My water stopped running last night. I called at 8am today, they were here at 9am and done at 11am. Great customer service!

Kevin came out fixed the water leaking issue. Cleaned up the pipe from all the past home owners attempts at fixing the water leaks. straight forward with the price and cleaned up afterwards like there were never there.

The well that provides water to my neighbors homes behind me unfortunately is on my property.This company came out to do a repair. Upon arrival they rang my doorbell demanding I move my truck. Not asking, not explaining the reason for their presence, just demanding I remove my truck. After a frustrated chat and his eventual explanation for his request I moved my truck so they could do their work under my lawn.After the repair was complete, instead of the owner using the backhoe on the lawn, he used it on my driveway, tearing off layers of asphalt. When I pointed it out he claimed it wasnt his problem, talk to the association that Im not a part of.Finally 6 weeks later the association gets a call back from this company saying they will not fix it, not their problem. I then contact Kevin, owner and previous mentioned worker, whos response is that I should sue the association for their damage that they caused to private property.The moral of the story, if you are looking for a company that will treat you with total disrespect, then tear up someone elses property and then leave you holding the bag, this is the guy for you!

Our well system had water pressure dropping off issues and none of the usual suspects in the system were presenting as the problem. We had two companies come out to try and figure out the problem. Kevin stuck with it, and on his second trip back he discovered it was a failed elbow joint on the pipe coming in to the house from the well head. Nice to have a company we can count on to get it done. Thanks Kevin!

Cold called Kevin at Dupage Well & Pump on a Tuesday after a catastrophic system failure the night before. Called me back within 15min, and after discovering he didnt have the tank size I needed in his existing stock, he got the larger one within an hour and had it installed shortly thereafter. Was fully up & running within 3 hours from first call. Amazing service, and totally affordable/appropriate. Fully recommended!!!

My well pump stopped working on a Monday morning. I called them at 9:00am, they were out at my house less than an hour later. They had the pump replaced by 11:00am. The workers were very polite and professional. The final cost was very reasonable and much lower than I thought it was going to be. I had a great experience, and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Would never recommend this company. They obviously do not care for existing clients. Our pump failed and we had to call nonstop for a week. We lived without water for the entire week. We had to call several times a day and were told someone would come out the following day several times. No one ever came or even cared to call to see if we had the water working. We ended up switching to another company that responded and sent out guys the same day. We had to pay an extra fee due to the fact that we did not have a warranty with this new company. I did not care about the fee since we finally had a company that was responsive and actually helped us.

Wonderful company! After waiting a week for a different company to come out we called Dupage Pump Inc and they came out the very next day! I plan on using them whenever we need work done!

My first time working with this company and thought they were great. Kevin is super to work with. He is upfront, honest and prices are lower than the other company I was using. Highly recommend this company if you have any well or pump concerns.

Put a new water line in from house to well. Repaired with just 1 day notice.
