I have never dealt with such horrible customer service in my life. I called regarding a package that had a different tracking number than what I provided and instead of helping, the lady decided to argue with me and tell me that I put the wrong label on the box and that it was my fault. She also had an awful attitude the entire conversation. Her solution was I dont know what to tell you. The woman was incredibly rude and I am just appalled at the way this situation was handled. I will never step foot in this location again. How unprofessional.

They will rob you! They looked at me straight in my eyeballs and lied and said there was a new UPS requirement not accepting bubble mailers anymore all packages must be in boxes. Raising the cost from $10 to $30. Two ladies one a younger girl and another older lady in the store backing her up. I felt so bad for them in this lie. What they didnt know is that I mail the same package the same day at another UPS store. I asked if it was just this store and she continued nope Thats the new rule. I left and went to another UPS store and mailed it no problems for the normal $10 price. These people should be fired. This store should be closed down. Lying and stealing people money

Horrible service at this location....went yesterday July 2nd at 8:50 am...sign said open and the hours said 8:30 am to open....IT WAS CLOSED.... went back at 9 ...they were open...the agent charged me one dollar for a small piece of tape...when I questioned it she said very meanly...pay the one dollar...I paid it...no thank you no have a nice day NOTHING...when i ask when they open ...she rudely replied....i WAS LATE....no i am sorry....I should of charged her for the gas I spent to go back at 9 am!!!!

I have no idea why so many negative comments for that store ??I went there today,, needed to return some boxes and sent one too. Process was smooth, staff professional and I got taken care with no issues . Definitely will be coming back there again.

Went to drop off a time sensitive package. All signage indicated they were open and lights on early afternoon. Knocked on the door, called their number and no sign of anyone. Door locked with 4 of us outside the store. Maybe on your next nap, lunch break, whatever you put a sign up to indicate you’re closed. Even one of the other people with me said this wasn’t the first time she encountered this. No excuse for this.

I’m so disappointed. I have a UPS account for work. My office wants me to mail out a box of N95 masks to our doctors from my home. I live in Lemont, right by this location. I just called and asked what number do I need for them to be able to ship this box from the store and bill the work account.... she told me that’s a third party thing, so they can’t help me at the Lemont store, I have to go to the Lockport store... I asked again isn’t there an account number I can just give you to bill the box to? And she said yes, I believe it’s a 6 digit number, but we don’t take those, only Lockport does....so I repeated, if I want to ship this box and bill my work account, I can’t do it from your store, even though it’s blocks from me, I have to drive to Lockport? And she said yes....What is the point of a UPS store if they can not ship a package and bill a UPS account?

The staff at this location need to be trained on customer service. I had the worst interaction and was treated with disrespect by an employee today. They are rude and not helpful in any regard. Drive the extra five minutes to a different location and do yourself a favor and never go here.

Id give zero stars if possible. I used them to ship a $350 neon sign to friends for a wedding gift. I paid $100 to ship it and an additional $70 for packaging supplies and for them to package it. It arrived broken. My friends paid over $250 to have the sign fixed. I reimbursed them as I dont think they should have to pay to fix a gift. I submitted a claim to the store. After over six months, they finally got the claim submitted to UPS Claims Department. UPS denied the claim because my friends did not save the packaging for them to inspect. I could understand this, but I paid the store to package it. Why should UPS need to inspect their own product? Also, it was six months later and the box was 5x5x2 feet. In addition, the UPS site states no where on the website damaged package FAQs that it is necessary to keep the box (I have several pictures, all receipts, etc.) Regardless, they have done nothing additional to help. If UPS denied the claim, then the store should be responsible. Also, all I was asking was the amount paid to fix the sign, not the full amount, nor did I ask to be reimbursed for the packaging and shipping.I stopped in today to mail a return to Zappos. The box looked a little weak on one side so I asked if she could put a 4 inch piece of tape on that corner. She said yes, for $1. I walked out for the last time and contacted an attorney about recouping my money. So I hope the next time I see them is in court.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

They act like they are doing you a favor to ship packages. Went to ship a box back with prepaid postage and noticed the bottom seam was loose. I asked her if she could put one piece to firm it up so it wouldnt fall out and she said she would need to charge me $1 for tape. Seriously...for 6 of tape...so that you dont have a mess on your hands when it falls apart. Its not like I showed up with an open box unsealed. Skip this store, go to a different town UPS store

There’s a reason this store is holding a 2 star rating, its staff, period.I would blame management (and they may be partly to blame), but as a business owner, I know how hard it is to not only find help, but good help.The people in this store couldn’t care less about their responsibilities and the store is very seldom open on time.I would suggest an “overhaul” to management with your staff and the people YOU DO hire. Lets face it, this isn’t a business people would recommend, it’s a business people use because it’s close and in town. But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t care about customer service and your web presence.I give 2 stars simply because the store what it should, get the packages to where they’re going. But deduct 2 stars for employees and 1 for management for not addressing it (I don’t see many responses to these reviews).

Zero stars is what is needed. Have used this store for several months,Staff isnt really friendly. However, the rudest experience this week.I had a lost package, Dora was going to call me back to help me out with tracking number after I stopped in. Never happened. A young man I spoke with followed through and called me back, but said Dora told him they cant help me. I went back to the store and Patroosh (whatever her name is) was very rude to me. Said its not her problem and that I can contact the seller. I was literally standing there while she continued toraise her voice and tell me to let her finish. She wouldnt listen. So as the line grew within the store I let her get loud and let her finish. When she was done I asked the following :So Patroosh, you are telling me I brought a package here, received a tracking number. The package never was returned to seller and its totally my problem. The only help you are giving me is you show that you took the package from me, gave me a tracking number and your computer shows it NEVER left your store. And its completely my problem.?She said yes. It was terrible customer service, even if I needed to follow through with the seller, is this how youd handle it, yelling at me and basically telling me too bad. It was awful. Ill never go back to this location and my entire staff and employees at a large facility in Lemont will be told and will not return either.

Stay clear this place is a ripoff and run by shady people. I needed to cancel my shipment about 15 minutes after I generated the shipping label and came back in, asked if I could cancel it and was told my parcel had already been picked up. I could see my parcel on the table in the back from the counter. They just wanted to keep their money, I will never use this facility again. Sadly you cant rate 0 stars or I would.
