Inspired Closets upgraded our main closet, which had wire racks, to a fully custom design. Wow! They are amazing. Great design, communication, and products. The installation went well, and there were no issues. We highly recommend them.

Inspired closets literally made my life so organized! My husband and I downsized and I had to squeeze my clothes into a space one third the size of my closet. Inspired Closet staff identified my needs and created a space to maximize the usage! Brilliant! The work crew were efficient and friendly. The materials are very well made and sturdy. also the shelves can be moved, so if I have a new pair of boots....I can make room for them!

Be weary of working with this company. Not everything is what is appears on the customer service side of things. The ownership only cares about their bottom dollar and not the product they install or their employees. Almost half of the reviews on here are by employees or the owners family or friends. I have known them for many years, not worth the hassle.

Lied about products used. Horrible craftsmanship. Didn’t offer the items that was quoted. Total disregard for customer satisfaction. I’m now stuck with a closet with less than disirable quality without an explanation from Inspired Closets KC. If I could rewind this process I would of never used their service. They messed up the first order, and failed to call a couple times, but made it right in the end. The installation was expert and well done and we are happy with the custom cabinet in our closet.

Don’t use this company for any cabinets or closet units. You’re better off going to ikea and putting it together yourself. Spent 2500 and they sold me on it’s a “composite wood” the rep even pointed to a small cabinet and said it won’t be pressboard like that. I contacted my rep after installation.Guess what showed up. Nothing but pressboard. You think you’re paying a high price for a quality material and quality job, you’re not.I spent 2 days prepping my closet for their installation. From Inspired Closet KCs advertising (that I found after the install) I shouldn’t have done that at all, it was supposed to be included in the price.Their crew spent 1 full day in my garage hanging two cabinets. For that length of time, you would think the cabinets were perfect.Quite the contrary, as they were randomly screwed into the wall diagonally with odd number of fasteners in each spot. Then (what looks like whiteout) painted over to cover up the shoddy work. There is only one shelf in the cabinet, which left 2/3s of it useless.This company has poor upfront transparency and will charge a lot of money for shoddy work and will lie about the quality of material that you’re supposedly paying for.
