This store is a joke. There is NO prices listed anywhere. Not even on the specials they are running signs. Today I get 1 shirt, 2 ties. I get charged for 2 shirts, 1 tie, & a donation that the cashier didnt bother to ask me if I wanted to. Went back into the store to get it all corrected. Also asked the cashier why did I get charged for the donation when I didnt even get asked, she ignored me. Normally Id get asked but not this time. They Automatically did it. Beware, this might be a way for them to get more money from us w/o asking. Im not return back to this store. Employee was rude and spiteful when I had caught what she did.

That woman who used to work here and her name is Tammy, she wasn’t a very nice manager. She was the WORST way back from 2014-15 when I used to work with her and Pam as their intern. They don’t give respect for others who works/shops there and I wouldn’t recommend not to shop here anymore. All they do is parenting you, to be so indignant to control your life and everything to get anyone’s feelings hurt like they did mines. I will never shop here again ✌️

Rude staff. Came to donate stuff and it seemed like i was an inconvenience. The lady asked me if I wanted a receipt and I said thats not necessary. She then said ok your good to go. Then I replied can I get my towt back she then rolled her eyes emptied my towt and when she handed it back she refused to make eye contact . Just rude. I wont be going back

The cashier Robin Fox was completely rude when I was in goodwill in Lenoir. She needs to learn how to be nicer to people that is in there that don’t have money just like you honey. Being on your cell phone while I am asking for help? So maybe they need to train you to be more polite and do not treat people any different.

I like all good wills but some have more of a variety, this is one that usually we end up getting several items, found a doll house at this one grand girls loved it!

Terrible and rude staff! Just a bunch of thieves! I work hard for my money and EVERYTIME I come to this goodwill they overcharge me for items I did not purchase and then have attitudes about having to do a refund and thats ONLY if they will do one! I was told today that they didnt have time to look over my receipt to do a refund! Beware when shopping at goodwill in Lenoir!

Its a very nice place to shop, the atmosphere is very soothing and the cashier clerks are very courteous.

I love my local goodwill they get great items in and for the most part prices are excellent

I feel this store is cleaner than many Goodwill stores but their prices are higher than a lot of stores...even the ones in bigger towns. I would think they had tighter guidelines than that. Items that still have a DOLLAR TREE label are priced for $2.00. SMH

You can always find some good stuff at goodwill. You just have to look closely.

I came down from Tennessee and stopped at this Goodwill in Lenoir. I absolutely love their setup. It’s very clean and organized unlike most Goodwill’s I’ve been in. I found all kinds of nice girl clothing for only $2.29 a piece for my daughter who is 7. I enjoy shopping for steal deals! :)

I purchased see items at this store and the cashier did not put one of the items I purchased in the bag. When I got home and realized that I didnt have the item I called them and was told that they had it and would put it in a bag with my name on it. I told the girl that I did have to work and would pick it up the following weekend. I went to get the item today and was told that I would have to repurchase the item. Are you crazy? I paid for it and you have it I did not get my money back and will be damned if I will give you more money.

Pretty good selection. Very nice employees. Goodwill has gone up on prices so I do not spend or shop there as often as I previously did for that reason.

Love this store and they have many options to choose from. The only thing about this store is that the items are too cluttered. Too many clothes on one rack. Other than that its GREAT!!

Awesome place I got a New Food Processor for $15.00 had been $60.00 when first bought.

I rarely find decent items at this location. It takes forever to get into a fitting room when the cashier is the only worker on the floor.

I love goodwill but most of the people who work here are pretty rude and its not clean.

I like how they have good cheep prices and some of the stuff is really good brand and is like 2 or 3 bucks! So, yeah I like it.

The staff is not very friendly. The selection of clothes is very nice but the selection of electronics pales to what Hickory has.
