The men that run this place are 10/10 with service. Doesnt waste time and doesnt try to pry you for anything more than you need. They treated my Audi A7 with very expensive wheels with absolute care. I rarely leave reviews but it was a good enough experience to where i will gladly do one. Dont need anymore Discount Tire. Will start to come here.

Gave me a great deal on all four of my tires when I only came to change 2. Very quick also. Was only there for about 40 minutes in total. Wasn’t pressured to do more than what was needed. Definitely will be back!

They got me in same day for service. The technician was a true pro, he took great care with my wheels. I had asked him to remove and replace the lugs using a torque wrench instead of the impact gun(Ive had problems in the past wit my lugs). He had no problem doing this, even though it took more time.I would definitely recommend these guy for any tire related service.

These guys were absolutely fantastic. I came in for a patch on my tire and Carlos got it patched within an hour and wouldnt let me pay a dime. He told me that it meant more to him to have a happy repeat customer. I highly reccommend using their services, they are good honest people.

My experience here was pretty wholesome. This shop is busy, which you need to understand to get the most out of it. The workers here are getting it done, so they might come off as rude or short to you, but they also have customers on the other side of the coin who want their service done quick.Don’t come here if you think you’re royalty and think your request as a customer is more important than others. Do come here if you’re looking to get a decent deal, and have a few days or hours to spend waiting for your vehicle to get done. Yes, my only gripe was having to come back twice because my tires weren’t in yet, but I was in the area, and I got them at a better deal than I could anywhere else.

Be aware of this shop !! They do not do their job right ! I used to take my car to this shop for regular maintenance until one day I decided to change the business because of their rude manager ! I found out from other mechanic that the oil filter was tooo dirty and possibly never changed at that place ! I always used to go there and they always try to sell their tires despite the fact that my car tires were fine ! I don’t know how they have high rating here ? They deserve a zero for dishonesty!

Had no problems, just went in for a tire repair and it did not cost me anything, plus the person I dealt with was pretty cool

I asked for a price match online, and they called me within minutes, beat the price, and arranged the appointment for the next day when the tire came in. The tire came in early the next day and they called me to let me know they could get.me in now if Id like. Went for my 4pm appointment, and was in and out within 20.minutes, well pleased. I have used American tire depot before, but when they were at Santee, still the great prices and level of service.

I ordered 4 tires that were not in stock and they were delivered to the store the next day and I received a call in the morning letting me know tires were in and I could come in earlier than my appointment if I wanted to. I was also getting an alignment as well. The guys who put my tires on and did my alignment were hustling and working very hard. It did take longer time than expected but the shop was very busy and they were trying their best. I was in no rush so I sat back and relaxed. I will definitely be back.

I always have a pleasant experience at American Tire Depot Lemon Grove. From the moment I called asking for prices, the day I went in to ask more questions and finalize my purchase and to now. The price I was given couldnt be beaten and I chose to add the 3 year plan that included rotations and alignment. Customer service is always nice and work is done in an efficient manner. Today I was helped by Carlos and Chris and they were both respectful. They kept me updated with my service and were professional. I was having a valve job done on on my Dodge truck in the service plaza where American Tire is located. I told him I was going to see what type of deal I could get at American. As I entered the shop, Tony was just finishing up with a previous customer. I explained to him what I was having to the truck and the timeline. First, I got a better deal at American than the last time I had tires put on at Discount Tires. Their prices were higher, and I still had to take it somewhere else to get it aligned. I told Tony if he could keep it under a$1000, Id be happy. He said he could beat that easily. The price was fantastic, and they finished the work before the mechanic started working on it! Im very pleased with their friendliness, their professional attitude, and just caring about their customers! Thanks!

Was quoted $80 to swap four tires from steelies to alloys which is half what Discount wanted. Dropped them off the next day with Christian and 30 minutes later was out the door for $80 as promised. Very busy shop with hard working guys. Will use them again for sure.

