This place was great, now impossible to work with. I agree with comments about the eye doctor. I don’t understand how just a few years ago, it was easy to get appointment or any information needed. I literally had to argue and explain over and over why I wanted my prescription and would not be coming to this eye doctor, when I have been with them since they opened. Well I needed my prescription so my new doctor would have that information. I think the guy answering phones should also work on customer service. Arguing with a customer, over a prescription I have already paid for. You can’t do anything with a expired prescription, written down on notebook paper, other then use it for the information. I am disgusted. It’s not about if you are able to open beside Walmart. It’s also a responsibility to continue to take care of that volume of customers. If they cannot deal with the demand, they should move to a smaller office and continue to serve the customers, client, patients they already have. Honestly even if I order through vision center, I will never go to their eye doctor again.
How is any working person supposed to get an exam or new glasses when theyre only open 10-2??
I loved this little family owned place great service and fast.
