I had my Hellcat shipped from Ohio to New Hampshire, I asked if the process could be done for a quicker date. Honored my earlier time and tried to find the best slot for me. Notified me it would cost extra, was a little worried, but it ended up only being $30 more which was excellent. Car was delivered a couple hours after the estimated time which ended up working out for me. All in all, the best part was how fast he responded to me, no matter what time I messaged him at. I live in Virginia and was planning on purchasing a brand new Shelby GT350 in Mitchell, South Dakota. Trying to figure out how to transport the car from SD to VA was becoming a headache since I was reading all sorts of bad reviews and nightmare scenarios, but then I came across Wes Hopkins through his YouTube channel, Auto Transport for Dummies. His videos are extremely informational and they gave me a clear view of how the auto transport industry works. I contacted him and he gave me a solid quote, but he warned me that Mitchell, SD is a low traffic area so it might take some time to locate a truck. This ended up being the case; I had to wait almost 2 weeks until a carrier submitted an offer to pick up my car but Wes was honest throughout the whole process and he responded to my texts almost instantly. Once he found a driver, the pickup was arranged extremely quickly and Wes gave me a delivery estimate of 4-6 days. I remember getting a text from the dealership salesman saying that this driver was the most careful guy ever when it came to loading the car onto his trailer. The driver that he picked, Luis of Lumel Luxury Transport LLC (contracted with Alpha Trans Services Inc), also arrived at my house in literally a day! For all of Wess videos saying that auto carriers are not Amazon Prime, Luis is the clear exception! My car came in mint condition, not a single scratch. Luis was also a very friendly dude and I could tell he takes great pride in his work.I would recommend Wes to anyone who needs a car transported with a peace of mind knowing that your car will be in good hands. Those 2 weeks of me waiting for a driver to pick up my car was a long wait but Im glad I kept my faith in him. He clearly has immense knowledge of the industry, knows what hes doing, and is very professional about the way he carries his business. He could not have picked a better carrier. You see, I was trying to figure out the balance between finding the most reliable yet cost effective company to ship my 2020 Ford Mustang GT350 Shelby from Washington State to Florida. Thank god I found out Wes’s company through YouTube and decided to give them a shot. He was able to get my Shelby picked up in a timely manner and delivered exactly on the requested date I needed! The car was delivered in great shape, and I knew they took great diligence in loading it because I immediately check the front splitter to inspect for any scratches (my front splitter has about a 4 inch clearance). The driver even apologized for getting a little dust on the car, and I hardly even noticed it until he mentioned it.Wes did such an amazing job with my baby Shelby that I immediately jumped ship from those predatory bidders from USHIP to ship my second car, Toyota RAV4. He was able secure a slot for my RAV4 to be shipped in a timely manner for 3/4 of the price the lowest bidder USHIP was offering, and that wasn’t even guaranteed. RAV4 got delivered to Florida on time in great condition! Wes even went above and beyond to credit me an amazon gift card since he forgot to apply the appropriate discount on my second order.Overall, I will definitely go through this company again and hopefully be able to work with Wes again for my future moves. Save yourself the trouble from dealing with cheap quality services on USHIP and go with this company. Great company. I spent weeks trying to find a good company and the best price to ship my car from Detroit to Dallas. I came across this company and talked to Wes, who explained everything and answered all of my questions. He found me a nice trucking group to take my car and that process was easy because they respond to texts/calls right away. Got my car in today, no damage to it. Would definitely recommend and use again.Something to note, date of pickup can vary so plan in advance to have a range of days that work for pickup.

For 2 straight weeks I dealt with shady broker after shady broker making me promises, changing prices, telling me they had drivers on standby waiting to pickup my car... telling me that my car would be picked up on a specific day only to have that day come and go without the car getting picked up. I finally got frustrated and called Midwest after watching their YouTube videos which highlighted exactly what I was experiencing.Here is where this review gets interesting, I contacted Midwest early on a Sunday morning ready to have them do what they could to get my car picked up. Wes called me immediately and I explained the trouble I was having with my current broker and not knowing the status of my cars pickup. Instead of giving me the typical broker spiel I was accustomed to hearing the previous 2 weeks he instead reached out to the driver and company who was supposed to pickup my car. This is what my current broker should have been doing. Ill remind you that I wasnt even a paying customer. They truly just wanted to help me. They were able to get me the status and confirmation that my car was scheduled to get picked up the following day. The customer service they gave me even though they knew that they would likely not get my business due to the circumstances was above and beyond what I would have ever anticipated.If this is the customer service that they give non paying customers I cant imagine what they do for actual customers. If I ever transport another car they will be the only company I call.I highly recommend watching their videos if youre on the fence. Wes Hopkins was great finding a transporter/carrier for my Porsche Cayman S for a responsible price. He was able to find a company that had the proper enclosed truck to get my vehicle from Maryland to Nebraska without any damage. The price was fair and the transporter (Steve from Pacific Carrier LLC - Mount Vernon Washington) that was hired was very friendly and careful with my car. He text me when he was 20 minutes from the agreed upon drop location and was right on time. Getting my car across the country was very stressful with all the unknowns, give the stress to Wes, he knows this industry well.

You are able to text with Wes throughout your booking time and once the driver is dispatched you are able to chat with them the whole time as well. Pick up is stress free drop off is stress free. We recently were in a terribly difficult situation. We had to move 3 vehicles from Tampa, Florida to Seattle Wa.We originally had this scheduled with Roadrunner, but just 48 hours out from when they were supposedly picking up, Roadrunner called and told us it would be over $500 more to move and could not even tell us for sure if it would even be picked up!That’s when we came across Wes on YouTube. He was the ONLY one we could find who thoroughly was explaining the process. We contacted his company, and he told us the cars would move easily at the right price. He saw that roadrunner did not even it have it “online” I guess on central dispatch. Wes gave us a range of $2800-3300, and within 3 hours he had this set up with a carrier for transport!!! We paid $3100 plus the flat fee (89) per car to get it done.This company saved us from a massive head ache and potentially cancelled airfare tickets.Cannot thank enough !!
