A great place to buy furnishings. They sell quality furniture. I like when they have deals like 12 months 0 interest . I dont mind spending a bit more because Im getting quality furniture that I will have for many years . the staff rocks. Im looking for a nice desk next.

Gross incompetence lost a sale. Not knowing how your furniture can be delivered is ridiculous. Hire little kids to do the job and save some money. The women working the counter are obviously grossly overpaid if they are paid at all. Lost another sale to a big box company or national retailer. The death of small business is businesses like yours fault.

Highly rated. I went to there store but they didn’t have much inventory on display so I bout a sectional because it was the best one they had in site. I continued to purchase it and went home reflecting and decided to look online to see if they had more to offer. Amazingly after finding their online selection I called back and told them I would not like the sectional that I purchased and that I wanted to get and even larger and more exquisite piece. They said they can order it for me and it would take 6-8 weeks. It arrived in about 4 weeks and delivered it between the hours of 9:30 - 11:30 and arrived at 10:30 as expected, then assembled it with no problems 02/27/2020. Amongst all, it was an overall really good experience.

I would never step foot inside this store again. Way too pushy, 2 people jumped all over me within a minute. Way overpriced Lazyboy only sofas n loveseats. If I knew how to rate with no stars, I would! Instead, go where the furniture is top notch and theyre friendly, laid back but helpful when you need info at Butler Furniture in Fitchburg!

This is actually a pretty big store and they are about to do some pretty big changes to everything. They have pretty much everything from my visit and the staff was very friendly.
