A1 service. One employee helped me find Watering cans. Could exactly what I wanted. Went to get keys made. They did not have the blank I needed, but put on the effort to order for me.

Its Spring, time to mulch my yard. Ive been to the Ace Hardware in Lehigh Acres, FL 3 times this week to pick up mulch. ( I can only get 5 bags in the car at one time.) Each time I was met by smiling faces, a pleasant Good morning, courtesy, and personal service. My car was loaded by hard-working friendly gentlemen. Thanks Ace!

Fare prices compared to Home Depot and Lowes. My go to place for miscellaneous items in which I am in search of. Last 3 visits I have found just what I needed and then some. Helpful staff with plenty of knowledge when looking for particular items.

The store in Lehigh has the most unfriendly staff who are for the most part not at all trained on their inventory and offer no experience in the use of the merchandise. They cannot answer simple questions and have been shown to where stock is by other customers after the employee says he doesnt know if they have it. In addition, today my husband was agressively acosted by a staff member for simply asking where a piece of inventory was. My husband (who is disabled and was with his nurse) and his nurse were flabbergasted at the treatment they received. Do not recommend and will not be going there again. Preferable to go the extra distance to Lowes and be treated with respect.

I love how they always have stuff I need for plants and fruit trees. I only live a couple miles down the road so this is way easier than ordering online. Lots of garden stuff. The only thing is that a lot of the employees arent very knowledgeable about gardening or the plants they sell. I think they said they only have one guy who does all the garden part. Other than that, I do get coupons and rewards and I love that!

Nice friendly store reminds me of ace as a small kid. Had to make two trips but it was ok they fixed the problem with no question ask.

I went for some electric parts. They need to stock their shelves. I settled for parts I will be returning. It kinda forces customers to frequent the big box stores. I have been a big supporter of the independent stores for years.

The online order and pickup does not work. Was told that the computers are down and that they do not receive notifications that an order was placed. Terrible experience I tried it and I will continue to shop at Lowes or Homedepot. Was given an excuse by someone who appeared to be important and he informed me that the computers are down. The old story that the computers are down. It is 2021 and technology is well advanced I guess not with Ace Hardware.

I bought three keys got home and only one worked not happy I have to make a second trip to return them. This is the second time I have had problems with keys I bought there. The manager contacted me promptly to resolve the issue. Tried to respond by e-mail but e-mail address was bad. Will come in Sunday

While the cashiers seem professional and courteous the floor staff leaves much to be desired. It seems like a classic example of more than enough employees but not the right ones. Or possibly not managed very well. A sense of half hearted effort permeates the aisles. It is definitely not nearly as tidy as other Ace stores I frequent. Also having one older gentleman employee complain about the cameras that were recently installed during the entire duration of my visit was annoying to say the least. Would only visit again if necessary for the convenience of the location in relation to my residence.

Great service. Had 4 propane tanks filled, 100lbs. each. The girl who helped was from new York, she was great. Really knew her stuff. Definitely get all your hurricane tanks filled here.

The cashier was not at all friendly. This is unusual since our experience has always been positive. We asked her a question and she answered harshly.

Placed a order online for a new Weber. It wasnt in stock so they order it. One week later it was put together and delivered. I was cooking that night. Great be customer service and very friendly. Management was very helpful with a order misunderstanding. They took care of it right away. Im looking forward to doing business with them for sometime.

10.03.20 Update to prior 1-star review: Management was responsive and followed up with me in person when I came into the store to exchange an item. Management has taken corrective action and didnt offer excuses. I appreciated that and have amended my review. But if you notice that you arent greeted, helped while shopping, or thanked, then their corrective actions are slipping and you should say something to management.

The employees not wearing masks not sanitizing. With this virus the stores that wear masks and sanitize will get customers. I even saw 2 Amazon delivery drivers delivery packages to 55 and older without masks and hand the package to them. We need to be careful and in fla no one is wearing masks.

Regardless I tried to keep him happy attitude and asking for us assistance with my key dont know how to help you and dont know where to send you it was his response. We need some definitely new Ace Hardware key guys. This old man was obviously just there for the benefits if they give them.

This store is been selling hand sanitizer for $18.99 and have the nerve to say 1 per customer. I wish I could post the picture just taken. I saw the picture that someone took and I didn’t believe it so I went and took a picture my self

Its small but carries a wide variety of greatly needed tools and supplies. Clean. Well staffed. Knowledgeable people. Plenty of parking. Nice selection of live plants out back

No one offered even a greeting until a very young man named Joseph came up to me and helped me find everything I needed. He was knowledgeable, resourceful, and he spoke and carried himself like a model employee, I wasnt sure if he was a very short adult or a youngster. On my way out the store after paying, we saw him rolling out a big box for another customer and he said to us, Have a great day! His parents did an amazing job and whoever trained him at the store did a great job, too. Whether he stays on at Ace and/or pursues other career paths, Im sure hell be a huge asset to whoever is lucky enough to have him! I took off one star for all the other employees who walked past us and avoided eye contact.

Love this place. Have been coming for 15 years and they have never let me down.
