I went to the Office Depot at 5601 Bandera Rd. I was greeted by several workers and assisted by each for various items I was looking for. They were courteous, the store was clean and they were well stocked on a Sunday! I enjoyed the trip and suggest you try this store for office supplies. Ill definitely be back!

Went to your store to obtain copies of legal documents. Young man, Isaac, quickly assisted me in operating the copy machine using my USB since I was unfamiliar with the process. Very pleasant and eager to provide assistance, an attitude seldom found anywhere these days!!! Rarely go to office depot, but you can be sure, I will frequent more often. Customer service is ok, Ruby was helpful. Although her department did seem to be short handed working by herself. Also, just don’t like the fact that I can’t walk up to the counter and ask for help, I have to “register” myself online before they will even talk to me.

Bad customer service went there 4 different times and everytime i was told a different company policy in print blue prints . im not a fan on this company and would never do business with them ..

Every time I visit this store to have something print there is a long line. Service is really terrible. I believe the workers don’t have a clue on what they’re doing. Corporate office should really take some time read reviews in regards to print department and make adjustments. I regret not driving to fed ex where I get excellence service. I thought by choosing this location which is closer to my home was a good thing, never again. If you’re reading this, please don’t waste time here to print or take care of any business needs. Please find a local print shop or another company who knows what they are doing. After waiting in line, I was just told they can’t cut 4 sheets of paper right now, will be a 24 hour wait. This is so unbelievable. Please again, don’t waist your time and money here.

Hi, I went there to pack an item and ship it. Their excuse was that their system is down. They couldnt even show me where I could ship it. If I could give less than that I would.

Worst Office Depot in San Antonio they move like turtles and don’t even look you in eye because they are too busy trying to catch anybody stealing. They didn’t even know what or where transparency sheets were. Needed 5 things printed and dude said I needed to buy a pack of paper off the floor because they ran out, and still had to pay for the prints

Very helpful.. easy to get things done, I find the cheapest prices for shipping and the printing is fast and easy, unless theres a line (some costumers make it so complicated and take forever) but whoever doesnt like to wait.. buying their own printer is always an option right?🤷🏻‍♀️ just wished they had a direct phone # instead of a stupid voice machine

Absolutely horrible customer service! Apparently no one has the authority to print a label. I made a proof and emailed it to the store per their request. A representative called me and asked for all the details pertaining to size and font. She said to go ahead and go in and simply purchase printing paper. Then, I drive 25 minutes to be told it would be $25 to recreate the label they claimed was ready.Or go home recreate, resend, and come back the following day since stickers can only be created on a desk top. Theyre so pathetic they could even offer to let me utilize their computer !

Very poor service at the mail/copy dept. Waited over 20 minutes in line and then someone told me about a virtual line. My phone was dead and I was told, well thats how we do things, plus he told me there were quite a few people in front of me in line. Thats fine, but what about getting more people on counter. I left and went to the PO.

I went to office depot today, wanting my late husbands picture laminated . Not knowing anything about that stuff, not only was I told what to get so I can have the best outcome for a all whether picture,I was greeted with understanding from the worker that took care of me. Plenty of Sales Associates on floor but NOT enough at copy department. Even though Sales Associate handled the line of customers on her own with ABSOLUTELY NO SIGN OF STRESS, she could have used some assistance. She did a SUPERB job keeping her PROFESSIONALISM. The Associate at entrance register displayed a poor work ethnic. I was told to let him know the amount of documents i had, which I did and he continues with asking me a question which I feel he could have done as part of his job description. How hard it is to lift papers and check for himself? Its called VERIFICATION!

It was very positive. Even though I didnt find what I was looking for the sales person was awesome. He even gave me suggestions on using something else. I appreciate good customer service and that is what I experienced.

