After working all day, I got home to my ac being out. We did as much research as we could with the error code our nest thermostat gave us. I called this company at 6:31pm, I explained my situation and what might be the issue. She took down all my information and advised a technician would reach out to us. It is now 8:08pm still no call. Thanks for not responding! If there was no one available a courtesy would of been very much appreciated.

The technician(Sonny Beckler) showed up today for a repair estimate and I was so impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that I felt I needed to leave this review. Seems so difficult to find good companies with good employees in today’s world but every once in a while you find that rare combination. Great company and good service.

Called D&D to service my unit in Paloma because they were the company that installed the unit. When they came out to service the unit they informed me that a heat strip was damaged and needed to be replaced. I asked how a part could be damaged when the unit was barely over a year old and I had never used the heat. They proceeded to tell me that it must have been damaged during installation. I then explained well since your company installed the unit during construction shouldnt you be responsible? I proceeded to schedule the appointment agreeing to terms that the manager would call me after the service and review photos of the part to come to a conclusion. We also agreed they would not charge my card until the photos were reviewed, the manager called to speak to me, and the photos were also emailed to me. My card was charged $266.00. I called the office three more times to speak to a manager and could never reach one nor recieved a return phone call. This is beyond frustrating that I trusted a company to complete honest work with a unit that I now rent and this was the result.

I had Albert out to my home last night. I have a brand new unit and he diagnosed that my thermostat needs replaced and that I have a leaking coil in my compressor and he had to add more refrigerant. He was very personable and knowledgeable! I only hope the reminder of the visits to actually fix my issues go just as well! So far I am pleased with everyone I have been in contact with!

Extremely pleased with the service provided by Lee, Rhodi and Jose. Had a complete duct work replacement with new air handler and compressor done. These men were pleasant, careful during the pandemic, and left my home as they found it. I highly recommend D & D !

UPDATE - Had an issue with air conditioner yesterday, October 24. D&D sent tech out same day. First time to meet their technician Albert. He is by far one of the best I have ever seen with his dedication to customer service. He handled the problem efficiently and was very thorough. GREAT SERVICE and professional.Heres my previous review...I hired D&D for both my parents air conditioner and my own. Their technician Troy Campbell performed both service calls this week. As the company face, he is professional and courteous. He took the time to explain what went on at my parents A/C unit when I showed him the service report.With my A/C unit...a complete check was provided and Troy instills a sense of integrity, which I respect and appreciated.Valerie on the inside at D&D scheduled both appointments. She is another quality person very professional with her customer interaction on the telephone.I had used Core Air in the past, but D&D bought them out. What a relief to feel the same degree of comfort with this organization as I had with Core Air. I have no problem recommending D&D Air Conditioning as honest and reliable.

The service was very quick. Called in the morning and was told someone would come between 2 - 6. I got a phone call about 1:30 and they were on their way. Albert was the technician. He was honest and very nice. We needed a part that was under warranty. He told us it would probably be the next day to replace it but the office said he could get the part and install it immediately. So thankful we didnt need to spend another night without air conditioning. We also purchased a service contract which was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Mike Craft, our Installation Specialist, did a great job of explaining the 3 systems available... he went over the pros and cons re efficiency and what we had vs. what we wanted. He was open to any questions and made sure we had all the information we needed to make the choice we felt was best for us.Two days later the installers were here! The team of two worked efficiently, and did a great job of explaining our new thermostat and answering our questions.The entire experience was painless and rewarding!

A year and a half and go D & D Air Conditioning installed a new air conditioner in our condo in south Naples. I was very happy with the installation at that time, and that’s why I used them again for my new house in north Naples. Once again, I had a very good experienceThe sales person, Mike Crafts, explained everything in detail about the installation. And, once the installers arrived they removed the old equipment and installed the new equipment in less than a day. When they left the premises, the only evidence remaining that they had been there was the shiny new Trane air conditioner in my hall closet.Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the installation and the follow up as well.

Called this company on a unit thats less than 2 years old and every month have an issue with this unit not cooling or going out in the middle of the night. I have paid D&D over $500 bucks and every service charge is another $80 dollars. Never have I had a unit that goes out constanly and all D&D reps say is put vinegar in the line well if the drain line was properly installed why would it keep clogging?? This is in the Marblebrook community so buyer beware my belief is that these systems were installed intentionally to keep needing service because D&D is in the community and not only installing new units they are constantly doing service calls! On a community less than 2 years old!!!!!

I would like to mention them all, but I recently had a power failure that caused us to be without heat for one of our cold nights. I have a condo in FMB and the lady that checks checks it out every week, found that the AC was not working and it was about 3pm Friday afternoon. She called them up and they had a service rep in the area and he came right over after he finished a job and followed up with me regarding the problem. The service guy was professional and toke care of me, I would recommend him and his company to anyone.

