Is there a zero star option? I cant believe it took me this long to get to reviewing this company... anyway grab your popcorn and get comfy because this is the worst review Ive ever written for the worst company Ive ever done business with. I emailed these folks regarding some shirts I wanted to be ordered and they were quite nice. I ended up visiting their store so I could make sure they understood what I wanted. The whole setup process went fantastic until production. Ian, the man that helped me was told me the shirts would get done in two weeks on Friday. Well, Friday rolls around so I drive up to Rellec and what do you know theyre not done. A lady inside told me they were behind and that they would for sure be done on Monday. On Monday I pop in and theyre not done AGAIN. The same lady told me to now come on Tuesday. So I come in on Tuesday and the STILL ARENT DONE. Now Im pissed and the lady tells me to come on Wednesday. Well, it looks like I didnt learn my lesson because I came in on Wednesday and WHAT DO YOU KNOW... They ARENT DONE!!! I then Spoke with another man there and he said that he put them on the schedule and they should be done on the following Monday. Well, Monday comes around, I come in and YES! there FINALLY DONE! Its not like it took them three weeks to make 8 shirts or anything. At first glance the quality was great so I put on the shirt and get to my daily life. That night after 6 hours of use I notice that the shirt has ripping in the screen print. That then happens to two other ones after only a day of use each. So I go BACK TO RELLEC and they said they would replace them and that they would be done with them shortly. Well, that was October 20th. Its NOW NOVEMBER 26TH!!!!! WHERE ARE MY GOD DAMN SHIRTS RELLEC?For anybody looking to buy, I STRONGLY recommend going elsewhere. This company makes open promises and only puts you behind schedule.AGAIN DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

Rellec Graphics have been doing are apparel ever since they have been in business for my high school swim team. We place about 6 orders per year on various items and have received outstanding service and very very competitive pricing, where there is no need to go to any other vendor. The designing of shirts, pullovers, sweatshirts and pants have been complimented by other high school teams wherever we compete. All sports team at our school are very jealous and tell my swimmers that are warm ups and other apparel is the best in the school.

We ordered t-shirts in July from Rellec. This was not the first time weve ordered from them. I picked up the shirts on 7/24 and noticed we were shorted one shirt. It had been added on after the initial order but Rellec had confirmed that would not be a problem. I reached out to Rellec when I noticed we were shorted and they asked if we really needed the shirt or if they could just give us a credit on our account, as it would be a lot of work to make just one. I told them we would really prefer to have the shirt but if its not something they could do, wed like a refund check instead of a credit on our account. They confirmed on 7/25 that they would send the check for $13.12. On 8/10, I reached back out to them inquiring about our refund since we still hadnt received it. No response. On 8/14 I reached out again. I was told that they had been busy, but the check would go out that week.Now heres where I dropped the ball...the check never arrived and I forgot about it. I remembered on 10/3 and sent them yet another email. No response, so I called them the next day (10/4). I spoke with Jerod and he was absolutely rude, condescending, and argumentative. He started off by telling me that their shop was broken into 2 weeks ago and their checks were stolen, so could he give us a credit card over the phone? I feel for them that their shop got broken into, I really do. However, a break-in on 9/16 (according to their FB page) doesnt explain why they never sent the check the week of 8/14 when they said they would, or anytime in between. I asked WHY it was never sent when it was supposed to be, and he said I just didnt do it. But really, its only $13.12 that were talking about, its not that big of a deal. I told him I understand its not a lot of money, but its the principle of the matter. I also told him I shouldnt have to reach out to him FOUR TIMES to follow up on a refund that he owes us and that its completely unprofessional. He proceeds to tell me that he has a lot of personal things going on in his life that he doesnt want to get into (nor would I want him to) and that quite frankly, he doesnt care about the $13.12 refund because thats the least of his worries and such a small amount to not matter. He then says Im sorry if my principles dont match up with what you think they should be. I asked him when he was expecting to get more company checks back in, and he said in a very snarky, rude tone look, Ill just drive over to your shop now and give you a $20 bill if that will make you happy. I finally just agreed to run his credit card over the phone, even though that messes up our books to process it that way and I now have to figure out how to fix that.I definitely feel for them getting their shop broken into. Nobody should have that happen! And yes, its only $13.12. I know thats not a lot of money and its not going to break the bank. But like I tried to explain to him, its the principle of the matter. It was money that we paid to him for a product we didnt receive, and its money that he then owed back to us. Were the customer here, and I do not appreciate the terrible customer service that I received in regards to something that he messed up in the first place, and then that he dropped the ball on getting back to us. Telling a customer that you dont care about the refund that you owe them is highly unprofessional. And arguing with a customer about how its such a small amount of money that it shouldnt matter is just plain rude, not to mention also unprofessional. Needless to say, well be finding another company to use for our t-shirt needs going forward.