Over 15 minutes to get to the register, due to a business customer being checked out and only 1 register open. Finally, a 2nd register was opened. Temperature inside the store was uncomfortably warm; everyone in line commented on it. I asked for help (online order pick up) from another employee and this person didnt bother to ask any specifics, just said, you pick those up on the cart by the door. Mine wasnt there so I got back in line and waited again. At the register, I was told, those are locked up. Youll need to wait over there until this other person can help you. Now I was really frustrated with this situation. I had 2 items ordered. Only 1 was in the locker. The employee did get the other item off the floor right away.

I’m not one to leave review (good or bad), but when a member like Hector goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of, I make it a priority to brag. I recently went to the print area to have some large-scale pictures printed. We quickly discovered that some items were too large. Rather than turning me away, Hector worked with me to split the picture sizes and made sure the largest printer could handle the job. We spent hours getting to the end product, and Hector was patient and attentive the entire time. He’s a very friendly and helpful individual and you will now have my dedicated business at that store because of it. Great job, Hector!

Was expecting a bigger selection in the computer section, but still had what I needed.

The store is supposed to open at 8am. I arrived at 8:20. The employees of the store were sitting outside on the curb as the manager had not arrived. The manager finally arrived at 8:48. Then we all had to wait for him to open up and get the registers ready. What a way to run a business.

Slowest shipping counter ever. Do not come here unless you have a half hour to spend on shipping one box. There isn’t even anyone else in line.

It was good, we had to print things, but they came out kinda pixelated, but that couldve just been the image itself. But the staff was very nice. I would definitely go back to the Office Depot I visited!

Customer service is fine. Once my visit did not go well. I bought a refillable ink pen that was on sale and when I went to buy a refill they didnt sell refills for that particular pen anymore. So, I actually bought a very expensive disposable pen.

This place sometimes has a few good deals here and there, but otherwise it is pretty pricey, the great prices are on the ink

This location has great parking with easy access to loop 410, and does not get real crowded.

Should i say negative 5 stars.....I dont even know how to begin expressing how managment allows their employees to treat customers with such disrespect and unprofessionalism. I encountered Ms.Trina at the photocopy department let me rephrase that Trina she is uneducated and ignorant and therefore doesnt deserve to be called a Ms.This women literally harrased me questioning me about a previous representative that had assisted me and through all this the store mamager was right behind her ignoring the situation on a personal call and just telling her to put the phone on silent cause it kept on beeping and was getting on her nerves.. take in consideration that customer was on hold for over ten minutes. Truly despite people who come to work with an attitude and take it out on customers . Especially so early in the morning. Thank u TRINA for ruining my day. I will not be going back to that store for do I encourage people to deal with such savages.

Slow due to under staff but good service.

Dont ever go here to send faxes. Their fax machine sucks so bad. Ive went twice to send faxes and both times waited over an hour for them to tell me it wouldnt go through. Today I was even on the phone with the person I was sending the fax to who said her machine was next to her and not busy or anything but for some reason it doesnt go though. People at the counter tried to tell me it wasnt them but whom ever I was sending it to yet its happened before when sending somewhere totally different. I basically waited a whole hour for nothing. Extremely dissatisfied.

I walk in to the store at 230pm. I need to get a print job done that should take no more than 5 mins. I am told that they have two items ahead of me and they cant get to it till 8:30pm. 6 hours later or maybe not till tomorrow by 5pm. Meanwhile, the store is completely empty and 4 employees are playing grabass behind the print counter... WTH!!!terrible service at this location and bad customer relations.I guess that is why Office Depots are closing and FedEx Office is booming.

Office Depot is a good place to print, purchase items, and do business. I cant say anything bad about it, they messed up a couple of times actually but I mean no is perfect.

This place consistently is lax towards customers. Always a huge line waiting to print...parking is lousy here too, though not the stores fault, their apparent lack of concern toward customers IS, though.

Could not find what we are looking for. What we found was way too expensive. The store seemed empty of product or it was just too big for the amount of stuff you had in there.

Ricky Wouldnt even help with a simple refund smh...guess I have to call the DM to get some real customer service...

This is my go to for office supplies because they always have great deals and coupon offers especially for business owners yet it is unfortunate that Randolph Brooks Credit Cards do not work in their processing payment machines if you do not know the pin number.