I was a customer of Core Air which was acquired by D & D. I wasnt too sure I liked the idea of losing my tech but, I now have Chris who does just as good a job. 2 service tune ups later ( every 6 month) I am very glad I didnt go looking elsewhere. I would highly recommend them. BTW service your AC like you service your car. It pays in the long run.

Had an unsatisfactory service call from a technician and registered a complaint. Next day I received a call from a D&D associate apologizing for the experience. She immediately issued a partial credit and forwarded the issue to the service manager. After speaking with the manager, a FULL credit for the service call was issued. Top notch front office personnel and service. I predict the service team will improve following this situation. As such I will not hesitate to recommend D&D.

I have asked for a Manager call back for the last 2 days. I am assured of a call back and it never happens.Maintenance was done poorly then 8 days later A/C drain line clogs. I am told unit has dirty filters and is low on refrigerant. This is less than 10 days after prepaid service was completed! I paid for new motor then when they came to install it the technician was confused and told my wife the motor was running and he didnt understand why he was replacing it. Also I reminded them to bring filter replacement as technician had taken and not replaced old filter. I reminded vfc tech before he left to please bring a new filter when motor was replaced and then also reminded young lady on the phone when I called to ask for a Manager. No filter was brought to my home and no call made by a Manager to me. Absolutely unbelievable!I did get a call from Nick finally and they did come and fix all that had happened. It took a while but in the end they did make it right.

Jason was professional and courteous, arriving earlier than we expected. Work was completed in a timely fashion. He explained what the problem was, illustrating with the defective expansion valve. He’s an excellent representative for the company.

Way overpriced! 100+% margins on your parts is not good for business! Tech came out to replace a motor in my air handler. Said motor cost $900. Pulled a used motor out of his van to install! Not happening! Paid the service charge and sent them on their way!

100% professional. Called with an emergency and they came right out. Conscientious, polite and knowledgeable... After the problem was fixed, Jacob heard a rattle and went in to find a piece of styrofoam from the original installation bouncing around. They went the extra mile for me.

It was late in the evening and i came home to a hot house my ac stopped working so i thought i would take a chance and try to get someone to come and fix it so my kids didnt have to be in a hot house its been so miserably hot im so glad i took the chance and meet Albert he came out and had us back and running in no time he was very knowledgeable and took the time to even check on us later that night to make sure everything was ok after he left not to many people would care after they completed a job he was very professional and i will be using this company for now on Albert is definitely someone you can trust not to many people i can say that about these days. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible company. It looks like they have grown so much that they dont care about new customers. Was giving the wrong price for a service call twice and got charged $104 for a 5 minute diagnostic. Was told the wrong price again for a quote to repair and I can not believe that this company charged me $404 dollars to replace a blower, that took the tech 10 minutes to installed. And by the way the part was under warranty. In addition, to a $98 fee to get the part which I waited four days., I could have gotten the part fedex shipped to my house for cheaper than that $98. I spoke to Heidi and Valery which they never called me back or had someone else called me about my situation. I also, spoke with Albert Vasquez and Robert French and both told me by e-mail that Megan the office manager was going to called me and she never did. After six days I decided to call Megan and it was a waste of time, she basically didnt offer me an apology and just made excuses for her staff and her. My advice get another local company and stay away from D & D air conditioning. They have grown big and dont care have they treat their customers.

Lee spent a great deal of time initially educating me on the technical aspects of various A/C systems and their application in Florida (we are recent midwestern transplants). He listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and prepared 3 proposals (on his own time over a weekend) for me to consider. On the day of installation, technicians Hector and Arodie arrived on time, worked diligently with a minimum of intrusion and left the work areas clean and orderly. Lee arrived as Hector and Arodie were finishing the job - he started up the system and spent quite a bit of time setting up the new thermostat, connecting it to our wireless network, downloading the Nexia app, and showing me how to remotely control and monitor the system. Very helpful! Thank you Lee, Hector, Arodie, & D & D - I think we are ready for the Florida summer!

Not happy with their service this time. Scheduled for service between 11 and 1. Even confirmed time earlier but no one showed. No phone call and no system to notify customers. Wasted a full day.

Terrible company. Completely unreliable and sloppy work. We spent THOUSANDS for a brand new AC unit (inside and out). Signed up for a maintenance contract. Five days ago placed an emergency call, had a tech come out and they supposedly fixed the issue in 20 min. 5 days later same issue! Called the after-hours service and wow - they can’t get ahold of anyone! Not one tech. Not a manager. Apparently no one is working or on call. The tech that should be responding is MIA. We have a two year old and no AC all night....in Florida....in May.!! Wouldn’t use this Company again if I had the choice. There are tons of other AC companies in the area. Apparently this one doesn’t want your business so don’t waste your time. Find a company that actually cares.
