpful we have encountered at any pawn shop! We ended up putting two guns in layaway instead of the one we had planned on. Mario and Marcus have made us customers for life. Their help was certainly appreciated! Definitely worth the trip out of town!

This place is a joke!! My husband went in with some beats headphones that cost $299, they offered him $15… he went in with a Michael Kors watch that cost $200 they offered him $10… A $300 switch lite, they offered $50… are these people insane?!? It’s a JOKE!

So far I have only been in twice but I can say both times the staff was extremely helpful and on point. I came in a little before they opened and they were able to tell me they had what I needed in stock. So I could come back and pick it up. When I walked in they already knew who I was and were ready to check me out quickly. They answered any questions I had and informed me on something’s I didn’t know. I highly recommend this store. I searched all over and they were the only place that had the ammo I needed in stock.

Ive been there several times and I have noticed that they can become extremely busy very quickly, but Ive never experienced a situation where Ive felt ignored. Yes, Ive had to wait, but Ive always been acknowledged. Otherwise, Ive watched staff welcome everyone as they enter the store. Ive had conversations with the owner on down and everyone has been helpful and attentive. With respect to gun safety, Ive worked with a number of staff and not encountered that personally or witnessed it. (Thank goodness.)

Was in the shop looking and a lady who works there grabbed a pistol and walked to other side of store with it and had the firearm pointed right at me as she walked by. Obviously the store owner doesnt require firearms safety for employees or teach it to his employees himself. I highly recommend it. I was rhwre at 1220 to 1240 today if youd like to look at video footage of your employees firearm handling.

A lot of tools and stereo equipment. I’d guess 6 staff members. I spent about 15 min looking at tools and found what I was looking for. Went to the register with my debit card in hand and visible. Waited 10-12 min. And was never acknowledged, very rude. I’d suggest if your white, you should probably consider bringing a Hispanic friend and you will be acknowledged and served. I proceeded to go to pawn shop up the street and was greeted when I walked in and found what I needed.
