The employees dont know much and dont listen when purchasing things they overcharge, like double for the bags you get.When I returned to the store and questioned why my torch lighter I purchased wasnt in the bag. she claimed she wasnt sure if I still wanted it. But what I dont understand is why didnt she verify with me about my purchase. Come on its common sense. The clerk she is training doesnt remember the stuff she explained, which is understandable,,but it was as if they wanted to be away from customers. I felt like I was talking to a zombie. No expression or tone complete ignorance I. Asked for a number to the manager or owner, the only response was that she couldnt give out their number but you can stop in tomorrow. Wow, I told her I didnt live over here.

Just left this place today and let me tell you....first great experience in smoke shop in San Antonio since moving here. The owner not only has great customer service, but was very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall it was a great experience and I plan on making many trips. If your looking for some 5 star treatment look no further....the stars shine bright in that TEXAS420 Sky!!! Great people! Great deals!

By far, the best shop in this area. The staff if very knowledgeable and the man who runs the place (owner?), is bad ass and cares about his clients. Probably my favorite person to interact with is the young lady who works there. She is extremely patient, has great product knowledge, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. You can not beat the friendliness and customer service at this spot.

Just stopped in today and I plan on coming back for ANYTHING I need, vape or smoke. The shop is extremely clean, smelled great and the employee (sorry, didnt get his name) was really nice. We had quick talks on vaping and the tech behind it, he was extremely knowledgeable. A new go to shop for me!

Great selection amazing glass art but the gentleman behind the counter was short and rude he acted as if you are beneath him and any question was responded with a shot rude answer. not a pleasant person to conversate with definitely not a good attitude for someone who works at smoke shop. Over all experience felt hostile i would not recommend

I was in this shop on Monday for the first time and was totally impressed with the friendly service.This is easily the best vape shop in the area - I wont slander other businesses because I like them as people, but Texas 420 Smoke Shop is the only place with staff that seems to actually know what theyre talking about from an engineering / electronics standpoint. Their prices are competitive, only beaten by online orders from sketchy pseudo-companies. If you walk in there blind and ignorant, youll walk out confident and satisfied. Much props to RC for walking me through options and schooling me on the world of mods. Ive never been happier while vaping. Thanks guys!

HORRIBLE! Terrible service, and products are at least double their actual value. I would suggest going to a different smoke shop or purchase online for the best products for the best prices. I will NEVER purchase from this store again!!

Products were aged and dried prices were outrageous for some of the items they were selling lots of better smoke shops around.

Poor quality Merc. And ridiculous prices. Bought a torch from here and it was defective, which lead to my porch burning down smh. Every pipe Ive bought the bowl part will break with just the use of a toothpick. Smh seriously disappointed Everytime! But I found a way better spot up the road so its cool!

I like this place okay and all, but I just went by and really needed something tonight and they mustve closed an hour early tonight. Their posted hours say they close at 10 pm. I stopped by at 9:15. Disappointed that I drove out all this way just for them to be closed...
