I recently purchased a truck from Mike after my mom drove by and saw it on Wednesday. I decided to go and test drive it. This was my first car purchase that required getting a loan and I couldn’t be more happy in purchasing the 2010 f350 from him. It was great price also. Bought a truck from here, first day of owning it truck had a problem. Brought it back to them to get it fixed. They refused to fix it or give me my money back, told me there is no issue with the truck. I brought it out to ford dealership had i checked out by them, truck had an engine problem even after proving the paperwork from the dealership, still refused to give me my money back or fix it.Almost had to take it to court to resolve this issue. If I was able to leave 0 stars I sure would do that.THE WORST used dealer experience I ever had.
