Not much to say here but is a huge store dont know what cant you find even strange things are here for all kind of quality cooking

Great place to buy Mexican foods. Love the variety of cooked Mexican foods in Deli. Also has a Fresh fruit bar fruit is cut to order. Can create your own fruit 🥣 bowls! Old Store but I love it!

Food is always excellent here and I always enjoy thoroughly my visits.

This is a neighborhood grocer, and it shows. Since the pandemic it is always a crowded place to have to grocery shop. However, the shelves are well stocked, be and employees are helpful.

Love coming here but today I was trying to ask the cashier a question for several moments but she never heard me because she had in her airpods and was on her phone. It was very unprofessional; I ended up giving up trying to get her attention and left.

Today there was hardly anyone there. It was great. Everyone was friendly.

Takes covid 19 precautions. People may still not respect your 6 feet but its so easy to move away from then compared to toher places i used to shop at. Prices being fair are also a good plus.

Love it the things are easy to find and they have great produce.

Food4less is the worst customer service store I’ve ever been in. Terrible customer service. Hate going here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The rudest staff, poor service and unprofessional! Some prices are very higher than at Ralphs !

I go here occasionally go buy groceries and nothing else can I store it have what you want when you want it

I had just left the hospital and had to get some groceries for myself and while I was waiting in the express line the cashier told me that I was over the 15 item limit. I would never have went through that line prior to my disability. I was at high risk of sudden heart attack and not feeling well at the time. The other lines were very long and so I being maybe 5 items over the limit thought it would be ok given the circumstances. I was taken out of line while waiting for the manager. Because cashier would not help me. Needless to say the manager said she was too busy to help me. I thought to myself that no one should ever be treated with such disrespect. What happened to helping one another. Food4less is the worst customer service store I’ve ever been in. Please mind that I am not one to expect special privileges but in this case I needed assistance and hope that people would look out for there fellow human beings. Thank you for reading. I have yet to have a decent experience at any Food4less. Customer service is a true 1 star if that.

Usually moderately busy, but it has a decent selection. You may have to go elsewhere for your high end stuff, but its great for the basics. I usually dont have too long of a wait.

Just another grocery store. Youll have to bag your own food so be ready for that. However you could compare it to Sams club in the sence that you can get bulk items. Oh they have a decent sized selection of alcohol. Not a five stars because I am very strict on giving 5 star reviews.

Its just another busy, crowded, well stocked grocery store. Their cashiers and workers are efficient so its an easy in and out. There could be a better fruit and veggie selection, but I go to Farmers Markets for those anyway. But they have awesome prices on their meat selection and gas.

Good selection of groceries, produce at Reasonable prices. Very friendly staff. Join up and get 10 cent discount on already low priced fuel at the pumps out front. Sometimes you see some odd characters and behavior out front more a result of the location I cant fault the store for its neighbors so it gets 5 stars.

Almost all of the same products as Ralphs, closer to my house. So its good for a quick stop. Good produce. Good prices. AND, its next door to Home Depot. One-Stop shopping!!

By far my favorite food 4 less. This place is clean and the employees are polite for the most part. Everyone has an off day, ya know? ;) Always have great prices and having a gas station in the lot is super handy.

Lots of people shopping today ! Atmosphere was heavy in there today ! The reason being that because of the shut down of the federal government the state food stamp programs here in Calif. Issued next months food allotments two weeks ahead of time and will not be issuing them for the month of February . I feel okay but around the 15th of February San Diego County will feel the impact of their decision . Peace ☮️ fellow Americans We stand strong when we stand together !

All on sale items reliably in stock. Like the Bag Your Own Groceries policy, because it makes it easier to find and unpack items at home, for example frozen. Checkout lines usually very short on weekdays. Store is clean Produce, meat and dairy fresh.

Was super happy they were open until midnight, I was cooking and needed a few things and whew thank God they stay open until midnight

Food for less is cheaper store but good product s. Parking is aweful here. So stay away from crowd. Good service you dont wait much in line. Prices still could be better and variety having trouble finding my gluten free items. But over all good.

Some prices very good, others higher than at Ralphs. Some employees friendly, others treat you like they could care less. Not a store that gives you a good vibe.

It is a neighborhood grocery store, selection is very limited if you have pets. Very crowded no matter what time of the month. It is a real hood store. If you love people watching this the store!

Prices are typically very competitive. They frequently run out of the super value sale items when there are coupons but they do their best to restock as quickly as possible. Cashiers tend to be friendly and efficient.

Great prices and has a water bottle feeler outside. Good service. The store it self is big and I usually find everything Im looking for.

If I based the store on two of their cashiers it would not be good at all. Food 4 Less it a great place to shop when you want to save money. Not so good when you need certain items. I shop there for my every day items and other stores when I need something they dont carry.

