I didnt catch the girls name working in the Tire Center on 11/3/2021, but they need to put someone back there that knows what theyre doing. She was on her phone when I walked up and she just glanced at me and then put her back to me, I guess hoping I wouldnt walk up to her. So I walked up and asked her if they had a certain tire size in stock, and she looks at me and says I dont know, I only check people out here, youll have to go ask someone else. So this girl gets paid to sit on her phone and maybe check a few people a day out because who knew you could check out completely in the tire center?

I love this place...sometimes im in here 3-4 times a day.

Got a pair of dog clippers and it was supposed to be 34.99$ Thats what the sign said and that brand was in that space. Also had the Wahl clippers that were advertised as 44.99. They charged me 44.99 and would not sell me for the price advertised! Never will I go back to Lenior city Walmart...that store is awful!

Love this Wal-Mart. Grocery department always stocked. Super produce variety. Great meats selection. Just about anything you need. Associates so very helpful. So so much better stocked than other Wal-Marts in area.

Why do I keep coming here? There are some nice hardworking people there but why cant things be organized and priced? Its like the manager just doesnt care and is mailing it in. If Im forced to shop at the only store in the world because they are ALL that exists these days...at least put prices on things and clean the place up

I like some of the people that work there. It’s nice to occasionally see familiar faces. I like that they have free masks for me and my kids when I come in. It’s nice when you’re out of your own disposable ones or forgot to bring them.

Always have empty shelves and never what you need. Not enough cashiers and self service lines are always backed up. You better look at exp dates today they had baby formula marked down but outdated way back in June 2021 thats not good..

Went in to shop and parking lot was so full of shopping carts that no one had apparently retrieved to take into the store and what looked like a long time, got into the store and there were no shopping carts available. So of course had to go out and retrieve one come all the way back in the store. Went to do my grocery shopping shelves were completely wiped clean as usual, store was in a disaster, people that work there standing around on their cell phones and have no customer service skills whatsoever. Every time I shop here it seems I have to always ring myself up, I feel like I should be getting a big discount as a result plus because I had to get my own grocery cart.

Only one register was open while I was there. If you want me to scan all my groceries, but I still need to show my ID and wait for a cashier whats the point? You should give customers discounts if they end up scanning their own groceries. I felt sorry for the elderly man behind me that had to stand there 30 minutes, too.

Walmart is awesome. Always been a big fan. Would be nice if the steak prices were a little lower though. Tired of eating hamburger. 😄

Its a Walmart. Not much to say. If you wear anything in size 18+ as a woman I would recommend ordering offline since they dont keep those sizes in stock at this location.

Was told no register could accept cash except for the one human on the register and that line was packed at 10:30 at night. I asked why no cash could be done and was told because of a coin shortage. That was last year people! Employees acted like they just didnt care tonight when asked about stuff 😒

Convenient to my neighborhood but not as well maintained as Turkey Creek store. Frequently understocked. Mens rest room typically has out of service fixtures. Store shows its age.

Shelves are always stocked even on their inventory days. The website is not always correct or updated to what is in store. Its not the cleanest place but also not the dirtiest place either. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Offer many products but there are times when many shelves are out of stock.

Great customer service at this walmart everyone we came in contact with all were happy to help.

We I gave it 5 star because I hv always been able to find staff on the floor . Most things were in stock but biggest area for a new vision would be the produce area really needs to start over produce should be a destination on its own a lot of room to change and be not afraid to be different step out of box and watch this section grow. I hope some sees this and mks changed

This is definitely the most unpleasant Walmart in the area. All of the other Walmart in the area (Rockwood, Chapman highway, cedar bluff) have a much more professional staff. They also have large groups of unruly teenagers always in there stealing and causing ruckus. I avoid it as often as I can

Clean and organized, easy to find what youre looking for and at consistently good prices.

Moving into town it was nice to see the store was well kept and had plenty of produce to choose from.

