First off my credit score isnt the best but its not the worst either. I knew what to expect. I went in a few weeks ago to see what could happen on getting a new Rav4 XLE. The best they could do was needing 5K down and the payments were over $ 700.I just received a phone call on a follow up today. I didnt catch the guys name, but from a business perspective....very rude. I explained I was going with another dealer and another company. The guy was quick and short with me...well thanks for the opportunity and hangs up. He didnt ask who the company was, what car I was going to get, etc....I know if I had a perspective buyer and they was going somewhere else Id want to know details to see what could happen to get their business and not let them walk away.The guy needs some customer service skills. I can assure you I will not be in there to ever buy a car. Just to let you know I went and got a KIA Sportage and only needed $3,700 down
