I am a first time customer of this AutoZone. They were very helpful with replacing my daughters battery in her car. The battery I wanted was not in their inventory. It was not a battery they ever stocked. I asked if they could order one. They said yes they could. I was very pleased because ther was a difference of $60 from what they stocked and the one I wanted to purchase. They went over and beyond for me. They advised me that they would have the battery available at this location by 4pm. Great job AutoZone!!!! Thank you for all your help in my time of need!!

I went for my wifes car for check engine light. Jacob (who works there along with Autumn) put on the meter to check the problem. Had to sit there there to make sure the battery was ready for testing. Found out that she needed a new battery. He loaned me the tools to remove it, then replaced it with a new one. In a tight spot, also needed a grasping tool to remove the old one. Also suggested to replace a new bulb (which i bought a socket for the bulb at another place). The blinker (which was not working.....WORKED !!!! Left there extremely satisfied. Their working abilities as well as there friendly dispositions were pleasing to us. Great jobs guys !!!! Will return for sure. Autozone please tell them they are doing good work.

An excellent establishment. They helped me pick out the best battery for my car AND THEN INSTALLED IT FOR ME! They were quick and efficient, the person I spoke to and who replaced my battery recommended a couple products, told me WHY he was recommending them, and with my limited car knowledge, Even I could see the levels of some fluids were low. It took a huge weight off my shoulders to get a new battery AND have it installed right then and there. Also, as a young woman who went to the store alone, I didnt feel taken advantage of or uncomfortable perusing the shop while my battery was being changed; sometimes you can feel other employees leering at you, But I felt very comfortable the whole time.

Your manager James,at your store on Lemay Ferry store went far beyond his job description to help me. I have been told in the past by workers at different stores like yours we can’t go outside we can’t look at your car and he not only came out and looked at my car and figured out the bulbs that I needed.He change them for me.Then he pointed out that I needed anti-freeze I went back inside and bought anti-freeze he helped me get the kind my car used with a five dollar rebate!and went back out and filled up my anti-freeze and this means a lot to me.I’m not some young gal . I am a 72-year-old woman and he did that for me and I really appreciated it.He has earned me as a customer forever.I was at O’Reilly’s before your store because it’s closer and they didn’t offer any extra help,so I drove on down to your store.James is a great employee of yours and it makes your company look good to have employees like James.Thanks again James! Good service and friendly but older gentleman at the counter who rang me out had his mask down under his chin. His mouth and nose was not covered.

This location the guys actually have some common sense. I use this one most frequently because as I said all of the employees seem to have a pretty good idea of how to help you. Recently I was replacing my entire clutch system and employee helping me was very diligent in helping make sure I had all the parts I needed in advance.

I go to the Auto Zone on Lemay Ferry Rd. and have always gotten fast and friendly service! When I ask for help in deciding between companies that make the part I always get great advice, not advocating for just the most expensive part but which one will give the best performance or work the best for the price range I can afford! They have always asked if I need help with installation and have even come out in crappy weather just to loosen a cap that I could not get off!

These guys are so helpful, I always go there with questions and they point me in the right direction with good advice. Since they have no real benefit one way or another, they can tell the truth and help guide you. A purchase of a small part will be gifted with help to put it on your car. Awesomesauce.

Great staff!!! Gave me a tip on how to remove a stripped/rounded oil drain plug with simple tools i already have instead of buying a 30$ stripped bolt socket set!

Ive been a mechanic for 23½ years now and have literally been to over 1500 different parts stores in my lifetime with that being said Mark and Rick that work for the Auto-Zone at 1310 Lemay Ferry Rd. St. Louis, MO 63125 are singlehandedly the two best damn parts store/warehouse employees that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in my lifetime! In my honest opinion (brutal at times) if neither one of them are working that day or time that you needing to get your parts Id wait (if possible) and come back when one or the other are there working! I promise that you will not have a bad experience and will leave this parts store with a smile on your face and three new friends Mark, Rick, & this specific Auto-Zone! LOL

It was so amazing for the staff at autozone in lemay and I’m really happy to say that Dave the manager went above and beyond and helped us get back on the road safely and soundly if it wasn’t for him we would of be stranded in St. Louis and not been able to get back on the road to INDIANDA today and I’m very thankful for Brandon for helping the last 20 minutes to get the parts back on and I’m proud to say the store manager was very grateful and very nice and this store has great team members. Worst customer service in town. The manager himself does not know how to take care of customers. Instead of checking out people in line who go their stuff ready, theyre sitting on the phone talking to ppl and the other worker sees that there are people waiting and STILL goes to the back. I waited literally 20 minutes just to buy some spray. And its not the first time this has happened. Ill be taking my business elsewhere close by for my auto part needs.

Out of the new people only one (Scott) actually knew how to do his job and would go out of his way to go outside and do anything you need help with. He fixed my daughters wheel well after she backed over a curb and ripped it out. I found out he ended up quitting so thats the end of my time shopping at this place.

They installed my battery for me and I didnt have to deal of it so that was awesome

Went in for wiper blades picked out medium priced ones and new screws and bolts for new license plates went up to counter and was told oh these arent the right ones even though I knew they were he said I need the one he picked out cost more. I thought let it go just let them put things on. From there it was all down hill. Was told to pull my car around front where he proceeded to put my wiper blades on, I got out my plates to which the lazy fat man said theres rust on the bolts I cant change them. He just didnt want to get his fat but down to do it. He would even try. Stopped off at my son in laws house and he had them on in a jiffy. If there was a lower rating then one star I would have given it. 😠😡😠😠😠😠

Went to AutoZone on Lemay Ferry looking for a tool to remove a bolt so that I could take out and clean the rear seat belt on my Toyota Corolla. I figured this was a simple thing if I just asked the right person. Unfortunately, the right person wasnt on duty. The guy who was on duty just said, oh, theres no way I could know that. Sorry. So I left and went a few minutes down the street to OReilly auto parts. The guy there went out to my car to see what the bolt looked like, went back inside to find the necessary tool, and even loosened the bolt for me. It was a small matter, and an inexpensive tool, but service makes all the difference. Now I will go to OReilly for anything I need for my car.
