Guys who delivered were great. I made the mistake of not asking for their names! They were very patient as they tried ringing my ring doorbell and I wasn’t getting a notification, but I eventually realized they were outside!They tried their best to get the lumber as close to the job site as possible. They were really nice too and had great customer service. They waited patiently as I called my husband for answers with any questions that they had.My husband bought the lumber at the location so I’m not sure how the service was there, but I bet it was just the same.We will be using this location for all of our home improvements in the future. Thank you!

They were polite and helpful. They knew what they were doing and gave me advice on materials I may need for the projects I was working on.

I wish I could say I liked this place. I wanted to try somewhere different than Home Depot to get lumber for a project. When I pulled up and tried to go inside, I noticed a sign on the door that said closed to the public. Thats fine, I understand, with all the COVID precautions. So I called and tried to place an order over the phone. The representative said they needed to take my phone number and have a sales person call me back. Im already sitting in the parking lot at this point and it took at least five minutes for a call back. When I finally got a call back the sales person said that it would take at least 20 minutes for them to bring my order out to the truck. At this point I decided to just leave and go to Home Depot, but when I tried to leave the parking lot there was a semi truck pulled in front of the exit and blocking the entire driveway. They did not seem to care that I was waiting to leave and did not move at all. At least 3 or 4 people came up and talked to the semi driver but nobody asked them to move. Finally after waiting for 20 minutes I just gave up and drove over the curb so that I could squeeze out. It was overall a bad experience and I will not be returning.

Called in advance to find out if they had certain materials in stock, they did. Awesome!! Asked what their hours are due to it being a holiday weekend and they said they were open until 6 today, 7/2. Got there at 5:30 pm and doors were locked. Needed this material to accomplish the project over the weekend. Spoke to someone at a side door and he was not helpful at all. Dont tell a customer something and do something different. Your store hours are counted on by many and schedules were adjusted to abide by them.

This place is great for lumber! Had what I needed and it was straight not like the willow trees from depot and highes... would recommend!

I called them to see if I could give my credit card over the phone when we got up there. An employee that answered the phone said yes. So I sent my employee up there then they said he couldn’t do that. I called and asked why I can’t pay for it over the phone. The guy again said no. Need to train your employees better. When I am buying $120 worth of wood it’s not fraud!!! Everyone will let you give a credit over the phone. I went to Shutte lumber they let me give a credit card over the phone. So does Owens. The reason I didn’t send him there in the first place was because it was a farther drive. Get with it guys it’s 2x6’s. LOL.

I got the wood I needed at a good price. It was a Saturday and things were moving slow. Nobody meet me at the warehouse to load my 10 ft beam so I had to do it myself. Not a huge deal but kept it from being 5 stars.
