Great store!!! Everyone is extremely helpful and I learn something new about my phone almost every time I go there. Never had an issue and I’ve been using this store for all my Verizon needs for 5 years

I prefer this location because it is in my town but as I continue to pay my bills here the miscommunication has affected my ability to pay on time I’ve always showed up on time to pay but these last few times have not been the greatest unnecessary fees new people who don’t know how to properly work the computer and just overall unsatisfied customer would like to let my voice be known and how I feel about this location and how it could be doing much better like the Hanford store there should be no reason for this kind of service and lack of communication…

Worst experience of my life. I ordered a phone and when I went to pick it up the salesperson said it wasnt in stock. She then tried to sell me a used phone for almost twice the price. This was after making me wait for more than an hour. I called Verizon Customer Support and they told me that they shipped a phone to the store but the store that would be arriving overnight, but the store neglected to inform me to try to make a sale.

Their new store manager Ana was amazing help with an ongoing issue I had with my bill and my Verizon account. Helped me to stay with Verizon. Has excellent customer service.

Chardai J. greeted me with a big smile and willingness to help me with my problem. I already had been to a tech in Staples and the Geek Squad in Best Buy. I wanted to transfer past pictures from my phone to my recently purchased Kindle Fire. I had been told there was nothing that could been done because the systems were in compatable.That didnt phase Chardai and she was determined to find a way. She even consulted with her team mate Marco who also was willing to assist. A half hour to 45 minutes I now have the pictures where I want them on my Kindle.It is employees like this who keep me with your company since my original corded hand held in a bag.

I went into the Lemoore Verizon store looking for Maria. She’s very welcoming and making sure I get what I need. That day I went in looking for internet service, she did show me a tablet and a device that I can carry anywhere with internet. I walked away with a trade in and a new phone because she offered me a great deal that I couldn’t walk away from! I can see why Maria is a store manager!! Maria even helped me put my screen protector and new case on. Anywhere that Maria is located I will go in there personally just for her. She is great and very helpful! This morning I came to the lemoore Verizon/Russellcellular store and the store manger Analine was great!!! She was very friendly and helpful great personality. Seems like she really enjoys her job. She answered all my questions she really took her time to explain everything to me, she literally help me set up everything from my phone, Apple Watch and even went out side an set up my Hum for me.. I will definitely tell all my friends and family about the service today.. Great service is very hard to come by.. Mrs. Analine is just great thank you sooo much!!!

Just went in for a question and they were able to answer that for me as well got me a great deal on a iphone 11 pro max, im happy for the great savings that marco gave me his awsome with annaline she is amazing and help as well i truly recommend this location didnt know we had one in town.

The Lemoore store was out of the lgv40 phone that I wanted ..today being the last day of an awesome promotion she went on to a version site where she could see which store might have one. She found one in Selma which is approximatly but felt bad because of the distance for me to get there. I assured her it was no problem. Which made her feel better but was still appologetic .She has a great personality and very helpful . I will definitely return to Verizon for upgrades and future items.

This is the first time Ive actually walked out of the store knowing exactly what was going on instead of feeling lost during the whole phone buying process!! In the past, Ive always felt confused and somewhat unsure of purchasing my phones. Shan-Eque was extremly easy to work with due to her easy going personality, her professionalism and knowledge of her job. I never felt pressured, given an ultimatum, nor felt as if I was just another insignificant customer.
