Came in to simply purchase a DG gift card, but it was turned into an ordeal. Cashier did not know if or where they were and had to get manager. Came back and still could not provide it. I went to get the manager myself - she seemed very unhappy to have to stand up out of her chair and walk a few feet to show me where the card is located. I then decided to abort the purchase and go to another location where I know the service is prompt and friendly. The day manager here should be elsewhere, since she obviously does not want to have to do anything for a customer in a business.Not only is the service lacking, but I was not able to find a few household items that I could have purchased. Store has empty shelves in some places and cluttered piles of junk items in others. Huge outlay of back-store equipment all over the side of the parking lot too. Save yourself some trouble and drive the extra few minutes to go elsewhere.

How come is it they moved to a new location, bigger store, and they still cant keep the shelves stocked?

The shelves were empty. There was hardly any stock.
