Wonderful company my 3rd time here but first time at this location. amazing staff and now you can rent online! welcome to the future public storage!

I had the experience to have Jessica as the person who helped me when I needed the most. I rented out a storage unit with Jessica. I came from a long day of packing and having a rough day. Jessica made me leave with a smile and I was honestly thinking to myself: Wow, you dont get customer service like this anymore. She was timely, courteous and went out of her way to help me and I was instantly having a better day. Little did I know I was going to see her a few more times to get more space. You can tell when people are trying to just do their job, or go above and beyond like Jessica has. I recommend this place and experience to everyone.

Set up a reservation for my daughter, whos now a senior at KU, who has also used Public Storage every year since entering KU. Apparently this year the Lawrence location was full, as we started the process late this year, so we decided this was better, and guess who was working! Rebecca! She has helped our daughter every year in Lawrence, and were very blessed to know she would be helping us again for our daughters last year! I tell you what, the smile on her face will light up the darkest room.(even behind a mask) We HIGHLY suggest working with her. Rebecca, it was a pleasure working with you one last year, and we thank you!

The manager was so amazing. She explained everything to me and helped get this process done as painlessly as possible. Rebecca brightened my day and calmed me when I freaked out on her (sorry bout my hot mess, Rebecca!). However, using the chat assistance feature on the app was terrible. It was so upsetting and unhelpful I was on the verge of tears! The units are tidy and the property clean. Everything seems great so far! If you need to have a storage unit, this seems a decent place to go.

Been on hold for almost two hours, they double charged my card. Would like a refund.

Rented a unit online while in transit from MI. Jessica was very helpful and empathetic to my level of tiredness after driving to KS and not being able to keep my 9:30 am appointment time. I greatly appreciated that. Also she was very helpful in showing the unit and getting my boys unpacking while I did the paperwork. Great place!!

Poor customer service. Trash and broken glass everywhere. Watch for pot holes. Theres a few corners you wont be able to get a trailer through.

This facility has a wide range of storage options and prices, both outside and climate controlled. Jessica is the manager who helped me and she is a peach! Shes fun and funny and she knows her stuff. Her willingness to help her customers cannot be overstated. I highly recommend this facility.

With COVID-19 it I was able to get a appointment the same day I called which is rare right now especially with the way everything is. The manger was great, Jessica made me laugh the entire time. Got the size I could afford n was surprised because uhaul want more for the same size .

Jessica was most informative in helping us to determine the size storage unit for temporarily storing the furniture from a 2 room apartment. She told of Public Storage promotions and took us down to see the actual unit we rented. She was very friendly, answered all of our questions and made it very easy for us to rent the unit and move our items into it the same day. She is a great representative for Public Storage management.

Rented me a unit that wasnt marked properly. Had to go back to main office and followed lady back and she showed me the unit. Also showed me the unit they rented me wasnt issuable. All this is happening with a truck load of property in the pouring rain. Piss poor service

Made a move due to rising prices elsewhere. So far, so good. Staff seem friendly and competent. Unit in pretty good shape. The Annex to the facility (where my unit it) is not live-feed video monitored, so that makes me a bit nervous, but otherwise, all good so far.

Its was fine but I should have gotten climate controlled. Everything was dusty and dirty from it being an outside unit. Also the rent went up 3 times. I moved to another facility that is climate controlled and pay less than half what I was there

I was very pleased with the service I received. Jessica was very sweet and very helpful. I was unsure of the size I needed so I reserved a bigger unit. Upon arrival, Jessica showed me a smaller unit and discussed why it would be sufficient for my needs. The smaller unit allowed me to save $44. I was impressed that she wanted to help me save money and get exactly what I needed.

I can not begin to explain how amazing Jessica the property manager is. I was in a difficult situation, and she went above and beyond to make my experience at public storage smooth and easy. She even went in early to meet the moving company when I was unable to make it. She is incredible, kind, and sincerely tries to help all her customers. We have been with this public storage in Lenexa for several years now. We have always been very happy with the customer service and we have never had any issues. Just great service and great prices.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was helped by a nice woman named Jessica who greeted me with a smile. I was going through a pretty rough time and she helped me and even managed to make my smile. I would definitely recommend.

So my husband and I went in looking for a storge space and we met with Jeffrey and he was great. Then we came back because we needed another space and met with Jessica. These 2 are the best!!!!! They were both very kind and informative. They offered packing supplies and even explained how to pack our belongings and how to downsize into a smaller unit when it came time. Terrance was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond to give me the best service. He was very polite and efficient. He interacted with my children well also which makes a huge difference to me! I will definitely anticipate talking to him if we should need any assistance from the staff during our use of the facility.

First of all Jessica was a great help in communicating the storage areas and how we could calculate our needs. She also walked us through all steps to complete the exact storage unit for us. I have had other storage facilities but this facility and Jessica have made our choice very easy!

Jessica was helpful. The other always causes trouble. Theres not much else to say expect that even if you just need to store long term without visiting the unit you should check on it occasionally so you can sweep out the leaves and dust that somehow make it in.
