I phoned in search of a florist in Lenoir to deliver to my daughter in love for her birthday. I live 5 hours and away, wanted to use local and I cant thank you enough!!!Customer service. The sweet lady who took my order was wonderful.As you can see by the picture this arrangement is stunning!! The message from my son was literallyMomma done shown me up!DEFINITELY my go to florist in Lenoir.Beautiful job Rockhaven!!!!!!

I have to start out by saying why I gave this florist 5 star the day before my wedding they saved the day had already commissioned another florist to do 2 boot nears for me .went to pick them up today April 15th 2021 And was absolutely horrified it had looked like you put small children at a table with a glue gun and flowers and said go at it !!!!! as I was leaving The florist ( Abigails in Lenoir) not knowing what I was going to do my fiance suggested I stop in at Delicate Touch Florist I just knew there was nothing they where going to be able to do on short notice I went in with a booth near in each hand totally In despair When I walked in The sweet lady ask what can I help you with. I explained to her what happened and she told me dont worry everything will be just fine I will take care of you and take care of me she did not only did I walk out with 2 beautiful Boot nears Exactly like I had envisioned them being I did some more shopping there as well I have definitely found my Florist Now thank you Delicate Touch florist for saving my wedding I know that sounds silly being only to boot near The one boot near was for my husband-to-be.Thank youSherry Lyons

Ordered these 2 weeks in advance. Called every day no answer emailed and there system was down got the flowers they looked ok but card with the flowers was completely wrong only got two stars cause the flowers looked nice

I live out of state but my grandmother in Gamewell, NC was celebrating her 88th birthday so I ordered from Rockhaven by Delicate Touch. When I called my grandmother for her birthday she said she cried when she saw the flowers as they we the most beautiful she had ever seen! Kelly did a great job with my phone order and specific instructions about having the delivery lady Sophie carry the flowers inside my grandmothers home because she is on a walker. Thanks for helping me share my love from far away for my special grandmother!!
