About a year ago bought a used monitor and computer monitor and both work great at decent price. Sales guy was friendly.

This place is a ripoff, sold my wife a 7 yr old computer for twice what it was worth! And then when I returned it charged me a 15% restock fee off $266.00. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!! And the guy running the place acted like he didnt care at all!

Brought my bosss Thinkpad in for repair (broken touch screen) begging to get it as quickly as they can. I was told that they would do their best and it would probably be the next day before it was done. I had not even returned to my office yet, when I was called that it was ready. My boss was so thankful and said it is working like a dream. Service was excellent and we have a place to take all of out PC repairs.

I took my HP laptop there for repair as it kept restarting constantly after some windows and game update. I kept there for almost week. They said they will replace hard drive as looks like thats the problem. Then they said looks like its memory problem. Finally they said it cant be fixed, may be mother board issue. They were pushing me to just give them laptop for recycle.I took laptop home, run HP diagnostics tools. No issue. Then I reinstalled Win 10 OS and laptop has been working great. I didnt have OS and didnt have to look into it. But they seem to just wanted the laptop free and also took about $55 from me for diagnostic etc. I will never go there. They seems to get laptops free like this and sell in there store.

I needed a laptop for job searching. I was going to get something simple but when I saw their prices I went for one that was much better than I anticipated buying. They exchanged the first laptop I bought after I noticed it didnt have blue tooth. It was an easy exchange! Their computers come loaded up with the newest operating systems and some needed apps. Ill go back here any time I need a computer. I highly recommend these guys!

Terrible. Initially brought our laptop in because the WIFI was not working properly. They examined the laptop and they determined the hard drive was failing. So they replaced the hard drive. This did nothing to fix the WIFI. We took the laptop in again because the hard drive they installed failed and they replaced it again. And guess what? That hard drive failed also. This has all happened since August. Dont waste your time or money.

Called over the phone and got an estimate. Ive seen many ads for them so I decided to give them a shot and they were very much fantastic. They fixed my computer screen in a few days and were very nice about the whole ordeal. I decided to get my girlfriends laptop fixed at their shop because of how good the service was the first time!

I was a bit annoyed by all the ads on Craigslist, but visited anyhow. They were friendly and had a decent selection of used computers at acceptable prices. You could find cheaper used machines, but they clean them and do a fresh install of Windows and drivers.We had one damaged power cable out of the two laptops we purchased and they replaced the cable with no issues at all. Ill definitely consider them again when I need an affordable machine again.

I have bought a couple of laptops from them. All of their equipment is refurbished. However the computers I got work great and the price is good. I have bought only Windows machines but they have Macs and tablets also. If you dont need top of the line and brand new its a very good place to check.

This place rocks. They have some really cool computer stuff! If you have old computer i.e. monitors they will you cash or credit. Also if you feel like you dont know anything about computers... they will give you friendly help.

I had some issues with my laptop and needed to purchase a second computer. After shopping around other computer stores for a few days I ended up finding a late 2009 Mac 27 for less than half the price of a new machine.They had a nice selection of computers for both PC and Mac and were quick to answer all my questions about the different models.

Went there today to trade-in some old equipment and purchase something more suitable for my needs. I found an abundance of very affordable systems and some very helpful staff. I got way more than expected for my trade-ins as well. 10/10 experience and I will be back in the future for any computer needs.

Bought tablet,battery went out within one month. Store told me would take them a week to fix. Or said i could replace it for 30 more dollars. When i said i only had the tab for less than a month they said i was lucky they were doing that for me.

I bought a few computers they all have worked out good.

Brought my personal computer in because it was not loading windows the knowledge technician was able to diagnose and fix my problem the same day! Was happy with the servoce i received.

Plenty to choose from; very knowledgeable tech; great alternatives to brand new machines.We will be back.

I bought a smaller Dell (Latitude E6220 - for the owner because without the specific model apparently Im lying) refurbished laptop to take on my trip out of the states.The battery pack is loose, causing the computer to kill power instantly on occasion.The frame around the LCD is loose and I have to pop in back in from time to time.Three days after the purchase the screen malfunctioned and there is a small line across the bottom that shouldnt be there. Not a huge issue, but it is certainly not up to spec.The M and the N keys were placed incorrectly and one of the keys pops out on occasion.The speakers are blown causing major annoyance and static with any moderate volume; leaving them to be used only as a last resort.The battery is clearly exhausted as it gives me a top unplugged time of an hour on power saver mode. This is with small CPU usage as well.Overall this laptop is certainly not up to standards that I would call refurbished. It has served its purpose but, it is of used quality at most, and I wish that is the price I had paid for it. It was lazily rebuilt and unfortunately for me, because Ive left the country, I will not be able to take advantage of any warranty. Yes, this is my fault. I should not have been so trusting. For future buyers beware of this outlet.

I am very hesitant about buying used electronics - you never know what went on before, or what kind of abuse they went through. So when I bought a 2010 15-inch macbook pro from DCO and it was corrupted i was ready to never buy from them or any other used dealer again.To say these guys made it right is a huge understatement. They assured me that they never have issues like that with macs which would be empty words had they not given me a newer more powerful model for a mere $50 more. Have had the computer for nearly 3 months now and not a single glitch. Will definitely seek them out again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality computer at a fraction of the price.

Drove 50 min to there location for an item they had listed on sale/in stock and they pulled a bait and switch. One guy said they didnt have any in the last week but they have this more expensive model and when I confronted them about false advertising and showed them te ad another guy stepped in and said they may have sold them. Not a good way to treat your customers. Now my little girl will be disappointed on her bday...