Overall my experience with this location was good. The price on their web page is much lower than their price at the store. They honored the web page but the two price systems 1.) either need to be in sync or 2.) the store needs to offer the prices from the web site. The tires on the web site were available at the store but the store did not have them and had to order them. Not certain the reason for this confusion but in the end they shipped the tires in and honored the price. I know the retail environment is difficult but I would also share with the desk team that relationships are everything and you only get one chance to make them.. Make the most of it.

I had my tires done in Chula Vista back in June but I needed to get rebalanced today and it was free and I went to Lemon Grove so it was really great to be in the system and go to any locationAug 11, 2021 Went to see them again today. Turned out I only needed 2 tires and they were honest about it and didn’t take advantage and try to sell me 4. I appreciate the honesty. They gave me a great price too. The whole staff is friendly and helpful I love the lemon grove location. I’m going to stick with them for all future needs!

I purchased new tires from here for my lifted Jeep JL not too long ago, in the process one of my tire pressure sensors did not work properly after. They had to issue ordering a new one and replacing it and throwing in a complimentary alignment. Awesome management!!

After taking my wifes RAV-4 to 2 different places for an alignment nobody could fix it . So I took to American tire depot they checked it, aligned it, and test drove it something the other places didnt do . They nailed the alignment their customer service is 5 stars I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

American Tire Depot is a good place to go to get new tires. Their customer service is off the chain, all the employees that work there are so professional and courteous. I had a hole from something stuck in my tire and they fixed it with no problem. This place honors their warranty they dont play games they just get the job done.

Get your tires done here. Just do it.I was stressed to the nines planning a wedding and forgot to tell ATD that I had put the spare on after blowing a tire. When I realized that theyd replaced a perfectly good spare and the blown tire was still in the trunk, I gave them a call and explained the situation. Came back, they found the spare theyd taken off and put it back on FOR FREE. Also, it was like 20 minutes till close. Shout out to ATD for a small miracle!

I really liked that they didnt come back to me with a shopping list of stuff I should get done. I also liked that the technician came into the lobby to explain what they had done and what they found. I was nervous because Edgar had an Evans Tire shirts on and I will never go to Evans again. Took a star off because parking is difficult and they were a little expensive, but overall Im happy.

At 1st we had difficulties due to lack of communication. Finally we found my online application and order. Then disagreement with price and arraignments.But the on call manager decided to accept the order as recorded by their online staffing.From there things went smoothly. I appreciated the service; very congenial and authentic for remainder of service.

HELLO CAR ENTHUSIAST DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PRECIOUS VEHICLE! I’ve had my 2017 Mustang for a couple years now and taken care of it like it was my child. Never had a scratch, but when I went to pick it up....it was dented and some of the paint was chipped! My heart broke and I started crying!! And if you’re wondering if they gave me a discount the answer is NO. I’m never letting them put a finger on my car again and if I were you I’d take my car far away from this place!

I went to AmericanTire Depot to get my Tires rotated, I didn’t have an appointment and I was able to get right in and was provided excellent customer service.

Good for cheap tires. They also look around to tell me what I need to get done for my car. A 4 star as I like the services Gamma I believe her name was telling me about tires deals and how she can set the order up for me and appointment and gave me an estimated and stuff. I told her Id call back but unfortunately she was probably on a break and this is why I couldnt give a 5 star as the guy has no clue what deal I was talking about a told me best to go online find my tires and make an appointment there. But online gave me a different quote and still the guy insisted I go online and figure it out. So I couldnt be bothered and went somewhere else where they were ready to help me.

Just an update. I spoke with the manager and after I kind of yelled at him for a couple of minutes. I was upset. He never raised his voice to me and was nothing but polite. He calmed me down and explained the things i was upset about. They took my tires off my car to rotate tires for free. This was not made clear to me. He made it right and he did it on the same day as my visit. He was great. Thank you for taking the time to listen to me and to make it right. Great customer service.
