I went into my appointment optimistic, but didn’t have high expectations this boutique would have anything for me being plus sized but I was absolutely wrong! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was a wonder experience. My consultant, Bailey, was amazing! So professional but friend and relatable. She was honest and transparent when I needed her to be, and had a solution for every question I asked. I can’t believe I found my prefect wedding dress as the first shop, fifth try on. I did go to other boutiques and the level of customer service and quality of product pales in comparison. I would HIGHLY recommend this bridal shop to anyone with any bridal needs. They will go above and beyond to make you feel special and find you The One! Thank you again ladies!

My experience was wonderful from start to finish. My consultant Madison was easy breezy, calm and pleasant searching for the perfect dress. She listened to the details I liked and put it all together until she brought out “the one” lol. They will work with me to help me tailor it. I especially enjoyed popping open that champagne at the start and feeling like I was not rushed at all. Everyone at The One was so kind, patient, and encouraging!! I tried on so many dresses. Bailey was my consultant, and she listened so well and really took my opinions into consideration. In the end I purchased a gown they didnt have in stock (they had its sister- same material but different cut, and another dress with the same silhouette so I could see how it would look), and I cant wait for it to come in!! What a jaw dropping store! I met Andy at a wedding expo and they were so understanding when I needed to reschedule not once, but three times! Walking up to the store, the curb appeal is just phenomenal. Everything is so crisp & beautiful. My consultant was Bayleigh & she was just the sweetest! I came in with a particular look & limited budget in mind and they listened to every detail. I didnt leave with a dress that day but I left in high spirits & very well listened to.

I had my appointment with Ashley M. today, and it went soo well! I have been to other shops before, but this one was really outstanding. Every dress Ashley brought me was gorgeous and fit me almost perfectly. She listened to my vision while still helping me get out of my comfort zone. I had an amazing, wonderful, PRICELESS experience with Theresa at The One. She listened so attentively, made sure everyone had an amazing experience (especially me!), and helped me find THE DRESS so quickly I had to keep trying other dresses because I thought surely the 4th dress I tried on couldn’t be it, but it was! My personal stylist Theresa was absolutely phenomenal. I appreciated that she took my feedback on each dress and applied my preferences to the next dresses she pulled. Theresa made the process of finding my dream gown a breeze. Im typically extremely indecisive but with Theresas help, I found my dream dress at our first stop! Blown away by how beautiful this store is. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Their selection is really unlike anything I’ve ever seen. I traveled pretty far to visit this store due to the wide variety of designers they carried, and because of their Ashley & Justin Trunk show. While my expectations were pretty high, they were exceeded from the minute I walked in the doors. They have a wide selection of gowns and stylists seem to genuinely care about helping to find your dream dress. I also had the opportunity to meet the owners who are the absolute sweetest people and you can feel the passion they have for their business. Whether you are local to KC or making a trip I promise you it is 100% worth a visit.

The salon is stunning! The private rooms are perfection. Seriously this team has thought of everything — even dimmable lights to see how the dress would look at the reception. We adored the touch of macaroons and chocolates in our room. They had so much variety in their dresses and I finally found some unique, untraditional and modern dresses I’ve been searching all over KC for. Can’t recommend enough! This is how all bridal appointments should feel.

Ive been to a couple bridal stores to try on dresses but The One was by far the best! The atmosphere, the people and the dresses were all amazing and I cannot wait to recommend to all of my friends/family. Special shoutout to Theresa, she made the experience so much fun and not stressful at all.

No customer service whatsoever. Dress was a month late in coming in, no explanation or updates unless we called them. Do NOT recommend!

The staff listened to me and helped find the most incredible dress.Now lets talk about how amazing the dresses are! Every single dress is more stunning than the last. I first went to one of their preshopping events and got to see their dresses before my appointment. I knew they had beautiful pieces from Facebook, but was not accepting the amazingness in store! The collection of gowns they have are incredible! You will find your dress here and it will be within your budget and you are going to have the time of your life! The team is amazing, the dresses are amazing, and the experience is amazing!!!!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this bridal shop. I found my dress after my second appointment with Peyton and she was the most accommodating, sincere stylist. I can’t imagine my dress shopping without her, she delivered every time I was high maintenance and made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. All of the girls in the shop were extremely helpful and played a part in finding ‘the one’. I was able to make customizations to my dress, it was affordable for how gorgeous it is and the experience was just above and beyond awesome. I’m so happy I made an appointment here, the entire journey was easy and fun. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

The One Bridal is by far the best shop I went to when I was looking for my dress. The ladies there genuinely want to make sure you leave with ‘the one’! Very reasonable prices and such a beautiful place! Kayla helped me find the perfect dress with a veil and skirt that I couldn’t even imagine getting in my price range! She was an amazing consultant that I was able to connect with.

What an AWESOME dress-shopping experience! My friend sang the praises of Ashley and her staff; the praises were certainly well-founded. Theresa helped me find the show-stopper I had only dreamt about, and she did it with genuine interest in my preferences. Sadly, I didnt find The One at The One Bridal but their service and experience they offered was far superior to any other shop we went to within the KC area (and we went to 5!). To begin with, I had an appointment for Saturday evening but worried about being too exhausted so called on Friday after another appointment and asked if I there was an opening for THAT night and they said, Come on! Theresa, my stylist was super sweet and so, so patient. She took us back to our bridal suite, our own room where I could put the dresses on but also still be with my crew. The room had bottled waters, macarons and Theresa popped a bottle of bubbly rose! This was a standard appointment! There was no pressure to buy a dress, she even knew that she was competing for that top spot, because I had found two dresses that I loved by that point. I WANTED to buy a dress from Theresa and The One and despite not finding The Dress, in general, I was disappointed even more that it couldnt have been from there. Highly recommend trying the dresses on at The One Bridal.

Where do I start? The name says it all! I said yes to the dress by dress #2! I had no direction and never been in a wedding dress! I got the appointment on a whim due to a cancellation (thank you universe) Thersa is amazing. Im so self-conscious of my body and she made me feel like my body was meant to wear wedding dresses every day! I highly recommend the private, intimate, extraordinary suite experience!
