Always have what I need in stock at a fair price. The negative reviews seem to be from unlicensed individuals. This place is to the trade only!

A bunch of negative reviews from unlicensed individuals. This is a contractor only supply house because they sell products that require a license to handle, thats common sense. They have a large inventory of parts and usually have what I need. Ive bought 6 furnaces from them last year and got a fair price on all of them.

Worst customer service EVER!! Standing in line with 3 guys behind desk with 2 just twiddling their thumbs! Didnt even ask if i needed assistance, just eye contact and nothing else .... Seriously??? Lucky they get one star as I would have rated them lower, if at all possible ... Customer service = Better business = Repeat customers, NOT THIS CUSTOMER!

Johnstone SuppIy is now a Dealer Only Supply House. I am not a dealer and was informed that they no longer sold to the general public.

As said before only dealer sales, they even went out of there way to tell contractors at the counter not assist me. Will never go back.
