I initially learned about Pack & Ship Mail Center LLC when I was sent there by the Caldwell County Public Library. I have now used their services four times since in the past three months. The owners and employees of this business display excellent customer. They are very knowledgeable about their business and helpful when answering questions for someone like me who isn’t use to mailing things. They also work in a timely manner; and even made my last minute problem theirs by rushing with me to beat the clock to have my paperwork sent before it was too late. It was just yesterday that I arrived at 3 minutes until close (4:57) and they had my 15+ papers copied - front and back - & emailed by 4:58. Those same papers, they got faxed through by 5:03. I have and will continue to recommend anyone needing to mail, ship, fax, copy, and/or email something, to go visit Pack and Ship Mail Center LLC of Lenoir, NC!! Great people and I always go here for all my shipping needs. Go out of there way to help you. Sent a package to someone and they returned it to them instead of my address and they found a way to get it to me even on the day they are closed.

This place is terrible. I received a damaged computer monitor from them and they refuted the claim that they insufficiently packed the box. They were careless and had me waiting for a resolution that never came. I was patient and gave them 4 months until I had to eventually move. They will tell you they have done something (i.e. call UPS to help with the damage resolution and then lie about it). After waiting months I called today and spoke to the woman in charge of damages and told her I was just Going to have to dispute the charge with the credit card company. She said “yeah you do that.. we’ll be ok.” Very off putting and not professional at all. Mind you I wasn’t aggressive or angry in the 8 plus phone calls over the months. I don’t like to carry out mean spirited reviews and I have no vendetta.. I just don’t like being lied to and basically being out 250.00 dollars with an oh well attitude.