Good produce selection. Decent prices on most groceries. Never enough registers open. Always a long line and you have to bag it yourself

Alert to the community!I went to this store on 01/28/19, the cashier said their credit card machine was slow, so they were having an issue with it. Some people infront of me would run their credit card once, twice or more until it was approved. My transaction was denied the first time, then the second time it was approved. When I got home I checked my credit card transactions and noticed they charged me twice the same amount so went back to the store that same night and talked to Cyndi, the store manager. She first denied they were having issues with the credit card machine but the cashier agreed with me so she had to admit it, then she called out the cashier for giving that information, I showed her the two charges to my credit card as proof but Cyndis response to my complain was: theres no way we can charge you twice plus these charges are still pending, once your charges are posted one charge will disappear, I guarantee you. Cyndi did nothing to fix the issue, she didnt show any intention of stopping the use of the faulty credit card machine, instead she let more customers pay with their credit cards. My guess is that any store manager would stop the use of a faulty credit card machine as soon as they are notified of a problem of that magnitude.. they are charging their customers 2.. or 3 times the same exact amount, but she decided to ignore it. Cyndi is obviously not capable of handling the store manager position. She was notified that they were charging their customers multiple times and she was shown proof of it and ignored it..from that point it is a scam to the community. I called my credit card company and notified them of this scam because the two charges were posted to my account.. so none of them disappeared like she said. I wonder how many customers have been victims of this scam at Food 4 less Lemon grove. Cyndi should not be a store manager since she doesnt have the skills for such position.

This is one of my go to places for groceries. The prices are nice, and they have a decent selection. You can get gas there, too. That being said, you do have to bag your own groceries, there are often many homeless people around (and sometimes stray cats), and it can get busy at certain times of the month, but if youre like me and dont mind that, then Id recommended shopping there. Its not a high class place. Theres no Starbucks or pharmacy, but theyve got good deals.

Parking although abundant is horrible. Some shoppers are rude, and disrespectful. Shopping carts were all over the parking lot making it difficult to park cars. Going in the store with a shopping cart I took from a parking spot I had to move a cart out of my way while someone tried to pass me up and go in first... rude. The store itself was great, big store, wide isles. Great deals. Produce looked really fresh.

This was one of the cleanest Food 4 Less stores I have been in. Their prices are generally competitive but some items are higher than the competitors.

A good store to get a deal. They are a simple store with no frills, no Starbucks, no Pharmacy. Just good prices on groceries.You have to bag them yourself so be prepared.

They just rearrange the store so I was a little lost but they pretty much have everything you need and I picked up a pork roast for $0.67 a pound you cannot beat that anywhere.

This food for less has a gas station where you get cheap gas when you save points shopping at Food 4 Less.

Good prices, great selection, you can find anything from your usual items to more specialty items here. Plus, this location has a gas station and price is usually cheaper than any other gas station in the area. If you do buy groceries at Food 4 less, make sure to go before putting gas. They currently give a discount at the pump after purchasing a certain amount in groceries.

A big busy grocery store. What they lack in selection is made up for in price. This store does not carry many healthy vegitarian choices-Example- They do not carry veggie burgers. Check out lines can be very long. Ample parking.

Went early (7:30), by the time I was done, madhouse. They have everything you could possibly need for thanksgiving. Got in and out fast!

One of the cashiers Marlyn A. Is rude and always looks like she is under the Influence of something, I have had her as a cashier a couple of times and tonight she was extremely rude and shaking like she was coming down off of something. She told me she would card my 10 year old daughter for beer. And didnt even give me my change from my transaction, she just tossed it on the counter. Ive contacted corporate already..smh

Yes some things are cheaper here but You have to know what they are because not everything is cheapest. Always be prepared for a longer wait at the checkout and remember you bag your own groceries here. Number 1 reason I personally go to Food4less or Ralphs (its not discount cousin) is for red meat. I have yet to see any other chain come close to their prices when it comes to meat. While Im here I buy other things including fresh produce. I am very glad that finally they started carrying real sugar coke and sprite and hope they bring in other varieties like the stevia sodas. Oh and the gas prices at the station in front are always super competitive- hence always crowded...

Large store with a better variety of items. They have all their liquors under lock & key though, even some of the cheap labels.

Did what I came here for. The carts were kind of everywhere in the parking lot, but overall good experiences here. Has a gas station, store was clean, the checker wasnt the most friendly but wasnt horrible.

Great place for groceries, wish they had more staff on hand, saw a old lady in an electronic cart who needed help bagging her stuff so I tried helping her after they called for assistance and no one came.

They usually have really good prices on everything including staple items. This is where I usually go for my staple items and produce and sometimes meat. Its usually very crowded though which can be stressful. This is also where we usually get gas. Its the cheapest price around.

I went shopping today and I am very happy that the prices was affordable and I was able to find the healthy food that was/is needed for me.

I was racially targeted by one of their staff members telling me your not allowed to shop here . I think they should be ashamed of themselves never coming back here again !

This Food 4 Less is absolutely horrible. The restrooms were so messy and unsanitary that I felt sick even having to touch the door. There was urine and feces all over one stall and a worker came in and acted like they didnt see it. I was in the store for almost 2hrs, since I brought a few people to shop, and the bathroom was filthy the entire time even after telling a worker that it needed cleaning. The only upside is that some of the cashiers are really friendly.

Great produce! I go there specifically for it. The rest of the store is so so. Crowded and not the best selection but worry going there for the produce department alone.
