The man who helped me with my returns today was very nice. He figured everything up and sent me on my way.
Came in for 3 hard hats, simple enough. Found 2 but the rest of the stock wasn’t on the shelf. Lois was completely unhelpful and charged me the extra $2 even after waiting 20 minutes for the one that they could find. What a terrible experience. I don’t recommend dealing with her.
I walked in with a few questions regarding specialized PPE that we would need on a potential project. The staff was very helpful finding appropriate equipment.
Came at 4:02 and they refused to let us in even though we had called customer service to request they stay open an extra 15 min. Could see employees inside that didnt care. Bad customer service

Amazing service! This is the reason to shop in a store instead of online. They helped me find exactly what I needed and took care of me when I needed help figuring out how to do what I was doing.
I showed up 15 min until closing time and the guy at the counter didn’t seem like he really wanted to help me. I was sent there by a friend of mine who frequently uses your company. I was trying to get a fan motor so I could have air conditioning. The guy at the counter even talked to my friend who is a professional in the heating and cooling business and he argued with him on the phone even after he told the guy what I needed the guy handed me back the phone and still said he couldn’t help me then when I asked if you have any of the motors in stock he started to then told me I had only 7 min also told me I could go get one on eBay. When it became 4:30 he then told me he couldn’t get a motor to match what I needed he didn’t have one. Just felt from the beginning of our conversation that he didn’t even want to help me so now my family will have two more days without ac since tomorrow is a holiday. Never have I or my friend been treated by your company this way. He told me I needed to go elsewhere that your company couldn’t help me. I don’t understand why he couldn’t of just listen to my friend who is a professional and got me what he wanted me to buy. Your hours say till 4:30 i was in the store before 4:30 I felt like because I came in close to closing time day before a holiday and I wasn’t part of some big company that I didn’t even mater to you guys. How do you know I don’t work for some big corporation that does do slot of business with you or that my friend does. The truth is we both do! Just very disappointed in the customer service is was received today. I work in customer service in a service industry and I bend over backwards for my customers!
