Bill Tapply did an amazing job on my condo--his website says that no job is too small, and he is not kidding. I thought I would never be able to find someone to redo the floors of my 1969 condo (which looked like a dentist office in a horror movie), let alone someone honest and resourceful. He was able to work with my small budget (and people, I do mean small: my wood HAD TO BE less than $4 a square foot--your average hardwood is twice that) and turn my condo in a beautiful space that literally makes peoples jaws drop the first time they come inside. The value added to my place is amazing, and now I look forward to coming home and gazing around it. Bills resourcefulness and creativity came into play when he realized that my walls and floors did not meet evenly. There is an expensive way to fix this, but Bill spent a lot of time looking around and found a beautiful solution to the problem that cost a fraction of the other fix by installing a clean white trim around everything (all of my walls are painted shades of blue and gray and white, so he thought the white would look pretty--which it did). If you want floors done that will look great, regardless of your budget or square footage, there really is no one else that you should be calling. Its a family business, and one that actually cares about their clients.