I wouldnt recommend shopping at my local super center Wal-Mart! Its the poorest run Wal-Mart Ive ever been in even pre pandemic. They never have what Im after and they (my local store) do only the bare minimum. Ive been to other super centers and theyll offer a lot better selection of most items. Ole Sam Walton wouldnt be pleased here, lemme tell ya! Im shocked theyve stayed open this long. I think its due to the fact that my town is small and there arent any competitors, its so bad I drive out of my way and go to other towns 15 to 20 miles away just to shop at a Wal-Mart that I hope has what Im after. I only go to my local store if its for something I know theyll have bc Wal-Mart corporate send it without the store asking for it. Any extras that Walmart has for their stores to carry and sell, I know my local store wont have bc they do the bare minimum to keep the doors open. So if youre not in a big hurry and or need something basic, I HIGHLY recommend going to another store. Bc the one in Paris Kentucky WILL NOT HAVE WHAT YOU WANT!!A I love Wal-Mart and shop there regularly, but not my local store for that reason alone. I wont even talk about how the associates are rude and unwilling or uneducated about the things they should have in store, like most Wal-Marts across the nation. I hope this review is seen by someone who can investigate my local store and attempt to solve the minor problems and totally solve the major one.

It was a Walmart, I would say most people Jane experienced a Walmart.

Just walked out! Couldnt get anyone to help me. Called front desk. Took her 15 minutes to answer the phone. She called over the intercom for someone to help but no one ever showed up. Another 10 minutes later I decided to go find someone. I found two women standing in an aisle talking. One said she would get a rolling ladder to help me. And she did...but ran into a friend of hers on the way to me...in the main aisle in front of the pharmacy...RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! She talked for another 5 minutes. Then she hollers out where is the woman that need help. By that time I had started to leave and left everything sitting in the buggy. All in all just over 30 minutes waiting for help.

Wonderful experience ordering on the app and then picking up my order. Also great customer service. Only negative comment I can make is that its near impossible to get anyone on the phone.

Its a Walmart with incredibly poor customer service. Would be one star if not for some of the gentlemen in sporting goods. I dont like waiting for 1 register while 4 teenagers stand staring at their phones helping with self checkout. Or sitting in electronics for an hour for the person who should be posted there. If I can avoid a Walmart trip I do it better to support small businesses.

Walmart is what it is. This wont be a review of Walmart.But comparing this Walmart to others in the area, its one of the best. The parking lot is easy to access. The store is well organized and the shelves are stocked. The cashiers seem nicer than most, and Ive had good luck with them managing cashiers to match checkout customer loads.I live in Knoxville, and I prefer holding out to make the drive to this location instead of suffering in a Knoxville store.

Was easy to find an employee to help me carry a large and heavy box out to my car. All the employees I interacted with were very nice.

There was a time when I was a big proponent of Walmart. Now my opinion has changed. Walmart is the embodiment of everything wrong with American business and rampant corporate greed. Im done with Walmart. Permanently.

If you like having to do all your own scanning and bagging, its fine. But time and again, Ive had to wait for someone to help scan something or take a security tag off cause there are no employees up front

This super center in Lenoir City is way better then the store by me. We definitely choose to drive the 30 min to this store then to use the one that is 15 min from our house. Clean, more choices in food and home good items.

Do not go here online it says they open at 6 a.m. well I went into cash my paycheck and the old lady told me that her boss wouldnt let her open till 7 after Ive worked all night you really think I want to sit in the parking lot for a whole hour? Ridiculous service and falsely posted hours apparently. If i could give less than a star i would.

Went in for a sewing machine. Had exactly what I was looking for. Store is nicely stocked. Associates are friendly. Store is clean, neat, organized.

As usual, too busy and not enough help, but theyre trying I reckon.

An overall decent place, not many complaints from me other than their seeming refusal to enforce their own mask policy; many people walking around with them on their chin, below their nose or just not wearing them at all. Staff is helpful but exactly the most friendly or outgoing. Definitely better than my local store.

