Last November, we visited Affordable Windows to purchase two new windows for our kitchen. On the way out, I stopped to ask Bonnie a couple of curiosity questions about new counters to replace our 30-year-old tile counters. Bonnie was very friendly, very informative, and very helpful. We ultimately decided to use Bonnie and Affordable Windows for our new granite counters. I cant say enough good things about Bonnie. She guided us through the process efficiently and always answered my emails and phone calls promptly. It did take us a few months to get the job done but that was due to our schedule, no one elses. We are totally delighted with our new counters. They make the kitchen look like a kitchen.

Bonnie was amazing to work with redesigning our kitchen. She is so knowledgeable, detailed and full of integrity. She made a very complicated project fun. Bonnie is incredibly resourceful and maximized our budget, which other competitors estimated double the price or more for lesser quality product. Also, Ramco made us beautiful custom glass cabinet doors for far less than standard glass costs. A huge thank you to Bonnie, Andrea, Mike, Todd and Katie for their hard work! We really appreciate it.

Joe was extremely knowledgeable and helpful helping me pick out an entry door and storm door. He keep me updated on the shipping times and then worked directly with the contractor on picking up the door for install. Overall amazing experience and would highly recommend Affordable Windows and Doors!

Lastly, Bonnie followed up with the suppliers to ensure delivery and quality of product. When ever I had a question during the process Bonnie all ways returned my phone calls or email. I highly recommend working with Bonnie to manage this type of project.

We planned to add a bathroom to our home and were fortunate to find Affordable Windows and Doors close to our home. We were immediately taken care of by Bonnie Farrel whose expertise helped in choosing our cabinets and recommending the store Discover for our vanity tops. Our project went smoothly with her help and we could not be more pleased with the final results. There is a large showroom with a wide variety of assorted products to choose from.

Just recently completed a kitchen and 1/2 bath renovation renovation working with Bonnie. Received great advice, and decided to go with a door replacement, new countertops & fixtures, backsplash and floor. Bonnie provided guidance with a broad selection of doors and identified other suppliers for granite tops and flooring. By doing most of the work myself, with Bonnies guidance we estimated we saved $15K on the install with a total cost around $12K. Lastly, Bonnie followed up with the other suppliers to ensure delivery and quality of product. We met all our deadlines. I highly recommend working with Bonnie to manage this type of project and save some money for a DIY.

After driving to multiple places to look for cabinets my wife and I happened to drive by Affordable windows and door and decided to stop in. We set up an appointment to meet with Bonnie to go over the kitchen design. Right from the start it was clear she knew the product line very well. I was looking for a specific look and she nailed it. We had even made a few changes to our island in the kitchen and added a built in hutch in the dining room with a sink. We had multiple appointments with her to get everything rectified and she had scenarios ready to go on the computer screen when we arrived. She even came in before the store typically opened to finalize all the paperwork to help me with my busy schedule. My finish carpenter loved the cabinets and said that the person I dealt with to order them was on top of their game. He hadnt installed a kitchen in a long time where he hadnt had to call and go over layouts with the designer. When the cabinets were delivered they were all accounted for as they were unloaded to make sure nothing was damaged or missed and each cabinet was numbered. The driver had the installation paperwork for the finish carpenter and on the paperwork each cabinet was numbered. I cant say enough good things about Bonnie and I would recommend anyone who needs cabinets to take the time to sit with her, you wont regret it.

As new homeowners and looking to start a kitchen renovation, Affordable Windows and Doors made the process stress free and simple. Bonnie is by far the best to work with, she makes sure that we know exactly what we need to with the products and does not act a sales person for the product but works with you for your needs and your budget and does not beat around the bush with quality of the product you are getting. From day one she is with you every step of the way. This is the only company that takes the time open up each package in the warehouse to make sure it is up to the standards it should be and has no problem ordering a replacement, whether it be a new door, hinge, bracket, etc. From start to finish we were in the know of when the cabinets were going to be delivered and which ones may take longer to ship. We worked with Bonnie at Affordable Windows and door for several home renovations. We completed a major kitchen renovation, which saw the removal of three walls, a closet, and installation of two support beams. Bonnies design was modern but kept some of the country feel we love. Our favorite part of the kitchen is a window seat next to the kitchen gas fireplace. No one has ever seen a kitchen design such as ours which also includes a table for 8 made out of stone which rests on a host of cabinets. We could not be more pleased! It allows us to have many family functions for my husbands large family!This past summer we chose a new front door with new storm and screen doors. We now have an air tight door which is beautiful and enhances the curb appeal of our house. Again, Bonnie gave us great ideas-the inside of the door was stained to match our interior where as the outside door is stained a different color. Again we are so pleased!We had hoped to do a major remodel of our two upstairs bathrooms but that will have to wait until 2016~!An extremely professional organization!

We bought all our replacement windows form AW&D. Great value and top notch customer service. Very informative and knowledgeable about their products, very happy with the experience. We also designed and purchased a complete new kitchen cabinet set with AW&D. Bonnie helped us design it and it came out perfect. She is extremely smart about kitchen design and pointed out some very important considerations to us, which is why it came out so good. The cabinets and all the parts came in with numbers on the boxes that match the numbers on the blueprints. That was nice. They have good choices on price points for the kitchen sets as well so we have an awesome kitchen within our budget. You cannot get this kind of personalized service at Home Depot or Lowes ect. I would highly recommend AW&D for any project you have. A+
