Super nice guys! Had a death in the family, so was not able to drive there for an estimate like the dealership wanted me to. Herman’s had no problem giving me a quote over the phone. They went ahead and ordered the part! I dropped off my car when I could. They painted the trunk lid to match PERFECTLY. Was done quickly. Super thrilled. Thank you guys!!! Highly recommend. The final price ended up being slightly higher than quoted, but was completely reasonable, given they didn’t even see the car or know what kind of paint/blending it would need before quoting me a price.

Car got towed while I was arrested. When I went to go get my stuff I found out my laptop got stolen out of it and they didnt do anything to fix it at all. Couldnt get my stuff out of the car unless I sign my over. So they stole my stuff out of my car and ended up my car.
