Same as others - I prepaid for steps and a hot tub cover and they were never delivered. That was over a year ago and after no responses, I realize I’m never going to receive what I paid for.
During his slow time he was going to build a deck. That was 12/13 its now 1/29 and I still dont have a completed deck paid up front 3100, plus 500 more for 6 boards and the deck is 1/3 done, call police to keep him from taking boards I paid for, he couldnt produce any records of what he bought just wanted more money now I have to get a other person to finish what he started 7 weeks ago, doesnt know what hes doing or how to manage money
Not happy with his service had him out about a year ago to fix my hot tub. He said he had it fixed so we paid him. About a week later I noticed a lick had him back out said he had said fabricated apart but not been back to fix it had been trying to get up with him for months. No response call him last week he sent me a text call you back in a minute. I have yet to hear from him now he is avoiding my call to fix my hot tub. My husband is very mad and is ready to take him to small claims court will not recommend him to anyone else.
I found Tom searching on line for a company to upgrade our hot tub. We called and talked and had great chat he came promptly to our rescue. We traided our old tub for one of his! We loved it and still do however we need to sell it for health reasons, we have discovered Tom is a very busy man and he does it all himself. We have been waiting for a while for him to get back to us and as humans we dont wait well. So for Toms sake we pray he is well, and he is doing well with his scheduling !!
I have been waiting for my hottub cover for almost a year. I prepaid for this because prior to this incident I had a great relationship with Tom. I have contacted him repeatedly without receiving a response.
Flat out, a pretty horrible experience. Called and spoke with him three months ago. I had to call him back two months later to remind him of the job. Two service visits out to the house and $170 later he tells me the jet pump he ordered doesn’t fit and that he’s going to have to order additional parts to make it work. This is in addition to trying to charge us $1350 for a new spa pack/console (Which was $650 through the original spa company). It’s almost impossible to have a logical conversation with him. I eventually paid him the $170 and moved on. I would definitely not use him for spa services. Lacks professionalism and horrible communication skills .
I waited 10 months for my hot tub cover. It was paid for April 1. I received a cover in February of the next year. IT DOESNT fit! I cant get Tom to respond to my texts or emails to remedy the situation. Im out $600!
I got this reference from Angies list. I Called at the end of May. Tom came and gave an estimate. He is very knowledgeable. The work however was not done until mid-September due to different circumstances. Ive paid the bill but I am still waiting to receive my cover and filter. I am not happy. I called about it two weeks ago and was told that it would be delivered.