We were passing through the area and visited this Walmart in Tennessee. It was probably the cleanest Walmart we have ever been in. Everyone was nice... not everyone was wearing masks but then youll just need to social distance. Very nice experience

Had a flat tire. Giant bolt in it. Within just a few mins after picking it up the tire was loosing air very fast. There was no where to get air except inside Walmart garage center. So I stopped there and asked touse it. I had 2 gentlemen come out to remove my tire and put the spare on. NO CHARGE!!I have to add that this was Friday afternoon at 4:30. They wouldnt accept anything for helping me and also didnt push for me to buy tires there. Still in a little shock and so grateful!

Tired dirty looking store. Needs some cleaning and care. Also many empty shelves. Went there twice and they did not have the merchandise I was looking for.

The pharmacy crew all of them are wonderful so friendly not only human but also doggie friendly. They will actually talk to u and wait till your done talking. Love this pharmacy.

I am somewhat handicapped and every time I go into Walmart all I see is about eight wheelchairs parked because they do not work. All this money that Walmart takes from us and we cannot have a decent chair to help us do the shopping in their stores. But Walmart should be ashamed to take all our money but not fix a wheelchair

This walmart isnt local to me but have been going here for 20 or so years when Im out this way. They always seem to have just a little bit more than Alcoa and Maryville stores. Its not been updated much either so you can actually see around. Overall good place. Just extremely busy on weekends.

Took my 95yr great aunt to get some items she needed. They had everything.

Not enough workers!!!! Too many self check out lanes!! Credit cards must be used in certain lanes, checks are taken in too few lanes, cash is almost frowned upon in certain lanes.

It would be nice if Walmart would open more registers to check people out instead of the customers having to check them selves out.

Fast checkout, clean store and for the most part friendly service. It’s a one stop shop for all your needs and wants. They have self checkout lanes for fast and easy checkout. Which definitely helps if you have only a few items and in a hurry. They have a massive parking area, so you usually don’t have a problem parking unless on a holiday or something. They have a Pharmacy, Vision Center, Hair Salon. They don’t have a fast food restaurant anymore but overall very good service and friendly staff. Couldn’t ask for a better place to shop. Hands down one of the best Wal-Marts in my area.

Debbie did a great job! She was pleasant and loaded my car in good time. I like the idea I can order and pick my things up without all the blah blah. I also can keep my family safe as two of my family members are high risk. So this keeps my family safe.

Its Walmart. Same stuff, different day. Nothing exciting. They really could clean their restrooms and parking lot though. Every stall in the womens was nasty.

They often dont have enough cashiers, but its usually a good experience to shop there. Also hate it when they stop carrying items that I like.

Today I went there to pick up the game My sun wanted I had ordered it at walmart.com. It was so easy! As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted by an employee who sent me over to a big tower where I scanned the barcode on an email where I had purchased the game online, and it popped right out of the tower! It was so easy and efficient. what will they come up with next...

Great store, they had a Buck knife cheaper than any other store that I had checked with. It is replacing a knife that I somehow lost and it is the genuine article and made in the USA !!

Bought a power inverter that was discounted $7. Did not work. All i wanted was to exchange for one that works. Apparently the reason it was discounted was because it did not work. So the manager on duty tried to charge full price. WHO DISCOUNTS MERCHANDISE BECAUSE IT DOESNT WORK AT ALL?????????All this happened within 10 minutes never left parking lot. So I returned everything I bought that day. A MULTI-BILLION $ COMPANY KNOWINGLY SELLING A PRODUCT THEY KNOW DOES NOT WORK. I could care less about the $7. You have billions dont beat little ol me out of my change.

There are never enough cashiers. Never enough lanes open for the volume of customers or time of day. Their pick up kiosk NEVER works and the last time I tried to use it, a sign instructed me to call. No one ever answered. Not in the pick up department nor a general associate. This place is a joke.

You can never find help and they almost always have pallets in areas to walk.

Every single time I come to this Walmart by myself or with my daughter I get followed by the creepy secret shopper expect he makes it every obvious. He won’t follow me when my husband is with me. Expect when we separated inside the store but the second I go beside my husband he walks away. It is alittle ridiculous especially when I make more then him in a single day. I have no need to steal. Definitely taking my money else where!

Its a nice clean store, good customer service and friendly, the only thing missing is the clothing section didnt have much of a selection for capris as our store in Texas.
