Call Country style Ice cream 10 minutes ago. After several attempts they finally answered the phone and I ask what time do they close. The person on the phone (female) said to someone in the background another one calling about time. Then without answering me hang up the phone. Well we are going to Daddy Dees. They have very good customer service and better tasting than you guys. Y’all is a little bit closer but I prefer respect and good customer service than driving distance. BEWARE THIS JOINT SUCKS.

Very good milk shakes, smoothies and ice cream. For the most part service is good. However we have had occasions were the service was slow due to the owners not being present and the kids not caring about customer services. The shop is clean and owners are very friendly.

Omg I just moved 2hrs.away and was visiting Lehigh yesterday I had to get a milkshake..dont ever change what you do your great..best ice cream ever..just dont make it like you do anymore

Sweet hometown feel. Reasonable prices. Items i have not found anywhere else like a Boston. And they have my favorite...a chocolate covered frozen banana.

When I moved here to Lehigh in 04, Country Style Ice Cream was the 1st place that I went to. Its now 2021, and I havent stop going! Highly recommended. 🍦

The ice cream is ok, but there’s a young boy that works in the afternoons ( black hair) with the worst attitude. And when he’s working he closes the shop 15 to 10 minutes earlier just because. Even when you remind him that they still have 15 minutes before closing time he will literally refuse to serve you. I under why they only hire teenagers but that one has a horrible attitude.

So this is my second time ordering ice cream from this establishment. My first time was great, I like to order different things each time so that I can get a feel of how they prepare their ice cream and how it would taste compared to all the other stuff on the menu. For this time, I ordered the strawberry shortcake and it tasted very good, and it was very well made. My only issue is how long the line usually is for the drive-through, but it’s no problem because everyone as well as me would love some good ice cream from a good ice cream shop. I definitely recommend this to anyone new in the area or anyone that wants to try their ice cream

Loved coming here growing up and it still makes some of the best Ive cream Ive ever had. Recently undergone a name change which makes me a little sad. Country Style was always a staple.My favorite shake is the Specialty Cheesecake Shake. Mmmmm

The hard ice-cream is far better than the soft-serve, but family friendly with something for everyone - even no added sugar flavors.

Good ice cream and milkshakes. Very friendly servers; But my low rating of 2 stars (instead of 4) was due to the fact that none of the employees wore a face mask or gloves.

The absolute best ice cream place ever! We used to go here all the time when we lived in Lehigh Acres about 15 years ago. Had to come back this week for personal reasons, so we had to check them out again. Just as good as we remembered! Husband had chocolate/hot fudge Boston and I had a very simple vanilla soft serve. Highly recommend!

Ice cream is good truly. But I was waiting in line and was none of the workers were wearing masks. Obviously usually this isn’t a problem but in these times with the covid 19 virus spreading. I believe it should be a requirement to wear masks for everyone’s safety...

Not one employee out of the 4 were wearing a mask, there are no dividers between the patrons and the staff either. Breeding ground for an outbreak, ridiculous.

This was our first time to visit. We used the drive through. We did not know what we wanted and the young man was very patient and respectful including showing us the size of the cups. The ice cream was very good. They have an inside sitting area. I noticed they also sell hot dogs and other things beside ice cream. I recommend this place.

I grew up in Lehigh Acres and moved away in 2002. To this day, I havent had a better soft serve ice cream and crave it a lot. Thankfully my parents still live there so I can get my fix when we visit. So good!

I thought the workers seemed a little cold but it was very clean and it tasted blissfull

I had a real bad experience yesterday I’ve gone here multiple times with my family my kids really enjoy the ice cream as do I about 2 weeks one of the employees a women about 20 years old with long black hair and blue eyes was very rude a treated us like we weren’t paying customers my wife no longer wanted to come to the business but after some talking to her we brought the kids again but this time we were met with the same employee who belittled us was very rude I am ashamed that such a good company wouldn’t let an employee like that work for them

A decent ice cream shop. Many flavors to choose from. I believe they changed the name of the shop.

I had the Seaferes Feast, its lobster, scallops, shrimps in butter garlic sauce and breaded shrimp with rice and roasted vegetables. The rice was hard and so were the vegetables.

All the flavors we wanted! Creamy and delicious!

My wife loves this place. Great taste, friendly staff, lots of options. My wife selected the wrong type of cone and they changed it with no questions asked even though it was her fault for not knowing the different between the types of cones. Only gave it four stars because there was a fly wondering throughout the place and no one seemed to care.

This place is awesome! But a little inconsistent on the same order we had 2 shakes for one they gave a straw and top and for the other they gave me a spoon and no top? Both the same type of product very strange but still great ice cream

I have been going to this ice cream shop for years, sometimes far more often than I should. They have the best shakes Ive ever had anywhere. As far as the staff and all previous comments on them, not one of them has ever been rude to me. It was actually pretty good passed my expectations, it’s Oreo deluxe shake is awesome and the price for a large is not that bad. My brother had a type of ice cream called “super man” he said it was good.

Was surprised to see a lot of kids, slightly younger than me, running the store as I pulled through the drive through. They have a wide selection of ice cream and it taste great! The only thing I would suggest though is that they need to hire more people because when it gets packed, the drive through can take a while. They do get out and take peoples orders though, so thats a plus.

Love this place, always go with my kids. Ice cream is really good and the sundaes are amazing. Only wish they would have a NO SMOKING sign outside by the door, since I go with my kids they like to sit outside but its very annoying when someone is smoking right next to us.

Fantastic little ice cream shop with tables to eat inside but also has a drive thru to get it to go. Lots of flavors and choices and the staff is excellent. Gianna is professional, knowledgeable, and quick as are they all it seems.

Ice cream was good but service was below average. 3 people working when we entered. 1 worker was friendly but needed to tend to another customer. Another worker was uninterested in helping us and the (I presume) manager was not very friendly or eager to assist our order. Too bad.
