We had 4 dresses altered (3 bridesmaid dresses and 1 mother of the groom dress) and had one of the worst experiences I have ever had as a customer. The snap I had put in at the neckline was showing when I tried the dress on, so I calmly asked What can we do about that? The seamstress responded I dont know, sweetheart, its not like I can wave a magic wand and fix everything. She had no ideas to resolve the matter and was rude and unhelpful. I had to fight just to get a refund on the snap portion of the alteration even though that is the only thing I wanted a refund for. With a final whatever from the seamstress, I was able to get $20 off for my trouble. I left feeling like I had been a total bother to her. This was one of the most unprofessional and rude experiences I have ever had. I will learn how to sew and do my own alterations before I will ever visit this establishment again.

Mitzi was just wonderful. Even with COVID we were able to get my daughters wedding dress altered on time. She went out of her way to make sure the bride was happy. After the first fitting the hip area had to be extended and Mitzi told us just to come back in an hour and she would have it ready. And she did! She even put a bustle on it which really work wonderfully during pictures and dancing. I highly recommend Mitzi!

Staff was rude. Very unfriendly. Told her my budget. She did not even try to help. Maybe if she would have helped more i might would have spent money there. I would not go back to this place for anything. Thanks for nothing

I dropped a dress off, I had to wear for a wedding. They did AMAZING and had it ready a week earlier than I requested!!

The folks here have measuring and ordering tuxes down to a science. I dont know why anyone would travel to Hickory when PM has so many great choices. They are friendly, efficient, and have never gotten an order wrong for anyone in my family.

I loveee this place! We went to get my fiances measurements and fitted for the outfit he wants to wear in for our wedding and staff was very attentive, we had to guys at a time helping us and also since we decided on renting instead of buying we got a great deal too. $130 for renting an ivory beautiful tux and the package includes tux, vest, shirt, tie, shoes and even shocks ALL for only $130 to me it is a greatly awesome deal. I highly highly recommend it to the grooms to be looking for their outfit for the big day.
