Great prices and excellent service

It was a 1h hour before closing time on a Saturday. Me and my good friend, an elderly man I care for, were fresh out of oil! The team at Fraticelli when above and beyond to make sure we got oil, the primer was on, and even helped on many other levels too. So much love for this company. Thank you all so much.

I called on a Friday afternoon was extra low because a door blew open and heat ran all night they came out right away. Excellent customer service and women who works in the office is extremely nice

I’ve been a Fraticelli Oil customer for over two years now. I have found them consistently prompt with service and pleasant to work with. I’m grateful to have them nearby with the cold winter ahead.

We ran out of oil for the first time. We had no idea we were so low and with being away the week of Thanksgiving, we found out on the next day, Friday, that we had no oil. I called my usual oil company but they wouldnt be able to come for another 3/4 days due to it being Friday and the impending snowstorm. I decided to call them and they were able to come and fill us up about 3 hours later. We were very happy with the company and their ability to fit us in. We will be using them again (hopefully not when we run out).

I have been a loyal automatic customer for many years. Lets make note that I was an AUTOMATIC customer. We ran out of oil on a Sunday, Called and was told I needed to pay a service charge and pay cash, not invoiced as normal, not check..CASH! Im a business owner myself and would NEVER treat my customers the way I was treated. I told them to pound sand. They called me back and said they went to the office and looked up my account and seeing I have been a loyal customer and automatic customer they would come out but I would still need to pay the fee and that they would take a check at the time of service. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. DONE WITH FRATICELLI OIL!

Friendly service with generally competitive heating oil prices. We always leave calling for a delivery a little longer than we should and Fraticelli has as a pretty quick (2 day or so) delivery time. They arrive when they say that will. I have never had a problem. Payment taken over the phone at time of order, or in cash when the delivery is made. 100 gal minimum, discount per gal for 150 gal or more.

The staff is super accommodating to our needs. We have two large oil tanks that take 400 gallons. Every time I call the customer service is excellent and the delivery people have gone out of their way to help us. Our house is an old house and they literally have to jump a fence to get to our connection. Rates are by far the least expensive in Worcester!!

Amazing customer service. They helped me today because I cant afford oil. Without their help my daughter and I would not have heat. Thank you so much.

Great prices, excellent service. Ive used them for the last several years and have had nothing but good experience with them. Shop around for the price, and these folks are always at, or within pennies of, the best price. Call for a delivery even in the midst of winter and theyll have a truck out the next day. (Ive even had same day delivery...)

They have been absolutely fantastic to work with. They send someone out same day & take care of everything very quickly and efficiently. I was with another local company for years and liked them as well but had to switch due to the fact that I needed oil one day and they didnt answer their phone for the entire day. I called a few others in the area that werent willing to come out the same day. Fraticelli not only came out the same day but they primed the tank for very little money. Im glad I switched!

We have been using Fraticelli for years. When we were down on our luck, and couldnt afford oil, they went out of their way to find a way to get donated oil to us. Not only have they done this, they are always friendly, and are very quick with oil deliveries. We ran out of oil an hour ago, they have already made a delivery since us calling in. I highly recommend them to anyone, and everyone!

Absolutely awful, will never order oil from them again avoid at all costs. 1 year old pregnant wife no heat and after taking $314 and ensuring we would have oil, at 10:40 this morning, had to make two additional follow up calls. Still no oil at 8:10pm terrible experience on the phone wanted to charge an additional $100 to deliver after hours, and after already processing there original charges.

First of all, stay away from any oil company that doesn’t list their price on their website, and be prepared to hear a BUSY TONE!! Even during business hours. I started using them last winter, but I have always called for pricing before making an order. Unfortunately, I had called during after hours and had to leave a message asking for pricing and delivery . They called later and left an useless voicemail failing to address the question of price. So I called them on Wednesday January 3 at 2:30 pm prior to the blizzard to order a delivery. The lady said they couldn’t get out until Monday January 8th.My tank was well below a half quarter so I asked how soon they could do an emergency delivery, and she said “by 5:00. They had no problem charging my card Immediately, plus $85 for the emergency. They failed to deliver by 5:00 pm. so I called the after hours outsourced answering system, and left a message for anyone who was on call. The guy called me back and told me “they will get there when they get there” I told him that the lady at the office said by 5:00, and he asked: who did you speak to at the office? (As if producing the name would make any difference) In short, I cornered him to tell me an estimated time for delivery, and he rudely said, they’ll be there by 11 pm. I am done with this company. Any recommendations other than Alliance Express?

We have used Fraticelli Oil for over 30 years and have always found them to be very reliable and professional. Prices have historically been quite competitive. I have recommended them to all my acquaintances.

Called in advance to see if they had kerosene which they said they did. I drove 40 mins with my 3 kids just to find out that they did not have any. I also was at the front desk for 5 mins before I was even acknowledged.

They are doing great job and fast delivery. happy with them for 3 years now.

After 14 years of using Fraticelli they let my oil tank run out. They told me they would be there by 12:30 and never showed, at 1:30 they said by the end of the day. We were left without heat and finally had to call another company. I would stay away!!!!
