Emily, the audiologist, is very professional and knowledgeable about the Beltone products. The hearing aid that I bought is the best one that I have ever had (Ive had Widex and Opticon in the past) and frankly exceeds my expectations. The interface with the Apple Iphone is very powerful and easy to use. Ive only had my hearing aids 2 month but am confident that Emily will handle any problems in the future should they arrive.

I was referred to DLH by my hearing aid manufacturer for service. I was dubious at first as my last audiologist (in AZ) was never able to make my hearing aids work as well as I thought they should. Well, I saw Holly at DLH today, and she is amazing!!! First, she asks the right questions and she listens. And then she fixed my hearing aid!. We talked about the problems I was having with them and how I hadnt felt they worked as well as I thought they should. Then, she tweaked. And she actually measured my ears and changed the tubes on them to the correct length! Then she tweaked some more. I said my restaurant setting wasnt working well and instead, I just take them out. She played background restaurant noise to simulate the setting! And she tweaked some more! Then I said I felt as though I was hearing with fingers in my ears. She tried a couple of different domes on my hearing aids and we found the one that was comfortable and fixed the problem. I left hearing (for the first time) as though I didnt have hearing aids in and just had good hearing!!! I have not felt that way in 2 1/2 years since getting these things. Holly is EXCELLENT!!! I highly recommend her. I am going to send my mother to her. My sister, who was in the appointment and also uses hearing aids, was equally impressed with Holly. I am so glad I went to her.

DLH Hearing Solutions should be your first call if you are having problems with your hearing. My husband and Mother are both patients of DLH and they could not be happier. Both Holly and Emily are very professional and make the entire process so easy. A comprehensive hearing analysis was done, then they review the results and provide information on all options available. Absolutely no pressure. Mom is 91 and Holly is so good with our elder family member. Happy to have this practice so close to home, saves going to Boston for this type of service. Highly recommended.

New Audiologist Holly took over business several months ago. She had a clear voice and explains well. She gave me a thorough unrushed exam. Office is wheelchair accessible, near elevator, ample parking. Receptionist Emily worked with previous audiologist and is experienced with insurance. Very calm, well paced office.

My husband and I went for our first appointment and it couldn’t have gone smoother! Emily was very knowledgeable and so comfortable to work with! I would highly recommend this practice!
